A formal complaint has been lodged against Court of Appeal judge Justice Bill Wilson over his failure to remove himself from a case where he had a business relationship with one of the lawyers involved.
Justice Wilson sat on a 2007 case even though he was involved in a business partnership the defense lawyer, lan Galbraith QC.

The Supreme Court has already ruled that Justice Wilson was naughty but will not be “castrated,” or even hung by his private parts.
Attorney General Chris Finlayson reluctantly admitted that the Judicial Conduct Commissioner, [Wellington lawyer] Sir David Gascoigne, had received a complaint about the case.

Emily Jordan’s Family Victimized Twice!
When Israelis are killed in New Zealand, their families hit the 8-figure compensation jackpot; the Brits get peanuts [and probably a pair of discounted air tickets.]
Miss Jordan, who graduated from Swansea University , drowned after becoming trapped beneath underwater rocks for 20 minutes.
Chris Jordan, father of Emily Jordan who was drowned in the Kawarau River Gorge in Central Otago in April 2008, received $80,000 [£33,600] in reparations for his “special Daughter’s) negligent homicide. It had cost the family about 10 times as much to raise her.
It’s not known why he agreed to the micky-mouse death compensation, unless the media aren’t telling us everything.
The company, Mad Dog River Boarding, responsible for the victim’s death, was fined $66,000 for Emily Jordan’s negligent homicide.
Emily Jordan’s father told The Otago Daily Times: “We have got to get something out of this, otherwise Emily’s death would be for nothing.
“Many activities in New Zealand carry little or no regulation.
“I have a major problem with this. If anyone wanted to, say, start up a new activity tomorrow going down a river on your head, it would be permissible.”
If indeed NZ Govt hasn’t secretly topped up the reparations to the Jordan family, then they should sue the government.

There are probably 25 Aussies killed in New Zealand for every NZer snuffed out in Australia!
The complete stats are hard to come by because New Zealand govt doesn’t release any stats concerning the number of foreignors killed in New Zealand, so you’ll have to keep your ears close to the ground and add the numbers up one by one.
The latest life claimed by New Zealand was that of an “experienced alpine skier” who was killed after buried in an avalanche in Southern Alps in Canterbury yesterday.
“The man, believed to be about 60, was one of a group of five, including three tourists and two guides from Alpine Guides, skiing in the Ragged Range, near Methven, despite a high risk of avalanche in the area.” Media said.
“Police have not released the man’s identity but reports said he was from Australia. The two other tourists, believed to be father and son, were also buried, but not injured.”
“The guide has skied down and stopped and waited then the three clients have skied towards him and an avalanche has been triggered, burying all three clients,” police said.
That’s what the guides normally do in New Zealand. They go first, and too bad if you can’t follow them because of some stupid reason like being buried in an avalanche. They are trained in the art of making you part with your money and charge an arm and a leg, but aren’t trained to provide adequate protection to ensure your safety! [Hell, they can't even tell you which area is 'safe,' and which isn't.]
Alpine skiing [and most other outdoor sports in NZ] is like playing Russian Roulette with a [5-bullet] revolver. Statistically, each skier faces a 1 in 5 probability of not making it back [alive!]

Severe winds have begun to lash the lower North Island, with the worst expected to bring down trees and powerlines later today.
The biggest gust recorded in the region this morning was 109 kmh on the Rimutaka Hill, but forecasters are warning that the worst weather will arrive this afternoon.
MetService said gusts of 130kmh will hit Wellington, Wairarapa and parts of the Hawke’s Bay from midday and continue throughout the day.
The winds are also expected to affect parts of the central North Island plateau, the Kaimai Range, Coromandel Peninsula and Great Barrier Island.
Severe norwesterly gales gusting up to 120kmh were expected to hit inland parts of Canterbury.

Lightning strikes zap Invercargill
A cluster of lightning strikes struck Invercargill yesterday, blowing phone jacks out of walls, damaging electrical equipment and cutting electricity in part of the city.
Wet and wild weather that began in the early hours of yesterday morning culminated in a series of lightning strikes in north Invercargill about 9am.
Several houses in Talbot St were struck by bolts, described by one resident as a “fireball”.

David Livingstone, a Turangi man opposed to the use of 1080 poison, challenged Mr Cooper to drink a glass of water containing the carrot.
Taupo Mayor Rick Cooper and his councillors were challenged to play Russian roulette today with a carrot that could have been laced with 1080 poison.

New Zealand MetService has issued a severe weather warning for the much of the country
Heavy rain is forecast for Westland, Fiordland and Mt Taranaki, before moving north Thursday, a forecaster said.
Up to 150mm of rain was predicted for Westland, Fiordland and Mt Taranaki, he said.
Heavy rain is also expected “in the northwest of the South Island and North Island high country from the Tararua Ranges to Waikato could expect up to 100mm of rain.”
People living in those areas should look out for rapidly rising rivers.
“Severe gales were also predicted for eastern areas from Marlborough to Hawke’s Bay, including Wellington.”
“These winds have the potential to bring down tree and powerlines, and make driving difficult, especially for motorcycles and high sided vehicles,” forecastrs said.

The C*cksucker in the following report, attempted to kill his wife. He assaulted “his wife by rendering her unconscious using a police choke hold…” and was only sentenced to “100 hours’ community work,” the brotherhood’s code for “he is one of the boys, and he stays on full pay!”

Convicted cop still on payroll

A convicted Rotorua policeman is still a sworn officer receiving full pay, despite being found guilty of choking his wife unconscious.
Constable Ian Harrod is one of six eastern Bay of Plenty police staff members currently suspended on full pay as a result of criminal charges being laid, Rotorua’s Daily Post reported.

Ian Harrod was found guilty in February of assaulting his wife by rendering her unconscious using a police choke hold and sentenced to 100 hours’ community work.
He has been stood down from his role in the Rotorua police since the assault in July 2007 and received full pay for two years.
Newly graduated constables earn $56,137, rising to $81,356 for an extremely experienced constable.
Harrod wasn’t immediately dismissed following his conviction but was suspended from duties pending an employment investigation, said Rotorua police area commander Inspector Bruce Horne.
He could not comment about Harrod’s future in the police as it was an employment matter.
The issue should be dealt with “in weeks, rather than months”, he said.
His wife of 18 years and victim of the assault, Bridget Harrod, said she no longer spoke to her husband and wasn’t aware he was still on full police pay.
Bay of Plenty police district commander Superintendent Gary Smith said the six suspended officers in his district had all been charged with criminal offences.
Bay of Plenty had a workforce of 700 staff and such instances were a small issue, he said.
Mr Smith said police had to ensure staff behaved in a manner that was expected of them. “But when it falls below the stand expected and required, that calls for employment matters to be investigated and dealt with.” —NZPA

New Zealand Travel Health Warning: Measles Outbreak in Christchurch!
Global Health Alert Bulletin # 28 - Outbreak of potentially lethal measles infection in Christchurch!
Four Christchurch Boys’ High School students were found to have measels infection last week, with another case suspected.
Canterbury health officials have now identified an additional six likely cases of the measles in the region, said Medical Officer of Health Dr Cheryl Brunton.
No further information has been released.

Today, Auckland District Court judge ruled that the victim’s identity could finally be revealed.
The murder victim was identified as Nuttidar Vaikaen, 48, said to be a Thai Prostitute.
An 47-year-old Auckland man, said to be a computer programmer, has been charged with her murder.

New Zealand Visitor Health Alert (Health Bulletin # 27): Explosive Rise in the Cases of Infectious Disease:
Highly Contagious Gastrointestinal Bug Norovirus
If you are visiting New Zealand, and you really know better not to do so, avoid New Zealand hospitals like plague.
Dozens of people have been infected with the highly contagious bug norovirus in in New Zealand hospitals. However, only two hospitals have reported the outbreaks, Waikato and Timaru.
“Timaru’s Ranui Free Kindergarten is closed today because of a case of the highly contagious gastrointestinal bug, while the hospital is dealing with six more suspected cases, taking the total to 33.” A report said.
Waikato Hospital has also reported the outbreak of norovirus.
Norovirus is a bacteria found in human feces. Marine contamination occurs when raw sewage is discharged into coastal waters. The common symptoms of illness from norovirus include nausea, stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, headache, chills and aching muscles.
At least two dozen people have been killed and many others sickened by varios outbreaks of norovirus in New Zealand in the past 12 months.

Lord Lucan, aka Lord Bingham, 74, fled England after killing Sandra Rivett, his children’s nanny, in 1974. The following year he was found guilty of her murder by an inquest jury. He spent most of his life in ‘hiding’ in New Zealand, but was declared legally dead in October 1999.

“He warned the success of the National Milk Producers Federation (NMPF) lobby in the United States gaining new subsidies under the Dairy Export Incentive Program (DEIP) ‘will cost every American family at the supermarket checkout’.” NZ’s advertising media reported.
You let us worry about our grocery bill. In this country [U.S.] people have a habit of consuming untainted milk, and dairy products.
“Mr Nicolson said that primary product contributed 64 per cent of everything New Zealand exported, and that the farmer-owned cooperative, Fonterra, which controls about 40 per cent of international dairy trade, does not receive NZ Government subsidies.”
That’s your problem, not ours.
“Like farmers in the United States, we have seen the value of whole milkpowder collapse by over 50 per cent,” he said. “Unlike American farm lobbyists we are not seeking government support or protection from the market place.”
Perhaps, you quit lacing your milk with harmful stuff, and your luck might change.

“Antarctic Southerly” weather strikes New Zealand
Heavy snow has blocked roads in the North and South Islands Wednesday.
Police said driving conditions on roads in South Island were treacherous. Motorists are urged not to use most routes around Dunedin unless absolutey necessary.
“Three Mile Hill Rd has been closed indefinitely, while the Northern Motorway is open to light vehicles only.” Media reported
There have been dozens of crashes including several serious ones throughout the morning.
Strong winds and very cold weather are forecast for the next few days and people have been warned to saty “ready.”
Heavy rains have already caused significant flooding in South Canterbury in the last few days and this weather system may cause more problem, Canterbury Regional Emergency Management office manager said. He said, “people should stock up on food, water, fuel, alternative lighting and other emergency supplies.”
“Wind gusts earlier brought down a tree, blocking State Highway 75 near Akaroa in Canterbury. The tree fell across the between Little River and the Hill Top.” A report said.

New Zealanders [pakeha land thieves] are the cruelest bunch of animal abusers in the world
New Zealand is a society of extreme violence. The pakeha attitude toward battery hens, lambs undergone mulesing, farm animals used for sex, pigs tortured… is no different to their treatment of colored people, women and children.

Animal Rights group SAFE has revealed the identity of the owner of the piggery at the center of the latest uncovered episode inhumane animal treatment.[Images of pigs frothing at the mouth and unable to move inside their tiny cages were aired in a local TV program. ] SAFE’s spokesman, Hans Kriek, named Colin Kay as the owner of the piggery. Mr Kay was a leading pig industry representative who owns several North Island properties.
“He says despite public outrage the farmer is unlikely to be breaking the law and the piggery is typical of sow stall operations. SAFE says the piggery has previously been investigated by MAF which found it was acting within in the law and SAFE does not expect a different result if it is examined again.”

Metservice has released a severe weather warning has also been issued for heavy rain in the Marlborough Sounds, Tararua Ranges and Mt Taranaki.
The nightmare weather is due to hit late tonight, and is thanks to a cold front sweeping over the Tasman Sea, heading for the top of the South Island.
Police have already attended three crashes involving two caravans and a high sided truck being blown over in the wind on State Highway 73, and at Rakaia gorge. – NEWSTALK ZB

Sewage city’s top cop Pieri Munro investigated after assaulting his teenage son
Murder, gangrape, serious assault, corruption … could we be talking about the New Zealand Police Farce?
Wellington’s top cop “district commander Superintendent” Pieri Munro is on paid leave while his pals “investigate” him for assaulting his teenage son.
“A Police National Headquarters spokeswoman confirmed a ’senior ranking member of police’, who she would not identify, was being investigated by senior detectives brought in from Auckland.” Dominion Post said.
“[We are] unable to identify the name of the officer as that would lead to the identification of the complainant,” she said.
“We are for the same reason unable to comment on the nature and circumstances of the allegation. The officer has not been stood down.”
“Mr Munro is one of two senior Wellington-based police officers currently under investigation a second officer is facing questions after he allegedly berated a motorist over his driving, even though the officer was in the wrong.” DP said. Full story…

Meet former pakeha Jan!
Victim No 1. Photographed outside the “hobbit house” he built in his backyard, which he also called it the “council beater” because it was small enough to avoid building regulations.
Jan Molenaar, like all pakeha, grew up learning that he had the inalienable rights to
- Defend his illegitimate / ill-gained property.
- Grow his own food and ‘medicine.’
- Take things without paying for.
His army training reinforced those beliefs. Molenaar, spent six years in the Territorial Army in the armoured corps of the Hawkes Bay Wellington Regiment. However, he left the territorials in 1988 and did not have any further involvement with the Army afterward. He had realized what the Army was all about, and couldn’t continue his involvement.
“As a territorial, Molenaar would have undergone physical training and learned first aid, field work and basic combat tactics.He would have been trained to use weapons including rifles, machine guns, pistols, grenades and light anti-tank weapons.” Stuff NZ wrote.
Mr Roser, a friend of Molenaar said the victim had been interested in guns “but not from a psycho angle”.
“But he knew enough about the world that if any circumstance arose he could take care of his and his own.”
On the day of shooting, Molenaar arrived home to find the police interrogating his maori partner. He warned them and told them to live… and the rest is now another page in NZ police farce’s shamefukl history.
“One local teenager, Alex Cunliffe, 16, said Molenaar had been unhappy with police, believing they had a racist attitude towards his Maori partner.” Stuff NZ reported.
The three policemen provoked Molenaar and pushed him to the braking point. He napped and shot them!
In a free country [NOT a police state like New Zealand,] Molennar’s action would be regarded as self-defense.

New Zealand Police Farce (and Rape Military)
- The function of New Zealand police and military is to protect the establishment and its wealthy members against everyone else!
- To keep the costs down, however, New Zealand police farce are one of the most poorly trained “police forces” anywhere.
- Bearing in mind the above premises (1) and (2), those who are attracted by the the NZ police farce and its rape military, are aggressive, macho, pakeha Pete type “Rambos” with no respect for ordinary people. [This description fits the general profile, but is not meant to offend the grieving family or friends of the deceased policeman Len Snee, who may have been an exception to the rule.]
- In fact, had Jan Molenaar not mended his ways, he would have been the “perfect” candidate to join the NZ Police Farce.
- New Zealand Police Farce are probably the most racist “force of bullies” in the world.
- Ordinary people hate the NZ police.
- When people who still have some spunk left in them are provoked to the edge by the bullying police, they snap and retaliate.
Victim No 2. Deceased Policeman. Mr Len Snee. The deceased and two other equally untrained policemen were sent to intimidate Jan Molenaar. They waited until Molenaar had left home, then pushed their way into his house and interrogated his Maori partner, allegedly over a marijuana plant.
The incompetent bullies: the police farce, NZ Rape Army, Special forces assassins… They all came to Napier to justify their stinking existence and “prove” how desperately ordinary New Zealanders needed them [sic.]
A military show of force: “OT OF THE WAY, you cockroaches!” The establishment keeping ordinary people in fear by the excessive display of military might. Does it make you laugh, or cry?
Another few regiments out of their barracks, and both China and Russia would have been on standby to defend against the New Zealand military.

Even after the police had bullied Molenaar into a corner, a skilled negotiator could have prevented his unnecessary death! [But, the establishment wanted his blood!]
The establishment would go out of its way to preserve the false image of the its incompetent cowboy cops as “super heroes,” and that usually entails putting words into the dead “villain’s” mouth: Lies and half truths.
FYI, Jan Molenaar didn’t commit suicide as the establishment wants you to believe. He was murdered by a paramilitary marksman.
Jan Molenaar could have been a joyrider, and he would have still ended up dead at the end of the day. For such is our evil police farce’s policy: Don’t let them come out of it alive!
