Nelson lawyer Alistair Bowers found dead in crashed car
Every death in New Zealand must be regarded as suspicious, unless investigated by qualified, independent (non-NZers) investigators.
EIGHT days after the body Bowers, 52, was found dead in a crashed car, police say his death is being treated as a suspected suicide.
“Bowers, a lawyer who lived in Nelson, was supposed to be in Christchurch representing a plaintiff in a civil case. He never arrived at the courthouse.”
[NOTE: Death by driving on NZ suicide roads should be treated as negligent homicide. The authorities are fully aware of the dangers, yet they take no step to prevent the vehicular mayhem. Moderator N.]
