Aisling Symes: Tragedy of Negligence and Incompetence

Death NO Mystery

PARENTS ‘JUST TURNED THEIR BACKS FOR ONE MINUTE’

How Far Could a Two-Year Old Walk in One Minute?

Aisling Symes
Aisling Symes, 2, a victim of her parents negligence and the epic police incompetence. Instead of searching the next-door property, where they might have found her alive, NZ Police trumped up a bizarre scenario saying they believed she was abducted by an Asian woman. Their top officer, Inspector Davey
, went as far as telling members of the public: “There are several ethnicities encompassed in the generic descriptor ‘Asian’ – Chinese, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Indian and several others – and we’re very keen to hear from anyone who thinks they might know who this woman is.”

MONDAY [Oct 5, 2009] Aisling Symes, 2, is allowed to “wander off”  from a house in Longburn Rd in the Auckland suburb of Henderson into the big, dangerous world outside in freezing temperatures.

Police said Aisling was with her parents who were cleaning her grandparents’ vacant house when she vanished into thin air.

“They were just tidying up the premises and they just turned around and Aisling had gone, she had just wandered off,” Inspector Gary Davey told Radio New Zealand.

She is finally reported missing presumably by her careless parents, Angela and Alan.

The West Auckland police’s first reaction is to pin the disappearance on the Asians [Note: the usual suspect is Maori, but in this case it wouldn’t fit the  “abduction-to-order” scenario.] They create an female Asian suspect.

She was in her 30s, about 165cm tall with a medium build, long straight black hair and reportedly wearing black socks with black sandals. …  She was wearing a black crew neck top, with three-quarter length sleeves, three-quarter length blue jeans, black leather sandals and black socks. … The woman had a black and grey medium sized dog on a lead.  …  She was directly behind the missing child. … She was last  seen at 5.30pm with an Asian  woman. … Police begin a search.

http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/2934078/Police-worried-about-missing-girl-2

The word ‘black’ is repeated 7 times in the description of the female Asian [Chinese, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Indian and several others,] who is wearing a double servings of leather sandals and socks!

Then Police issue appeal after appeal for the Asian woman to contact them.

More than 100 people start searching the Henderson area and the local streams looking for Aisling, the Asian woman, and the black and grey medium sized dog on a lead, instead of checking the immediate neighborhood where she was probably drowning.

TUESDAY: Fears are growing because “Aisling believed to have spent the night in the open during a storm. About 100 searchers trawl nearby waterways.” a report said.

But if they believe she was “kidnapped” by the Asian female, what makes them also believe she must have spent the night in the open?

WEDNESDAY:
Driven by dark forces operating in their tiny little minds, NZ Police announce that they now believe it was a case of abduction. This means the search in the streams and adjacent properties no longer continues, at least not with the same intensity.

Inspector Gary Davey, the police officer in charge of the case said police had not heard from the [fictitious] Asian woman sought [in the trumped up abduction scenario,] “urging members of the public not to limit their understanding of what Asian is.”

“There are several ethnicities encompassed in the generic descriptor ‘Asian’ – Chinese, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Indian and several others – and we’re very keen to hear from anyone who thinks they might know who this woman is,” Inspector Davey said. [In fact, he was prepared to bet his pension that the abductor would be a Chinese female, a source said.]

THURSDAY: Aisling Symes’s careless parents, Alan and Angela, make an emotional appeal to the ghost abductor.

They and the Police now plead with the fictitious abductor for her safe return.

FRIDAY:
Police make yet another appeal, begging the Asian abductor  to drop Aisling off at a hospital. “If she was returned safely to a safe place the chances of her survival are greatly improved,” they say.

SATURDAY: Police finally admit they haven’t the foggiest what happened to the little girl.

SUNDAY: Inspector Gary Davey, who is as competent as a dead newt floating in a septic tank, makes a personal appeal for anyone with information about the missing girl to call him.

The broad Police Commissioner, Howard Fat, announce that a British aristocrat,  the blooming Lord Ashcroft has offered a reward of $50,000 for information leading to the safe return of Aisling Symes.

Inspector Gary Davey finally cracks his abduction case!

MONDAY again [Oct 12, 2009] About 80 percent of New Zealand Police [farce] flock into a property backing on to the house from which Aisling wandered off, where a tiny body is found in a drain. Aisling’s parents identify the body as their  child’s.

In fact each and everyone of the hundreds of thousands of Asians—Chinese, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Indian and several other nationalities—who live in New Zealand are still potential suspects in Mr Davey’s racist tiny little mind.

Resign, Mr Davey, or better still, put yourself out of this embarrassing misery!

The above is based on various reports from NZPA, Dominion Post and others.

You are spot on. Davey is a racist. Instead of providing an exact description of the ‘Asian’ woman and putting it in the papers, he comes up with the incredibly stupid comment “Chinese, Korean, Thai, Japanese, Indian and several others” ie basically anyone who is nonwhite.

Incredibly thick comment that noone in the New Zealand media picked up on. Not only racist, but stupid police work – surely an accurate description of the person sought would be the first thing provided – yet he says the lady could have been Chinese or Indian – might as well say could have been Polynesian or Scandinavian.

What a fucken egghead – yet because he fucks up and is white he is OK – whereas if it had been a non-white cop showing the same degree of incompetence he would have been subject to public mockery.

Sometimes this country of self-righteous Anglo Saxons makes me sick.

And the fucken mother should be charged with negligence.

P.S by the way this site is very interesting – provides a good alternative viewpoint

The fact is most of the paedophile rings and child abductors are WHITE.

Most of the paedophiles trawling through poor Asian countries are WHITE.

And I would bet my life on it that the list of paedophiles the police were going through was 99% white.

Yet it is the ASIAN woman they use to stir up public.

This country is full of white racist motherfuckers.

You’re right. The latest high-profile example was the French culture (!) minister.

Of course the other thing the police should have realized is that Asians generally only involve themselves in abduction for ransom. It was obvious this was not the case here, so based on statistics along, the Asian woman should have been ruled out from early on.

Paedophilia is basically a crime unique to white men – and in fact I would bet my life that the list of paedophiles the police would have gone through was 99% white. The Asian component I suspect would have been zero.

In fact out of 1509 people on the sex offenders list, http://www.safenz.org.nz/sxdb/sxdb.htm, just two are Chinese, ie 0.13% of sex offenders are Chinese, yet Chinese are 3.6% of the population. thus Chinese are underrepresented in sex crimes ,relative to general population, by about 27 times.

Also in Australia, based on jailing rates in 2008, there were precisely zero sex crimes for people orginating in China – zero out of approximately 300,000 people. http://tinyurl.com/msfsj3

Of course this type of analysis would have been beyond the ken of our ‘police’ force, who, based on dubious evidence, still love to stir the public up against non-whites, Asians in particular.

Info wanted on Aisling case to clear the air
    Newstalk ZB October 15, 2009, 12:07 pm

Members of Auckland’s Chinese community want the police to release more details about the Asian woman caught up in the Aisling Symes case ‘to clear the air’.

Police have located and talked with the woman, who is believed to have been the last person to have seen the two-year-old Henderson girl alive. They say the woman has no relevant information but police will not reveal why she did not come forward voluntarily.

Auckland Chinese Community Centre Chairman Arthur Loo wants more information. He says there is a level of public disquiet because the woman failed to present herself to police.

“We just want a bit more information. We don’t need to know her name. At the moment I’m concerned that perhaps members of the public at large feel that this person was being less than cooperative with the inquiry.” …

It would be interesting to see what the racist new zealand police will

Note the headline: “missing student’s second life”
The Advertising Media keep mentioning that he withdrew $250 dollars from his bank account on the day he disappeared.

Police delve into missing student’s second life

Police are looking into some aspects of the life of missing Indian student Srikanth Rayadurgam of which even his family were not aware.

Police yesterday scoured the shoreline of Port Chevalier and Westhaven Marina and nearby streets, but found no trace Mr Rayadurgam.

The 23-year-old was last seen on October 1. His wallet and some clothes were found the following morning on Westhaven Marina.

Detective Sergeant Joe Aumua said police were still getting calls from the public.

“So there are a number of inquiries to be done there, and we’re still speaking to some of his associates so we’re hoping some information might come out of that,” he told Radio New Zealand.

Investigators were looking into aspects of Mr Rayadurgam’s lifestyle his family were not aware of, Mr Aumua said.

Mr Rayadurgam had withdrawn $250 from an ATM on Queen St the day he disappeared and tried to call his uncle in India after 10pm on his cellphone.

His family fear he has been the victim of foul play.

You do realise that calling the parents negligent is slander, don’t you? Be wary of the words you use.

I sincerely hope you don’t have children, or else you’re tempting fate by asking what could possibly happen in one minute. Children can get remarkably far in the space of a minute, and even the best parents can lose a child to a horrible accident. To blame the parents is a horrific thing that they don’t deserve. I wonder if you would blame them if they were Maori, not Irish.

How come so many legal eagles feel compelled visiting this blog, and dishing out free advice?

“Children can get remarkably far in the space of a minute, and even the best parents can lose a child to a horrible accident. To blame the parents is a horrific thing that they don’t deserve.”

Toddlers can’t fly a plane, drive a car, steer a boat, swim, or even cross the road by themselves; nor should they be allowed to attempt any.

They need constant supervision and parents must afford them full protection against numerous hazards in the big bad world, indoor and outdoor. There are many types of harnesses, playpens, baby leashes, alarms and other devices designed to protect them.

You’d be CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT, if you let your toddler out of your sight for any length of time, allowing them to wonder off into the unknown, or worse still run them over in your driveway.

In the tragic case of Aisling Symes, however, her parents negligence does not diminish the local council’s duty of care in making the dangerous manhole cover secure, or the police’s abject failure to conduct an intelligent search that might have found her alive.

A toddler has a separate life and identity. Parents don’t own their kids. They need to be legally protected against negligent parents.

I think the parents will have the rest of their lives to regret, feel the guilt, remorse and suffer the grief that losing a child brings into ones life. I think comments about the parents are really judgemental on here. They have a huge cross to bear with the loss of their child, regardless of how many ‘if onlys’ they (or we!!) can count.

I guess after an initial search, the next obvious conclusion would be abduction…. so police would have to take the investigation in a different direction…. I think using the term ‘black’ to decribe a bag or dog or sandels cant honestly be construed as being racially motivated, so I guess we have gone to the extremes re analysis.

They were lucky to find the childs body, which in itself is devastating, it at least allowed closure. Really sad life event. 😦
