Underage sex “OK” if you’re well-connected and pay the pimp state

Posted by te2ataria on March 31, 2016

Judge Louis Bidois felt convicting the rapists would be unfair and disproportionate to the crime!

Five well-connected men [the Opotiki five] have been discharged without conviction after pleading guilty to having sex with underage girls [statutory rape.]

“The men, aged 17 and 18 at the time of the offending, pleaded guilty at Opotiki District Court this morning, to charges of unlawful sexual connection relating to five girls, mostly aged 14.”

Judge Louis [Oh là là] Bidois decided convicting the four rapists would be unfair and “disproportionate” to the crime!

“All of the men, whose names would remain suppressed [because they are probably well-heeled, or well-connected.]  http://www.radionz.co.nz/news/national/300337/men-on-underage-sex-charges-to-pay-$500

[MUST READ for MSM editors: “In all cases it was made clear the sexual relationships were consensual.” Statutory rape means sexual intercourse with a person under 16 years old. In this country, as strange (!) as it might sound, people below the age of consent cannot legally consent to having sex.]

“One of the accused, who faced charges involving two of the girls, all of whom were aged 14 or 15 at the time, will have to pay reparation of $500.”  http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/78427955/Victim-slams-police-over-Opotiki-sex-case

What if the alleged sex-offenders were “disposable” Indians and the *$%^&# judge was a racist pig?

New Zealand beats Australia for world record skin cancer rates

Posted by te2ataria on March 30, 2016

Crikey, we finally beat the world at something!

New Zealanders now have the highest melanoma rates in the world, beating Australia, according to a new study.

Reported melanoma rates in New Zealand  have nearly doubled over the past 30 years, with about 50 cases per 100,000 people in 2011.

In Australia, the rate peaked at 49 per 100,000 in 2005, and has since declined.

Six Asian students left bloodied, battered and terrified after gang assaults

Posted by te2ataria on March 30, 2016

Auckland Mayor Len Brown says Asian students are not targeted!

@*^%#!&^*, Mr Brown!

Four separate brutal attacks have left at least six Asian students, both male and female,  bloodied, battered and terrified in the last week alone.

“…on Thursday, a male Chinese student [victim no. 5] walking to Unitec in Mt Albert was set upon by two men who beat him so severely photos show his face and upper body smeared in blood.

“They kicked him and stomped on his head, breaking his glasses, and stole his laptop, before escaping in a car.”

Local Board deputy chairwoman Susan Zhu said the incidents have caused widespread fear among the Chinese community.

“Some students have raised the issue with me that they feel very scared to go out and lots of parents in New Zealand and outside New Zealand are worried.”

While there was an element of “wrong place, wrong time” Mrs Zhu questioned whether enough was being done to keep visitors safe.

“People have been talking about the city’s stakeholders, for example, the police, whose first priority is to keep the community safe and in these three cases they have failed to keep our young students – who are our guests and who contribute hugely to our city – safe.”

“The spate of aggravated robberies have targeted international students —using extensive violence to take handbags, phones, laptops, bank cards and shoes,” according to a report.

In the latest series of attacks, multiple male and female Chinese and Japanese students studying at University of Auckland and Unitec have been targeted.

In the most recent incident, which occurred on Monday evening, four youths were arrested after trying to steal a handbag from a young [Asian] woman who was walking along Khyber Pass near the corner of Broadway in Newmarket.  The young woman was pushed to the ground [and was left heavily bruised] during the incident, police said.  http://www.police.govt.nz/news/release/police-concerned-student-assaults

Based even on the government’s doctored data, an average of 25 crashes occur on NZ roads each day, resulting in 31 reportable injuries including 14 hospitalization (8 serious injuries) and at least one fatality [many more so during public holidays.]

That is 350 crashes over the past 14 days, ending in 434 reportable injuries including 196 hospitalization (112 serious injuries), and about 24 fatalities. But only a handful of crashes have been reported.

What happened to the remaining 330 or so crashes???

Truth hurts New Zealand tourism. The average tourist will not visit this country, if they knew true extent of the daily carnage on our deadly roads. Therefore:

About two-thirds of the road fatalities in New Zealand go unreported by our political police, or unrecorded by Ministry of Transport [“Minitru”.] This week there’s been a near total news censorship…

[Other factors for the carnage include deadly roads, road unworthy vehicles…]

Police assassins shoot man in the head during foot chase

Posted by te2ataria on March 24, 2016

Foreword: Telling lies, manipulating data and blaming/bullying the victims are routine police craft in New Zealand.

Trigger-happy terminators shoot to kill again [claim self defence!]

Armed Offenders Squad assassins shot a man in the head and leg in Whanganui Thursday morning, after pursuing him on foot.

Excuse Line No. 1: The man allegedly “threatened a woman with a gun (!) in his bid to escape the law.”

Excuse Line No. 2: “After being located, the [victim] pointed a gun (!) and was shot twice, suffering injuries to his head and leg,” police said.

The victim is in a serious condition in Whanganui Hospital, according to reports.

What’s happening on our deadly roads?

[Heavily Doctored] Motor Vehicle Crashes in New Zealand 2014

  • 268 fatal road crashes
  • 295 deaths
  • 8,614 injury crashes
  • 11,219 people injured

In 2005 there were:

  • 405 deaths

  • 11,920 less serious injuries

In 2002, according to the official data, there were:

  • 404 deaths

  • 14,000 injuries
  • 1.5 deaths per 10,000 vehicles
  • 10 deaths per 100,000 population
  • The cost to the taxpayers was more than $3.5 billion.

“Auckland University professor losses job for telling the truth”

Posted by te2ataria on March 23, 2016

Sent by a reader in Waikato

Telling the truth is anti-Semitic ?

A University of Auckland professor is to leave his job after an anti-Semitism row sparked by a letter to the Waikato Times.

Acclaimed hate crimes expert Professor Scott Poynting compared an Israeli company employing Palestinians to a German company employing Jews. The commentary rankled various groups, including the New Zealand Jewish Council and a fellow academic, who complained to the university, branding the professor’s letter to the editor as anti-Semitic.

University Vice-Chancellor Stuart McCutcheon addressed the complainants in a letter, which he detailed investigations had been undertaken.
Lecturer Scott Poynting is leaving his job.
University of Auckland Lecturer Scott Poynting is leaving his job.

The institution had found Poynting not guilty of professional misconduct and it had been suggested to Poynting he should write a second letter to the editor of the Waikato Times clarifying he was not intending to make anti-Semitic remarks, McCutcheon said.

Poynting had refused to write a clarification, so McCutcheon apologised on behalf of the educational institution.

When questioned whether Poynting was retiring, the university said it had no further comment on this matter, other than what was in the letter was accurate.

In a joint statement, New Zealand Jewish Council chairman Geoff Levy and president Stephen Goodman said they were still seeking an apology from Poynting, and wanted the University of Auckland to publicly distance itself from the remarks.

“The hateful views expressed by Professor Poynting in his letter to the Waikato Times have no place in New Zealand, let alone within our academic institutions. While it is reassuring to know that Poynting will not be working at the University of Auckland much longer, the private nature of the apology from Professor McCutcheon does not promote transparency or proper accountability.

“The New Zealand Jewish Council would have expected the University of Auckland to publicly distance itself from the views of Professor Poynting, as other universities have done in similar situations, rather than privately apologise for any distress caused.” Read more…

Stabbing spree female killer declared insane

Posted by te2ataria on March 22, 2016

That’s okay then!!

A woman who stabbed a 67-year-old man to death and injured four others in an attack at a Johnsonville house last year has been found not guilty by reason of insanity.

In the High Court at Wellington today, Justice David Collins said that she was suffering from a “major mental illness” on the day, including paranoid delusions and hallucinations.

She also assaulted her doctor, believing he was evil and trying to poison her(!)

What happened to the other 200 crashes over the past eight days???

Truth hurts New Zealand tourism. The average tourist will not visit this country, if they knew true extent of the daily carnage on our deadly roads. Therefore:

About two-thirds of the road fatalities in New Zealand go unreported by our political police, or unrecorded by Ministry of Transport [“Minitru”.] This week there’s been a near total news censorship…

Censorship, news blackout and disinformation are serious threats to democracy, even one as fake and dysfunctional as ours!

About 2.7 million licensed drivers, half million or so unlicensed/unqualified drivers and more than one million tourists (per year) drive on New Zealand death roads.

A large number of the above drive a vehicle under the influence (illicit drugs, banned substances, prescription medication…), while intoxicated, fatigued or mentally unfit, resulting in inordinate numbers of fatalities and injuries. [Other factors for the carnage include deadly roads, road unworthy vehicles…]

[Heavily Doctored] Motor Vehicle Crashes in New Zealand 2014

  • 268 fatal road crashes
  • 295 deaths
  • 8,614 injury crashes
  • 11,219 people injured

In 2005 there were:

  • 405 deaths
  • 2,531 serious injuries
  • 11,920 less serious injuries

In 2002, according to the official data, there were:

  • 404 deaths
  • 5,200 hospitalisations
  • 14,000 injuries
  • 1.5 deaths per 10,000 vehicles
  • 10 deaths per 100,000 population
  • The cost to the taxpayers was more than $3.5 billion.

Based even on the government’s doctored data, there should be about 25 crashes today, resulting in 31 reportable injuries including 14 hospitalization (8 serious injuries) and at least one fatality.

What type of death do you want?

‘The tough question we all need to think about: what type of death do you want?’

In Australia, at least, you seem to have that luxury; in New Zealand, many don’t:
