“A man convicted of having sex with a 13-year-old girl has lost his appeal against deportation, despite claiming that the health of his three children will suffer.
“Sanele Siupolu was 26 when he had sex three times with a 13-year-old neighbour in Auckland. He pleaded guilty and, in August 2006, was sentenced to 18 months’ home detention. A deportation order was issued.”
The Deportation Review Tribunal said:
“We conclude that the humanitarian factors favouring his continued residence in New Zealand are outweighed by the seriousness of the offending. It is not unjust or unduly harsh to deport the appellant.”
However, the very same tribunal allowed South African Stephen Diaz, 20, who was sentenced to two years’ jail for sodomizing a 13-year-old boy, to escape deportation because they were told “Diaz was immature and could not look after himself.” Media reported.
Message to new immigrants: When in New Zealand, stick to the Anchor butter!

If we in New Zealand have no idea the extent of the historic sexual abuse problems in NZ how will we ever find a solution.in 1974 I was kidnapped and held captive for 9 months before I was able to escape.Nothing happened to those people.The English person who was the main perpetrator would say this is the best country in the world to do this to children because nothing will happen to him..New Zealand needs to wake up to such atrocities committed against children and enforce the penalty these people deserve.
Deport foreigners who commit these crimes.

When I was 15 years old I was held captive in a flat which was at the back of a shop and and part of an old large Victorian villa in Arthur Street Onehunga, Auckland from March 1974 until December 1974 There was a 26 year old English man who called himself David.This was not his real name.There was is 16 year old ‘girlfriend’.She called herself Greta This was not her real name but her middle name.She had brought out from England by his parents.They called themselves Pam and Graham.They lived in Yates street in a small white villa, they had organised everything as they said she wasn’t happy at home because her parents didn’t like the age difference and the fact they had been seeing each other since she was12.
This was a very complex situation which I unfortunately ended up in for the nine months.
