The contrast couldn’t be more stark!

Every winter one Family has to take their children to hospital because they become sick from the cold, while another family fly their children to Hawaii to keep them healthy!

John Key, the millionaire PM of New Zealand, stands in front of his palatial home in St Stevens Ave, Parnell, Auckland, reportedly worth $9 million. As John Key’s estimated wealth reaches $80 to $100 million  mark, at least one in six New Zealanders, both Maori and Europeans, live in poverty. Photo: Geoff Dale. Image may be subject to copyright

John Key also owns a multimillion dollar villa in Ho’olei, Maui, Hawaii, where he takes his family when NZ gets too cold!!

“From the wide, shady “lanai” deck of John Key’s $5.6 million Maui holiday home, the view of the Pacific Ocean and Wailea Beach is sweeping. [The villa is located in] the gated community of Ho’olei, part of the Wailea Beach development on the southern side of Maui – 600ha of world-class resorts, 2000 condominiums and 500 private homes, three championship golf courses, a dozen world class restaurants, countless pools, several luxury spas and the 12-court Wailea Tennis Club,” according to a report.

“The website describes [John Key’s Villa] as featuring ‘spacious two-storey town homes with finely-appointed interiors, private elevators, and attached garages, marrying the virtues of a free-standing residence with the convenience of condominium living. Ho’olei has broad, west-facing ocean views and is surrounded on three sides by the Wailea Blue Golf Course’. Key’s apartment overlooks the golf-course. Price? A reported US$3.25 million [currently believed to be worth about US$6.8 million as of correction, dated 19 December 2015.]”

You do realise the reason he has a lavish house and beach house is because he worked hard.

NZ Schools are not good enough for his kids- he sends them to boarding school in Switzerland.

The information you have posted on his Hawai’ian home is incorrect. That picture is his NZ holiday home at Omaha Beach. Refer: http://m.nzherald.co.nz/lifestyle/news/article.cfm?c_id=6&objectid=11179945

Mr key has never invited the moderators to any of his holiday homes. Information used for the earlier caption came from the MSM. Let’s hope nzherald got it right this time!
