Key: Undercover spies need ‘different laws’
“It’s not OK to break the law, but it’s OK to have a different law [under which there would be impunity for breaking the older law?] for someone like an SIS agent if there’s good a reason for that. So there can be an occasion where an SIS agent might assume another, effectively personality from a legal perspective, for very good reasons,” says Prime Minister John [ponytail] Key. http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/politics/77876817/Key-Undercover-spies-can-t-break-laws-but-may-need-different-laws
WTF!? James Bond only had ‘license to kill’, but SIS agents can also rob the dead, pocket the proceeds from drugs, weapons and prostitution ops and further enrich themselves and their bosses through money-laundering…. all of that with full legal impunity and the government’s blessings, of course!

DAY 88 of latest ‘TOURISTS or truth?’ campaign in NZ
About two-thirds of the road fatalities in New Zealand go unreported by police, or unrecorded by Ministry of Transport [“Minitru”.]
Censorship, news blackout and disinformation are serious threats to a democracy, even one as theatrical as ours!
One way to manipulate the road toll statistics, second only to news censorship, is to report most of the dead as being in a “serious/ critical” condition, in “intensive care”, or having “life-threatening” injuries. This way, if the news leaks, they could always be pronounced “dead as a result of their injuries”.
