Another Chinese woman killed in Christchurch crash
The 26-year-old Chinese tourist who was killed in a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 75, on the Christchurch/Akaroa Highway on 4th of January 2017, has been identified by police.
She was Jin Zhang of China, the latest victim of New Zealand tourism.
Was the dead Chinese woman sister of the earthquake victim Didi Zhang?
Didi Zhang, 23, had planned to bring her three Chinese siblings to New Zealand after she completed her English course and was registered as a nurse.
She was studying at the King’s Education language school on the third floor of the CTV building.
Didi came from the historic city of Luoyang in Henan, China. Her family described her as a loving daughter and a stubborn person.
She attended Tianjin Medical School and was considered an excellent student. She came to Christchurch in October 2010. [She was killed on February 22, 2011.]
Will the Chinese officials who profit handsomely from kickbacks in trade deals with New Zealand allow their media to publicize the road fatalities involving Chinese nationals in this country?
Most probably not, judging by past experience.
