pakeha: Neither a Race, Nor a Nation

NOTE: pakeha are invariably introduced as ‘Europeans’ in an attempt to gather support and sympathy for them, and so that they could hide their ugly faces behind the Europeans’ backsides. It’s true, of course, that pakeha are of European descent, but that doesn’t make every European a pakeha [anymore than it makes every Londoner Jack the Ripper.] In Moderator’s experience, the average pakeha, the worst murderous land thieves, rustlers and monsters that ever walked the earth, are the lowest form of life. Furthermore, pakeha are neither a race, nor a nation. They are an incompetent mercenary group that occupy other people’s land through the sheer force of their numbers. Any adverse remark made against them, therefore, would be neither racist, nor anti-European. [It's acknowledged that a handful of 'pious pakeha' live among the vast majority of these thieves and assassins.]

Murder

Kiwi set to be extradited on Australian murder charge

A man expected to face a murder charge in Australia was to appear in North Shore District Court today for an extradition hearing.

He is one of two North Shore teenagers who have been arrested and will be charged with murder after a fatal home invasion on the Gold Coast.

Newstalk ZB reported that Australian police say the pair and a third man robbed a 46-year-old man of money and cannabis, beat him up, bound him and left him for dead last August.

One of the New Zealanders was reported to be in custody in Brisbane, while the other was expected to appear for an extradition hearing today. - NZPA

Cruelty to farm animals

Fred Brinsdon, 60, a Whitianga farmer was  fined more than $4000 for numerous animal cruelty charges to cows and goats, afetr he was  found guilty of five charges in just five weeks in 2007 including

• Ill-treating a cow. “He caused it to suffer pain and distress that was unreasonable and unnecessary, by allowing bulls of all ages to repeatedly ride it.”  The cow eventually died of trauma.
• “Failing to provide 49 cattle and six goats with proper and sufficient food.
• “Failing to ensure that five head of cattle and six goats received treatment to alleviate unreasonable pain or distress.”
• “Keeping a cow alive when it was in such a condition that it was suffering unreasonable or unnecessary pain or distress…”
