“A Newshub investigation has revealed Auckland garages are being rented out illegally for more than $400 a week.
“In a case that is currently before the Tenancy Tribunal, one property manager is accused of commandeering a garage, converting it and renting it out to separate tenants.

Police say they have found the body of missing man Rhys Dunn, 21, in Southland on Wednesday afternoon. Mr Dunn was last seen in Queenstown on Friday.
He was found dead in or near his vehicle in the car park of Forest Hill Scenic Reserve

Road Fatalities in Taupo
At least five (or six) people killed in 11 days
The three (or four) foreigners who were killed in a crash on the deadly Desert Road this week bring the number of people killed in the Taupo area to at least five (or six) in just 11 days.
Police have now named the third victim killed in Monday’s crash as Arshpreet Kaur Sidhu, a 23-year-old Indian in New Zealand on a working visa.
Monalisa Alofaifo, 20, a Samoan woman with New Zealand residency, and Twinkle Ansal, a 21-year-old Indian man in New Zealand on a student visa were also killed.
The driver, a 21-year-old Indian man, is said to be in a critical condition (!) in Waikato Hospital’s intensive care unit.
