Foreign Students Are Terrorists: NZ Stasi Chief

Asians, blacks and brown Bastards are here to steal our weapons of mass destruction: NZ Secret Police Chief
The Security [sic] Intelligence [sic] Service [sic] has contacted university teachers demanding information on foreign students who are allegedly gathering information on NZ’s “weapons of mass destruction,” on behalf of their countries.
Tertiary Education Union president Dr Tom Ryan has reportedly been angered by the SIS Stasi maneuver. He said:
The SIS pretends that it should be considered normal for staff to report back to a spy agency. But such a practice would undermine the legislated autonomy of our institutions, including the guarantee of academic freedom.
It also may lead to some members of the academic community being targeted because of their religion, nationality, or ethnicity.
Dr Ryan said the Director of the SIS, Warren Tucker, has sent a letter to university managers [demanding information on foreign students/WMD spies.]
It’s not known how Tucker intends to shut down all other channels of information to justify the importance of his job [sic,] namely public libraries, Internet…
In August 2009 Stasi Chief Tucker released a statement regarding the letter, which he referred to as the “pamphlet” [on breaches of national security and terrorist activities by foreign students.]
“We are inviting NZ exporters, manufacturers, scientists, researchers and academics to remain alert to suspicious advances and seek advice on any concerns they may have,” he said, adding that a large number of “seemingly benign” manufactured goods, technology and know-how can help foreign students develop weapons of mass destruction.
He alleged that the “pamphlet” provided information for scientists and exporters on how to spy on foreign students who may be producing weapons.
“As our outreach effort increases, we hope to increase the number of community contacts who are able to provide expert assistance on proliferation issues; other contacts may provide investigative leads and disruption opportunities,” Tucker said.
This is New Zealand, NOT a democracy!
Why Bypass the Police? Isn’t it the job of the police to deal with criminal activities? Oops! It’s NOT as if SIS are any more intelligent than the tick blue line, is it? Ouch!
Dr Ryan said the letter to universities alludes to a meeting between the spy agency and the New Zealand Vice Chancellor’s Committee. [Implying that the letter had made it sound as if it was a done thing and that the academic staff should toe the line, or face the consequences. ]
Dr Ryan said the SIS has also sent out a brochure called “A Guide to Weapons of Mass Destruction: Your role in preventing proliferation of weapons of mass destruction”.
He said the brochure warns scientists and researchers to spy on students and report them to the secret police if they think the “suspects” are trying to learn how to make “weapons of mass destruction.”
Dr Ryan said the brochure ["pamphlet"] has been distributed widely within New Zealand collages and universities and includes fax, email, and web contacts for the secret police, SIS.
“If any tertiary staff member sees something they suspect is illegal they should contact the police. Otherwise their job is to advance and share knowledge; it is not to create an atmosphere where colleagues and students don’t know whether they are being spied on or not. That can only inhibit genuine education and research,” said Dr Ryan.
Don’t Go to New Zealand, If you don’t want to end up in a Guantanamo-like prison
Previously, the blog has warned foreign students about studying in New Zealand for other reasons, namely to stop them from being murdered, killed on the deadly roads, raped, assaulted, mugged and robbed.
This blog has also repeatedly addressed all foreign diplomats, and embassy and consulate staff in New Zealand:

Now, studying in New Zealand has taken a whole new sinister dimension for Asians and all other ‘colored’ students. They could be arrested or shot on the spot, if their breath smelled of garlic or they spoke New Zealand English with a different accent, or refused to give the secret policeman a blow job on demand.
Worst still, they could spend the rest of their miserable lives in a Guantanamo-like prison in an undisclosed location in the SW pacific for attempting to learn how to breakdown water into hydrogen [bomb] and [the deadly fire accelerant] oxygen in their science lab.

Body of Missing Chinese Man Found in New Zealand
‘Taranaki dead-bodies recovery team’ found the body of missing Chinese engineer this morning.
Xizhong Zhu , 49, known as Mark, who became the 459th foreigner to go missing in New Zealand, had told a colleague he was traveling to Auckland about three weeks ago.

Defective Infector Greg Gray said the 49-year-old’s body was found inside his vehicle, previously reported as a Subaru Impreza hatchback, down a bank on State Highway 3 near North Taranaki.
The Moderator suspects foul play, though, judging by past records, the coroner would probably find the victim died of natural causes, as usual.
Mr Zhu had been working in New Zealand since 1998. His only son, Tony, reportedly attended university in Christchurch and his ex-wife and parents live in China.

A suspected New Zealand SIS agent arrested in the Philippines in connection with a 2003 mutiny
Ministry of Foreign Affairs officials say they are doing what they can to help the suspect, NZPA said.
“The man, identified only by his surname Newman, and six retired Philippine Navy soldiers have been detained by the Philippines’ Bureau of Immigration and Organised Crime Task Force, The Dominion Post reported.”
Local media were briefed by the Police that the seven were involved in a July 2003 bloodless mutiny lead by Newman who had an expired tourist visa.
“A Ministry spokesman said the department was aware of the arrest of the New Zealand man who was facing immigration-related charges and had extended consular assistance to the man.”
“The man had appointed a lawyer and did not want any other information released.” NZPA said.
When the other SIS spy suspect, Mark Taylor, was released from detention in Pakistan and deported, his “family” [read: the security intelligence service,] too, asked for no further information to be released regarding his whereabouts, or the circumstances surrounding his detention and deportation.”

Addicted to toilet spying, SIS are the same people who instead of preventing the bombing of Rainbow Warrior by their French bedfellows, provided material support to ensure sinking of the protest boat.
According to the media, Green MP Keith Locke, 64, ”recently applied to have his top-secret security file released under the SIS’s policy of greater openness and found he had been spied on from the age of 11.”
“His parents, Elsie and Jack Locke, were well-known communists and he had been covertly photographed, his private work with constituents had been tracked, and the SIS monitored him as recently as 2006.”
In a SIS-inspired [if not dictated] Editorial, Timaru Herald [who?] writes: “The truth is that New Zealand is not East Germany in 1960, and the SIS is not the Stasi.” Adding that: “On the storm-in-a-teacup scale this one rates as a force 10 cyclone. Mr Locke’s hysteria is misplaced.”

The Editorial is right about one thing, the SIS is not the Stasi; the brownheads are much worse than even the Stasi!
Since Mr Locke is a member of the so called parliament and in that capacity he works in the interests of his constituents, it makes you wonder which foreign entity’s interests the SIS toilet spies are serving.

Asians are Killed Like Flies in New Zealand

The Asian Victim of car murder was named as Mrs Joanne Wang, who lived in Auckland, New Zealand. Her 8-year-old boy watched her die. “She was lying totally lifeless, there was blood gushing out of her ear pretty profusely.” A witness said.
The Driver Smashed His 4×4 Into Her, Then Backed Up and Drove Over Her
A 39-year-old Asian woman, presumed to be Korean or Japanese, was murdered in Auckland as her assailant who snatched her handbag knocked her down with his 4WD and drove over her.
The Asian victim suffered serious head injuries and died about an hour later.
The other two Asians who were murdered in New Zealand last week were Mr Navtej Singh, 30, an Indian shopkeeper who was shot to death in his Auckland shop, and Mrs Yin Ping Yang, an 80-year-old Chinese woman who was viciously attacked and fatally injured in her home.

Brave New Zealanders Bash Octogenarian Chinese Woman to Death
Was she mistaken for a Japanese? Would that be a plausible defense in the racist, corrupt New Zealand Courts?
Deceased: Yin Ping Yang, 80, was fatally attacked at her home. She was the second of three Asians murdered in Auckland, New Zealand, the Valley of Death, in one week.
Yin Ping Yang, an 80-year-old Chinese woman, who was viciously attacked by intruder(s) in her Auckland home Wednesday, died from internal injuries Saturday. Other than being a Chinese, It’s not known what threat, if any, she might have posed to New Zealand “national security” or the “welfare” of the New Zealanders.

She may have escaped the fury of China quake, but the frail old grandma was no match for New Zealand’s racist storm!
Police detective inspector said the victim had received broken ribs, internal and serious head injuries in the attack and was in a critical condition when she was taken to Middlemore Hospital where she died Saturday. She was not believed to have been sexually violated, police said. [Isn't that (a) amazing (!), and (b) a relief to her son and grand children?]

Mr Wolfie to the Next Busload of Tourists: Hello Lunch! Do You Feel Lucky Today?
Two separate tourist buses, one carrying Japanese tourists and the other Chinese, crashed in less than 24 hours in New Zealand.
In the first incident which occurred Saturday near Matamata, New Zealand, at least 7 Japanese tourists were treated for injuries.
The second tourist bus crashed and rolled down a bank, with the bus ending up on its side on Sunday. At least 8 Chinese tourists required hospital treatment for their injuries.
Police spokesman said the crash could have been a lot worse and the tourists were lucky to be alive! [They don't normally survive the 'mandatory' crash!]

Folks, is this a repeat viewing of Groundhog Day or what?
The tourists in New Zealand are being murdered, killed on the roads or in entirely avoidable accidents like flies as the tourism industry laughs all the way to the bank!
We say enough killing of the tourists in New Zealand!
A 19-year-old English tourist was killed in a quad bike “accident” on a kiwifruit orchard in Katikati, media reported.
“The on-farm handling of quad bikes has been an issue raised by accident investigators and insurers. Bikes have been getting bigger and more powerful Training of riders has also been an issue.” (Source)

To the corrupt ex police commissioners and the current acting police commissioner: Why haven’t you interviewed Mr Wolfie in connection with Jae Hyeon Kim’s disappearance?
A number of readers have contacted the Moderators wondering why New Zeelend hasn’t yet written about the disappearance of Korean tourist Jae Hyeon Kim. We had intended to write a few words at a later date, but here are a few details about Mr Kim’s disappearance:
MISSING, PRESUMED DEAD: Korean tourist Jae Hyeon Kim went DINZWAT [disappeared in New Zealand without a trace] in 2003.
Jae Hyeon Kim, 25, was last seen in Alan’s Backpackers in Nelson. His family reported him missing in May 2004 after he failed to return to Korea from New Zealand. Police revealed that his cash card was used for a transaction at a Westport bar and cafe in September 2003, three weeks after he left the flea motel in Nelson.
Five years on, although the police have reopened the file into Mr Kim’s disappearance, they haven’t revealed why Mr Wolfie has not been treated as a suspect.

Japanese student killed in a car crash
A Japanese student was killed after a car crash on New Zealand’s death roads, near Palmerston North last night.
Acting Sergeant Simon Mercer said it was taking a while to track down the student’s next of kin! (Source)
Why bother at all, Mr Mercer? Do you think Japanese parents give a damn about their kids? Why would they send them to New Zealand? Who is counting, anyway?

To Jacek Grzybowski’s Parents: YOU OWE IT TO YOUR SON TO INVESTIGATE HIS DEATH INDEPENDENTLY [Not through the Polish Embassy!]
Poor Jacek Grzybowski had no idea Mr Wolfie was waiting for him!
Jacek Grzybowski, 28, a Polish computer software engineer visiting New Zealand was “zapped” by Mr Wolfie.
Mr Grzybowski went missing on May 31, 2008 and his body was found in a SHALLOW stream in the Rimutaka Forest Park yesterday. (Source)
Our thoughts go with Mr Grzybowski’s family and friends. No one deserves to be murdered or killed in the horrible way that the victims he and so many other tourists in New Zealand have been slain. This is outrageous, and it’s patently unacceptable.
There’s a strange phenomenon associated with the tourists who go missing in New Zealand:
About 99.99 percent of the time they are found dead [killed, murdered ... otherwise stone-cold dead!]
Do you believe Jacek Grzybowski died accidentally?
No way! What are the probabilities that so many intelligent, healthy people could be “accidentally” killed in New Zealand? About one in 100 billion? [See all previous entries on this blog!] The families of the victims owe it to their loved ones to thoroughly investigate the killing, leaving no stone unturned until they establish the cause of death!

Another Avoidable Death [Murder, Killing, Slaying]
Would Mr Grzybowski have visited New Zealand, if the NZ government had revealed the country’s appalling record of tourist murders, killings and deaths?
Unfortunately, Jacek can’t answer that question. Neither could any of the other victims who were murdered or killed in New Zealand:
Klaus Jakob, 44, was hit by a car in Rotorua, New Zealand. It not known how long it took before he was taken to a local Hospital, however, he died a few hours later.
Liat Okin. Liat, 35, an Israeli tourist went for a walk in March 2008, but she never returned. Her body was found two months later near the track.
Karen Aims. Karen, 26, a visitor from Orkney Islands, was brutalized and murdered in Taupo, New Zealand.
Heidi Paakkonen. Heidi, 21, and her fiancé, Sven Hoglin, 23, Swedish tourists, who were returning to Sweden to marry were brutally murdered. The remains of Heidi Paakkonen’s who might have been 14 weeks pregnant at the time of her murder, are missing.
Kayo Matsuzawa. Kayo, 29, a Japanese tourist, thought New Zealand was a safe place to visit – a mistake that cost her life. Her naked and decomposing body was discovered inside a locked cupboard in an Auckland building. Her murderer(s) walks free.
Birgit Brauer. Birgit, 28, a German tourist, was beaten, stabbed and strangled to death near New Plymouth, New Zealand.
Margery Hopegood. Margery, an English tourist, was stabbed to death in a toilet block in Hamilton, New Zealand.
Navin Govind, an Indian who immigrated to NZ only to be beaten to death in his shop because he was “colored.”
Shiu Prasad who also immigrated to New Zealand from India in search of a different life, but couldn’t change his skin color.
Bhagubhai Vaghel, a grandfather of two little girls, a qualified engineer and hard-working Indian who immigrated to New Zealand in search of his dreams (wrong color).
And an unknown number of other, mostly “colored,” immigrants and tourists from China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea … the foreign victims who were violently murdered (or killed on New Zealand’s death roads) raped, mugged or seriously assaulted, and whose names and details have been suppressed (otherwise publicly unavailable).
The Malevolent NZ Authorities are violating the tourists’ human rights and are party to the crimes perpetrated against them through concealment of tourist murder statistics, misrepresentation of facts about tourist safety, and negligence in failing to provide adequate protection for the visitors!
CASF Human Rights Team has asked the NZ Ministry of Justice and several other ministries for a list of foreigners who have been murdered or ‘accidentally’ killed in New Zealand in the past few years. Unfortunately, the New Zealand authorities declined to provide any information.
According to nztourmaps.com, a New Zealand tourism promotion company, about 779 overseas visitors were killed in New Zealand between 2001 to 2006. [Note: the figure provided may be grossly underestimated, however, it still means overseas visitors are 7 times more likely to be killed in New Zealand than in Australia.] But even this information is not readily available.
PM of New Zealand and the felonious members of her malevolent government MUST be held jointly and severally responsible for each and every incident of murder, rape, assault, or harm that befalls the UNSUSPECTING tourists in that country. The morally repugnant b*stards should be sued for every ill-gotten penny they have got and buttkicked off their comfortable perch!
