NZ’s “Kill-a-Chink” Season Starts Again
Paul Louie Chong, 51, was stabbed to death in the suburb of Glenfield on Auckland’s North Shore yesterday.
His body was discovered outside an industrial and commercial workshop in View Rd yesterday, the media reported police as saying.
A post mortem examination of the victim’s body confirmed that Mr Chong died of a stab wound. (Source)
First the media / police said the perpetrators where pakeha [European land thieve,] then they were instructed by higher authorities to change their story, blaming the murder on Maori or Polynesians. This is another of those common practices by New Zealand’s racist police.

Maori seats are a MUST!
Maori meet to protest supercity plans

A call for mass public protest is going out today to Aucklanders unhappy with the Government’s supercity plans.
Around 300 Maori and civic leaders are meeting at Auckland’s Orakei Marae on Bastion Point to plan protest action.
Ngati Whatua is organising the meeting but spokesman Grant Hawke says they want to reach out to all Aucklanders – other ethnic groups and Pakeha.
He says many Aucklanders simply don’t understand the consequences of the supercity proposal. He says it is all about business, such as organising retailing of water.
What has been lost is adequate local representation.
Maori in particular have been badly treated, he says.
The Royal Commission report on Auckland governance, compiled after extensive consultation over 17 months, recommended two elected Maori seats on the new super city council and one appointed seat from local Maori or mana whenua.
But the Government overturned those proposals for Maori seats.
“They have set us loose on the waka without a paddle,” says Mr Hawke.
But it is not solely a Maori issue, he says.
Other groups also feel disenfranchised and Maori hope to be a rallying point and pull protest together.
“This is about trying to use our mana within the city,” he says.
He says protest is needed because “protest makes a point. Otherwise we just sit down and do nothing and the Government thinks we don’t care.”
And he points to today’s meeting happening at Bastion Point – land that shows passive protest can work to bring changes.
He wants to see marches through Auckland and letter writing campaigns to sway the Government.
Mr Hawke has ruled out a hikoi to Wellington however because of time constraints.
The Government is fast-tracking legislation to start the supercity and Mr Hawke says protest action of ‘magnitude’ is needed by April 26 for the first reading of legislation.
Also attending today’s meeting is Pita Sharples of the Maori Party which is angered at the scrapping of the three Maori seats.

The Moderator condemns each and every act of violence perpetrated by pakeha as well as all unprovoked violence against them
But it is high time pakeha faced the music. The stabbing of a teacher by a Korean Student, as sad an incident as it is, cannot be dealt with in isolation.
[NOTE: According to other students in the classroom where the incident occurred, the stabbing was provoked by the teacher.]
The acts of violence which are being perpetrated against foreigners in New Zealand, especially the Asians, have reached a breaking point, the consequences of which are emerging.
A Korean student stabbed a teacher in the classroom at Auckland’s Avondale College
“A student stabbed a teacher in the back while he was writing on the whiteboard,” a police spokesman said. The student then “just walked off”.
Police reportedly arrested a 17-year-old Korean student at a Blockhouse Bay property about an hour after the incident.
“The 50-year-old teacher – ‘Mr Warren’, according to information given to students – was taken to Auckland Hospital in a serious condition with wounds to the top of his back. The incident happened at 11.42am.” A report said.
Brent Lewis, the college principal, said the school was in “lockdown”. He had to concentrate on dealing with students and staff, he said despite his emotions.
“My emotions don’t come into it at the moment.”

The Moderator and blog contributors hope ‘Mr Warren’ makes a full recovery, except perhaps for a permanent scar, as a painful reminder of his shameful racist conduct. Let’s also hope that all other pakeha-turned-teachers like him, who taunt their ‘colored’ students with racial slurs and innuendos, learn a lesson from this incident.

New Zealand bus driver failed to avoid hitting Albanian refugee, Leonida Gashi, 18. Her body was dragged for 400 meters before he stopped.
Ms Gashi died in an Auckland Hospital a few hours later. Her family members were considering taking her body back to Kosovo, media reported. http://www.stuff.co.nz/4842061a11.html

Raw Sewage Contamination
Large amounts of raw sewage was discharged into Auckland’s Waitemata Harbour after a power cut.
Vistors are advised not to consume food and water that may have originated from the area. Visitors are also advised people to keep away from any sewerage overflows, and to avoid swimming near to St Helliers Bay and Okahu Bay until further notice.
Do NOT collect any shellfish from harbors, bays and beaches in the Auckland area.

Nincompoop New Zealand police farce [brownheads] are probably the only ones in the world who can escalate a handbag snatch into a national tragedy.
An innocent motorist was shot dead by NZ police on Auckland’s North Western motorway after a man fleeing police attempted to hijack his vehicle.
Here’s how the story unfolded:
A handbag is snatched in West Auckland. The offender drives off, but then abandons his car and flees on foot, before getting into another car to continue his escape.

Armed incompetent NZ police starts a high speed chase through busy streets before turning onto the motorway. The offender pulls his car sideways across the motorway then jumps the median barrier and appears trying to hijack another vehicle. The police opens fire and kills the driver of vehicle about to be hijacked.
Another motorist, the driver of a light truck, is also shot by the police and is taken to hospital.
“This is an absolute tragedy for the family of the dead man and, for that matter, the numerous members of public and Police who were drawn into it,” a police brownhead said.
A reporter saw “10 police vehicles and some had been damaged from the pursuit.”

Stabbed Russian taxidriver makes it, but only just!
A Russian taxidriver stabbed in Auckland last month has been released from hospital in time for Christmas, but still has a long way to go to recovery.
Twenty-three-year-old Russian man Alexander Ershov was stabbed several times by a passenger in Auckland on November 28.
“He had only been in the job for a couple of months. Bleeding heavily from multiple stab wounds to his chest, neck and back, Mr Ershov drove himself to a service station where an ambulance was called.”
“Mr Ershov, who had major emergency surgery at Auckland Hospital, also had a stab wound to his hand which has been immobilize.” Source
Alexander Ershov should consider himself very lucky indeed, although he had a major emergency surgery and the stab wound to his hand which has been paralyzed.
His fellow taxidriver, the 39-yo Afghani man, Abdulrahman Ikhtiari, wasn’t so lucky; he was murdered by stabbing in Christchurch about two weeks ago.

Mr Wolfie’s Seasonal Weapon of Murder? Freight Trains!
Freight trains? Yes, freight trains. Just days after the Swiss electrician was mysteriously found dead on a railway track near Raumati, northeast of Wellington, New Zealand [they said he had been killed by a freight train as he walked on the track,] the body of an Indian man was found on a west Auckland railway track on October 30, 2008. The victim was identified as Lakhbir Singh, 39, who lived with his wife and family near Auckland.
The local police farce wise guy “Senior sergeant” Tony Miller said: “We want to reiterate that using railway lines is not advised and that people should use the proper method of crossing.”
Too many foreigners are being murdered, killed, or otherwise found mysteriously dead in New Zealand. This is simply unacceptable!
The Asian community must conduct an independent investigation into the death of Mr Lakhbir Singh.

It’s a former St. John’s Ambulance Driver, Again!
Former ambulance driver jailed for indecent assaults, but granted name suppression!
(NZPA) A 35-year-old former ambulance driver who was found guilty of indecently assaulting patients in the back of his ambulance in Auckland has been jailed for two-and-a-half years.
A jury in Auckland District Court in September found the man guilty of six counts of indecent assault, four of which were on a 16-year-old schoolgirl who had been injured in a car crash.
The convict’s lawyer, Judith Ablett Kerr QC, lodged an appeal for an extension to her client’s name suppression, which was granted by judge Nincompoop. (Source)

New Zealand Health Bulletin # 21. Another Outbreak of Norovirus
Following several cases of food poisoning, warnings have been issued about norovirus contamination of shellfish from the Kerikeri Inlet in the Bay of Islands.
North Island, NZ
A number of people from Auckland and Northland recently became ill after consuming oysters harvested in the Bay of Islands.
Norovirus is a bacteria found in human feces. Marine contamination occurs when raw sewage is discharged into coastal waters. The common symptoms of illness from norovirus include nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, chills and aching muscles.
Reports also say high levels of a toxic species of phytoplankton were detected at Tapeka Point in the Bay of Islands, last week.
Meanwhile, two people were killed and at least a dozen others were sickened by an outbreak of norovirus in an Auckland nursing home.
South Island
Separate outbreaks of norovirus have been reported. An outbreak on campus of Lincoln University [you would have thought they teach their kids to wash their hands after toilet by the time they reach university age] in Canterbury has affected dozens of students.

Beating leaves shopkeeper in coma

A kebab shop owner is in a coma after what police describe as the worst beating they’ve seen.
The 39-year-old Iranian national suffered severe facial injuries and is in Auckland Hospital’s intensive care unit.
Detective Steve Pivac, of North Shore CIB, said the attack was unprovoked and vicious. Police found the victim after being called to the All Go Kebab business in Wairau Rd, Glenfield, about 11pm last night. He is the owner-operator of the business.
“The injuries suffered by this man are horrific. Extreme violence has been used. It is among the worst beatings that I have seen for a long time,” he said.
“The victim is in intensive care in Auckland Hospital. He is in a coma. His condition is stable. Urgent facial surgery will be necessary however.”
The victim had earlier only been able to describe his attackers as male. However, police will look at security tapes and a forensic team is analysing the scene. [Copyright the autor or respective bnews agency.]

“The family of kidnapped schoolgirl five-year-old Cina Ma has fled the country after fears of retaliation action by Triad gang members.
“Cina’s aunt Hong Zhou confirmed yesterday Cina, her mother and other family members had returned to China after allegations members of the 14K Triad gang had been involved in the abduction.
“The family felt they had no choice but to return to China, Ms Zhou told The Herald on Sunday.
“They were in genuine fear for their lives and thought it best to go back to their homeland.
“‘They just don’t feel safe any more,’ she said.”
Xin Xin was kidnapped outside her home in Auckland’s North Shore on July 14, bundled into a car and driven away. She was found five days later in a walk-in wardrobe in an unoccupied house near her home.
Deqiong Deng, 25, a real estate agent was charged with kidnapping and holding her for ransom.
“Last night police told the Herald … that given what had occurred, they were not surprised.”
Well now, that’s really food for thought! Why should police have anything to do with ensuring the safety of the citizens [Ok, they were Chinese and therefore regarded as "half people" among the elite circles. But, surely, two of them, Xin Xin and her Ma should make a full person!]
Then the halfwit morons in the government finally discovered their own bloomer!
What good is a government if it cannot protect its citizens, albeit the Chinese “half-people?” How can they continue keeping up the false pretense that NZ is a safe country AND persuade more wealthy “half-people” to come over, if Xin Xin has already left?
Back to the drawing board: Deny, deny, deny everything!
The police sisterhood immediately denied that Xin Xin had left the country. And Xin Xin’s plane was ordered to return to Auckland [Ouch!]
The new “news” report cited a North Shore police spokesman saying, “the reports were not correct.” “The family are still in Auckland.”

A teacher who admitted covertly filming foreign exchange students taking a shower at his home will be sentenced in October.
Francis Stephen Glenski, 48, an IT teacher, pleaded guilty in Auckland District Court last week to two charges of filming girls under the age of 16 and one count of possessing objectionable images on his computer.
The Herald on Sunday today reported that suppression orders preventing publication of Glenski’s name, workplace and occupation lapsed after the guilty plea.
It said police had raised questions about whether Avondale College, Glenski’s employer, met its obligations as a caregiver to the international students.
Police raided Glenski’s home in March after being alerted by Avondale College principal Brent Lewis.
A colleague who was fixing Glenski’s laptop had found a file with hundreds of images and films of under-age girls.
Nine of the films were shot last year through a hidden grille and showed two Asian exchange students taking a shower, while a photograph of a neighbour’s young daughter, sitting on a trampoline with her genitals exposed, was also found on the computer.
When police executed a search warrant they found the bathroom at the North Shore address matched the one in the footage, as did the trampoline.
After the police raid, Glenski’s four children were taken into Child Youth and Family care and are now being cared for by their mother in the United States.
Glenski will be sentenced in Auckland District Court in October.
The charge of making child pornography carries a maximum sentence of 10 years’ imprisonment.
Education Ministry guidelines state schools must have “robust” procedures for the selecting and monitoring of homestay carers and residences.
The newspaper reported a statement from Mr Lewis and Avondale College’s board of trustees said the case showed the school’s systems to protect student wellbeing were “rigorous and effective”.

The Multi-billion Dollar ‘International Student’ Recruitment Racket
Another foreigner, this time a homestay student, was kidnapped, beaten and robbed by a group of men in Auckland, New Zealand. The teenage victim is believed to be a Japanese or Korean national.
Somehow news of the violence against foreigners in New Zealand fails to reach the visitors or parents who still send their teenage children to this country to study English(!) This is despite the fact that the foreign diplomats, who are supposed to protect the interest of their respective countries, are fully aware of the ongoing violence against foreigners visiting in New Zealand.
Lots of money to be made and no one’s looking!
“International students” recruitment racket (ISRR) is big business in New Zealand and staff of the foreign embassies have a big stake in the swindle. The total expenditure by all international students studying in New Zealand, including the expenses incurred by their families who visit their kids, is about NZ$2 billion each year.
Foreign students do NOT accidentally turn up halfway across the world to enroll in New Zealand schools to learn English [imagine speaking with the ridiculously incomprehensible New Zealand accent;] they are mercilessly recruited by “education agents” who have no concern for the students’ mental and physical safety, or general welfare. ISRR is extremely profitable. About 15 percent of all school fees paid by foreign students is claimed by those agents. Who are the agents? The so-called education attachés, diplomats, or their representatives at the foreign embassies in New Zealand.
Unsurprisingly, those foreign diplomats who profit from ISRR in New Zealand, would never kill the goose that keeps on laying the golden eggs. Instead of warning their governments about the inordinate violence and advising them against sending their nationals to New Zealand, they go out of their way to promote the “foreign relations” scam by way of the multi-billion dollar international student recruitment racket!
As for Saudi Arabian “students” who “study” in New Zealand, well that’s an entirely different anti-American ball game. [Coming soon!]

Terrified cruise passengers injured when their ship rolled in massive seas during the storm battering New Zealand are to be offered compensation for having their dream holiday ruined.
The Pacific Sun, with 1732 people on board, struck trouble 600km north of Auckland on Wednesday night, when it ran into 90kph winds and 7m swells.
The ship lurched 20 degrees, smashing windows, crockery and glassware.
Some passengers feared for their lives, with one sending an email to TV3 which read: “We are nearly on our side. If we get out of this, it will be a miracle. . . I am so scared.”
P&O Cruises’ Pacific Sun went into a vicious roll last night, injuring dozens of passengers. The New Zealand Herald reports that 42 passengers have received medical treatment on board the 47,000-ton vessel in the wake of the storm. (Source USA Today)
A stuff.co.nz reader said they had heard from a nurse holidaying on the ship who described conditions as unbearable. The nurse had been asked to work in the ship’s medical centre because of the sheer number of injuries the passengers had.
At least 40 passengers required medical attention for cuts, bruises and sprains, with three people remaining under medical supervision.
The ship was expected to reach Auckland this afternoon, where a Maritime New Zealand investigator would look into what happened.
Spokesman Ross Henderson said MNZ was limited in its jurisdiction because the Pacific Sun was not a New Zealand-registered vessel and the incident occurred so far out at sea, but investigators could demand repairs to the ship before it departed.
Anthony Fisk, spokesman for operator P&O, said the course for the cruise between Vanuatu and Auckland had been planned to avoid as much of the poor weather as possible, but had still been unexpectedly caught out.
Damage to the ship was “superficial” but was likely to delay the departure of Pacific Sun’s next cruise, he said.
A total of 3382 passengers have been affected across the two cruises.
Mr Fisk said the company would do all it could to help passengers, and that included offering compensation on a “case-by-case basis”.
The Pacific Sun, which is carrying 1732 passengers and 671 crew, has not had an update on its live webcam since about the time it rolled.

Xu Mei Ying, a 46-year-old Asian woman, was shot at point blank range earlier today. Her condition is not known. This brings the total number of Asian victims in the Auckland area to four in recent weeks. The three earlier victims, an Indian shopkeeper, a Chinese grandmother and a Chinese business woman were murdered.

10,000 protest over violence against Asians in New Zealand
Conveniently, the Polynesian community is being singled out for the violence!
WELLINGTON, July 5 (Xinhua) — An estimated 10,000 people marched on Saturday in New Zealand’s largest city of Auckland in protest against violence crime against Asians.
Police said the demonstration, in the suburb of Botany Downs, extended 2.5 km, Radio New Zealand reported.
The march was organized by the Asian Anti-Crime Group. It began at 11:30 am on Saturday (23:30 GMT Friday) in protest over recent killings in south Auckland.
The chairman of the group, Peter Low, hoped it will alert politicians to how people feel.
Low said most marchers had direct experience of crime and live in fear, adding that they want tougher laws and more police.
Low said politicians have ignored the feelings of people, especially the Asian population, for too long but the numbers protesting on Saturday means they have to listen.
Amid heavy rain, the march moved to the sounds of drums. Some people bore black coffins and placards with the names of those killed. Others carried their pictures.
Three people of Asian descent have died in homicides in Manukau City [South Auckland] over the past month. Liquor store owner Navtej Singh, 30, was fatally shot at his shop on June 7.
A week later, Yan Ping Yang, 80, died after having been attacked by an intruder in her home.
On June 16, Joanne Wang, 39, was knocked down by a stolen vehicle in a shopping mall car park after her handbag was snatched. She died in hospital.
The opposition National Party believed Auckland’s Asian community has proven itself a force to be reckoned with, after turnout at Saturday’s demonstration against crime doubled organizers’ estimates.
Pansy Wong, a member of the parliament of the National Party, said many Asian people are fed up with out-of-control violence and tired of inaction. She said people feel the issue is being swept under the carpet. Wong said the Asian community is organizing a petition to take to Wellington, demanding a tougher line on violent crime.

Wanganui Mayor Michael Laws compares New Zealand gangs’ lawlessness to violence in Zimbabwe and says the army should be called in to crush them. “This is not Zimbabwe but in some parts of this country the rule of gang thugs resembles such.” He said. (Source)

“Rising violent crime has made more than two-thirds of Christchurch women more fearful for their safety than they were five years ago, a new study of attitudes toward crime shows.
“With violent crime rates increasing in the city and several recent high-profile cases in which women were victimized, 71 per cent of women said they felt less safe than they did in 2003.
“The study, commissioned by The Press for its Eye on Crime series which starts today, paints a picture of people living in fear of crime that is perceived as growing in seriousness and volume. …
“Of female respondents, 38 per cent said they felt ‘a lot less safe’ and 33 per cent said they felt “a little less safe” than they did in 2003. The rest said they felt about the same as they did five years ago, while none said they felt safer. …
“‘There is a perception of people being frightened for their own personal safety. We’ve had women in their 50s, confident businesswomen, who would not go into town on their own at night. There is a real awareness of street violence out there.’”
“Herbert said there was ‘quite a marked increase’ in the severity of violence towards women.”
Unfortunately, the report “weaselwords” its way through statistics and stops short of providing detailed analysis of the level of violence in New Zealand and the crimes which are mostly committed against foreign visitors, Asians and other minorities. Further, the report limits its “findings” to Christchurch and leaves out other major violent cities like Auckland and Wellington.
