Best News of the Week!

NZ skies slightly less filthy, as dozens of Auckland flights are cancelled due to jet fuel shortage…

A large crack in a jet fuel pipeline release about 70,000 litres of jet fuel into farmland near Ruakakahas, forcing Marsden Point refinery to  shut down the pipeline, and prompting the oil companies to rationing fuel. Refining NZ estimates it will take up to 15 days to repair the crack, which has reduced the volume of jet fuel available to 30 percent of normal, a report said.

“Air New Zealand has estimated about 2000 customers a day will be affected as it deals with the fuel shortage.”

Road Fatalities: Police Censorship

At least FIVE, possibly as many as SEVEN, people were killed in serious crashes on Wednesday, August 23, according to a informed source, but only three fatalities were reported by police.

On Monday, August 28, police reported at least THREE road fatalities. All three victims seem to have been statistically resurrected by the Ministry of Truth (Minitru).

At least nine road fatalities occurred over the weekend (September 1 – 2), according to reliable insider information. However, only four of the deaths were reported by police, and of those, just three recorded by the Ministry of Transport.

Of an estimated 2,000 people who have received near-fatal/critical/serious injuries on New Zealand roads so far this year, none has perished, according to NZ police reports, or lack thereof.

Another murder mystery in Waikato River?

Posted by te2ataria on January 10, 2016

Another man drowns in “ankle-deep water”

A 42-year-old man who drowned while swimming in the Waikato River near Hammond Park was reportedly found lying face down in ankle-deep water.

Police were called to the river off Malcolm St in the Riverlea area of Hamilton on Saturday about 4.50pm, according to reports.

“There were people who were watching him… He appeared not to be distressed. Then he reached reasonably close, the shallower part of the river or was approaching the shallower part of the river, so people kind of took their eyes off him,” said Senior Sergeant Pete van de Wetering of the Waikato District Command Centre.

“Within a couple of minutes… he had sort of submerged. “http://www.stuff.co.nz/waikato-times/news/75749844/man-drowns-in-waikato-river

If you have to drive in NZ “expect the unexpected”

Posted by te2ataria on January 9, 2016

NEWS BLACKOUT in New Zealand: DAY 23

“Words of wisdom” by Canterbury policeman

“It may not be your mistake that causes a crash, so drive defensively and expect the unexpected, particularly near intersections in rural areas.”

Traditionally, there’s a significant increase in crash rates on State Highway 7, State Highway 73, and State Highway 1 during December and January, said acting Canterbury police district road policing manager Inspector Ash Tabb.

The provisional Canterbury road toll for 2015 was 46, over 24 per cent higher than the 2014 road toll of 37. There was also a 22 per cent increase in the total number of crashes during December 2015 compared to December 2014.

“Unfortunately, while we see a number of serious crashes in the Christchurch Metro area, the majority are in rural or semi-rural areas in Selwyn, North Canterbury, and Mid-South Canterbury.”

“It may not be your mistake that causes a crash, so drive defensively and expect the unexpected, particularly near intersections in rural areas.”

NEWS BLACKOUT in New Zealand: DAY 22

Posted by te2ataria on January 8, 2016

NEWS BLACKOUT ALERT: CODE RED

It’s no longer about reporting road murders, it’s all about keeping the fatalities within a predetermined figure!

However, the police will have a hard time concealing the fatalities that are reported by foreign media [and are routinely left out by the local media until they become common knowledge,] like the following examples:

So, how tight is the ongoing censorship noose? Judge for yourselves, [and let’s hope you haven’t been influenced by the “fuzzy logic” taught at a local school.]

Fatal crashes year to date [according to the Ministry of Transport ]
As at 8 January 2016 there were 6 fatalities
Same time last year: 7 fatalities

Latest reported road-murders:

However, we’ve come across a few more “murder mysteries”.

A middle-aged woman, possibly a foreigner, was exercising in leafy Remuera yesterday morning when she was attacked by a man with an unspecified weapon. Her body was found about an hour later .

“We don’t have any evidence to indicate that the accused was known to the victim,” said police.

Obtuse police too predictable

Posted by te2ataria on January 5, 2016

That’s the “good” news!

Now the police-doctored road toll: Holiday road toll rises to 12 with death of person injured on New Year’s Day; 1,617 crashes reported.
http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/75615676/holiday-road-toll-rises-to-12-with-death-of-person-injured-on-new-years-day.html

Police were called to 1,617 crashes around the country during the holiday period, which began at 4pm on December 24 and ended at 6am today. http://www.odt.co.nz/news/national/368853/12-killed-roads-over-christmas

Our “creative” police want us to believe only 12 people were killed over a 12-day holiday period, when as many as 14 road fatalities occur regularly over a busy weekend!

The police are too unintelligent not to be predictable! Before the holiday period, you could have bet with near 100 percent certainty that they would report a comparable number of road-murders to last year’s, most probably even fewer.

Sure enough, the provisional toll for the Christmas – New Year holiday period, which ended at 6am today (Tuesday), currently stands at 12 fatalities.

Allowing for one to three additional fatalities [manufacturing virtue by reporting the death of persons injured earlier 😉 ] the toll would still be lower than last year’s also-doctored total of 16. [To prove us wrong, they could up the total with one or two more fatalities.]

Now the truth!

Based on the information received from our friends throughout the country and the blog’s statistical model, the moderators believe at least 1,850 crashes have occurred on NZ roads over the holiday period, resulting in up to 50 fatalities and about 850 injuries. [Margin of error: +/- 5%]

[The official holiday road monitoring period began at 4pm on 24 December and ended at 6am today.]

NZ a world leader in dealing with homelessness (!)

Fourth homeless man killed violently in Auckland

[Note: the victim wasn’t struck by an invisible bolt of lightning and did NOT die of a “Sudden Death”, despite the police report. He died in Auckland Hospital several hours after being badly bashed. Moderator D.H.]

Auckland City Police say they are investigating the “Sudden Death” of a man who is believed to have been assaulted in Outhwaite Park, Grafton, Tuesday night.

The police report reads:

Sudden death investigation

Wednesday, 11 November 2015 – 9:11am
National News

Auckland City Police are investigating the “Sudden Death” of a man who is believed to have been assaulted in Outhwaite Park, Grafton, sometime between 6.30pm and 10.3pm last night.

The man was taken to Auckland Hospital late last night but was pronounced dead a short time later.

One man has been arrested in relation to the death and will appear in the Auckland District Court today charged with assault.

Investigating officers are at Outhwaite Park where a scene examination is being carried out.

Detective Inspector Kevin Hooper says anyone with information about the circumstances leading up to the man’s death should contact Auckland City CIB.

http://www.police.govt.nz/news/release/sudden-death-investigation

Police also called the murder as “Unexplained Death” in another  bulletin. http://www.police.govt.nz/news/updates/39545
At least we now know the terms “Unexplained Death” and “Sudden Death” actually mean “murder” that the lazy police are too reluctant to investigate.

Three other recent violent deaths of the homeless include:

  • Steven Harris, 54, was stabbed to death by his homeless friend Grenville Fahey, 49, in Auckland City’s Myers Park following an argument.  [This place isn’t big enough…?]
  • Edwin Linder, 42, died in Auckland Hospital after being beaten up in a central Auckland alley by Steven Churchis, 18, who had also been living rough on the streets.
  • Maqbool Hussain, 49,  was beaten and stabbed to death in a temporary squat in Balmoral, a suburb of Auckland, by Justin Vance Turner, 29, who was reportedly enraged that Hussain was sleeping rough.

Maqbool Hussain, 49 (pictured above with his daughter, a decade ago), was beaten to death in a temporary squat on Halston Rd, Balmoral. NZ police: ye moral dwarfs

Posted by te2ataria on September 11, 2015

NZ police, judiciary, government… have NO moral compass!

ye cowards murder another distressed man instead of shooting him with rubber bullets or beanbags

Pera Ariki Smiler, 25, was fatally shot by the police assassins in Upper Hutt Tuesday afternoon.

Smiler was murdered by the police shooters after allegedly firing his rifle inside the McDonald’s restaurant in Upper Hutt on Main St. and then brandishing the rifle outside in the street.

FACT: He had neither shot anyone, nor holding a gun to a anyone’s head and threatening to shoot.

FACT:  He could have easily been immobilized temporarily by police using rubber bullets or beanbags.

FACT: The NZ police are out of control. They use unwarranted deadly force inordinately.

He has been described as a “good kid” by those who knew him.

“Basically, he was a good kid and I loved him. I loved him like a son and I always will regardless of what he’s done. I can’t really say much more,” said Sharon Leaf who knew Smiler when he was  a friend of her son at school.

“As far as I was concerned he was a good soul,” she told NZME.

“All I know is that he was an amazing guy and it’s so sad how things have turned out.” said a relative of the victim who didn’t wish to be named.

“Some of the people are saying he certainly didn’t want to hurt anyone, that’s why he told everyone to get away.”

Pera Ariki Smiler, 25, was murdered by NZ police. Photo Supplied by a friend of the victim/ via media.

Dylan Smiler, the victim’s cousin, told Morning Report that he believed Mr Smiler had no intention of hurting anyone, and must have wanted to die.

“There was one incident where one of the witnesses said he looked at him, and Pera goes, you know, ‘you’re all right, carry on’. And that kinda made me think he had no intention to kinda hurt anyone, he was just in a bad place,” he said.

“For him to not shoot anyone when he had the chance to, is quite a big sign that, you know, it wasn’t his intention,” according to a report.

Police again blame one of the victims for fatal crash

Police have now charged the driver of a vehicle in which a female Taiwanese tourist was killed in a crash on Monday morning.

Yi-Chieh Feng, 30, was a passenger in [an almost certainly defective and unroadworthy] rental car that crashed on State Highway 6 in Westland.

The 31-year-old man driving the car, also a Taiwanese national, who was not injured in the crash, has been charged with careless driving causing death, police said.

Ms. Feng was probably the 3,402nd foreigner killed in New Zealand since January 2000.

Police have difficulty explaining why so many “careless drivers” come to New Zealand only to be killed here or lose their loved ones to our death roads.

What happened to this Korean woman?

Reward of up to $30,000 offered to locate missing person Yoon Sook CHUN

Yoon Sook Chun, 47, is one of more than 500 foreigners missing in New Zealand.

Mrs Chun was last seen on May 18, 2009, shortly before she left her Christchurch home.

Canterbury Police said:

“Mrs Chun was last seen six years ago and over that time it is also possible that loyalties will have changed, or someone who hoped she would be found without them getting involved will step up and contact police.

“We urge anyone who knows anything and hasn’t spoken to police before to come forward, so that police can decide whether the information is of importance to the investigation or not.

“If you are Mrs Chun please contact police.”

The offer would be valid until October 1, police said.

Mrs Chun “held both a New Zealand and South Korean passport.  Neither passport have been used to travel out of the country since her disappearance.”

Blog moderators sincerely hope Mrs Chun, who is a mother of two, is still alive. However, the chances of that are pretty slim.

‘Natural selection’ working at its best: Example 1

Posted by te2ataria on July 4, 2015

Sent by a reader

So you want to talk about natural selection…

A female “gossip columnist,” who works for a shabby news outlet, has mocked the death of the Cook Islands family, Cindy George and her three children in Ashburton as “natural selection”.

[Incidentally, the columnist in question was herself mocked by her friends while still at school because she never washed her hands after using the toilet, despite being a chronic nail-chewer.]

The Ashburton tragedy, whether it was foul play, or an accidental disaster, had nothing to do with natural selection, other than in the diary of a racist scumbag.

However, the mechanics of natural selection do have a strong presence in New Zealand, and play an important role in the evolutionary process…

Take the 2.98 million foreign visitors who arrived in New Zealand in the year ended May 2015 (www.med.govt.nz/).

The foreign visitors who visit New Zealand each year risk becoming victims of:

  • Inordinate number of homicides
  • Fatal incidents in NZ’s notorious tourist deathtraps
  • Deadly collisions on NZ’s deadly roads
  • Lethal food poisoning
  • Exposure to toxic chemicals
  • Potentially deadly UV radiation
  • Deadly viral infections
  • Extreme sports that become life-threatening due to inadequate safety measures and/or faulty equipment

[Borrowed from Apartheid Fort New Zealand]

Yet, they keep on arriving, year after year!

Now, that’s natural selection working at its best.

One Indian murdered, another killed together with a third foreigner …

Posted by te2ataria on November 28, 2013

Police name Indian murder victim found in her Wellington driveway

Police have named the murdered woman whose body was found in her Wellington home after neighbours heard screams, according to NZ Newswire.

The victim, Sarwan Lata Singh, 38, was found slain on ground outside a Kentwood Drive home in Johnsonville at about 1.15am on Tuesday, police said.

Police have not released details of her death because they say the matter is now before the courts.

Road Kills

On Monday, a male Indian tourist in his late 20s was killed in a head-on car crash on on State Highway 1 just north of the Rakaia River. Driver of the other car who was also killed was a 51-year-old Pacific Islander living in Ashburton.

“Two people – a female passenger from each of the two vehicles – were badly injured. Three other vehicles were caught up in the crash, but no-one in them was hurt,” according to a report.

Their fate will never be revealed. Should they die of their injuries, their death will not be recorded as road death statistics.

A culture of RAPE, CENSORSHIP, and MORAL CORRUPTION

Posted by te2ataria on November 17, 2013

“National Day of Action Against Rape Culture”

Saturday’s marches, part of the “National Day of Action Against Rape Culture,” were held in Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch and Dunedin in the wake of the Roast Busters scandal, where young Auckland men claimed to have had group sex with drunk, underage girls.

“New Zealand has had 31 police commissioners. Every single one of them has been male and they’ve all been Pakeha,” said Auckland barrister Catriona MacLennan.

“No doubt the Government will say that there are no women qualified to be police commissioner. That’s rubbish. It’s simply not credible to assert that not a single woman in New Zealand is qualified to be police commissioner.”

“We’ve had report after report telling us what needs to be done to improve court processes,” she said.

“What we’ve never had is a government to step up to the mark and actually do something – specialist sexual offence courts, use of an inquisitorial system, specialist training of judges, lawyers and police and many other suggestions.”

  • New Zealand has the highest rate of RAPE in the so-called developed world. But only 9 percent  of rapes [and sexual crimes] are reported [or registered by the police] in New Zealand according to government figures. Of the reported cases, only 13 percent end in a conviction.

  • 91 percent of the rapes either go unreported, or the victims are intimidated by the police to drop complaints.

  • New Zealand has the highest rate of child rapes in the developed world!

  • About one half all girls and a third of all boys in New Zealand are raped [or sexually molested] before the age of 16.

Why are so many children raped and sexually abused in New Zealand?

Rape is a torture routine, a weapon of mind control and subjugation used by the establishment to repress ordinary people in this country.

New Zealand has the highest rates of RAPE in the developed world

Another Chinese woman brutally murdered in New Zealand

Posted by te2ataria on November 13, 2013

Rongmei “Mei” Fan, 37, was victim of a “violent and brutal attack.” Ms. Fan had two young children aged 5 and 9.  She had moved to New Zealand in 2006 from north China’s Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region, according to Chinese media reports.

The body of  Ms Fan was discovered by a friend on Sunday evening. She was last seen last Friday dropping her two little  children off at their local school, Miramar Central School, and speaking with a teacher, according to a report.

“It is clear that this was a brutal and vicious attack that has taken the life of a young mother,” Defective Senior Sergeant John van den Heuvel said.

“Whoever has done this has taken away the mum of two little children which, any way you look at it, is a heartless act”.

Ms. Chen, an accountant, studied and worked in Auckland for 22 years, said her brother. Her body has not been found.

“We believe her body was buried in a secluded location, such as a green belt or bush reserve, and we’d ask people to think back about what they were doing on Guy Fawkes Night last year and whether they witnessed any behaviour in the North Shore area that appeared strange,” said Defective Sergeant Goldie.

Couple froze to death near summit of Mt Taranaki: Police

A Japanese climber and his partner died in a snow cave near the summit of Mt Taranaki.

Hiroki Ogawa, 31, and Nicole Sutton, 29, froze to death on the 2,520-metre-high mountain, NZ police confirmed on Monday.

“Ms Sutton lived through the night but passed away in the arms of rescue staff shortly after they arrived at 7.30am,” according to a report.

“I knew he would look after my daughter really well”

Ms Sutton’s parents had hoped she and Mr Ogawa would eventually marry and Mr Sutton said he knew the 31-year-old “would look after my daughter really well”.

At least 80 people have died on Mt Taranaki in recent times, however,  the 3,754-metre Aoraki Mt Cook in the South Island, New Zealand’s highest, remains the deadliest with more than 200 deaths.

Who Killed the Indian Student Sunil Kumar?

Posted by te2ataria on October 2, 2013

Body found on beach cremated without being positively identified?

How did the coroner establish the decomposing corpse was indeed that of the missing Indian student Sunil Kumar Raghavaraju? Is it true that they obtained DNA from his family in India? If he had a family, why didn’t they claim his body for two and a half years until it was cremated?

WAS this yet another example of shabby performance by a NZ coroner!

Indian Student Mr Sunil Kumar Raghavaraju, 25. A NZ Coroner says the badly decomposed body found at 90 Mile Beach on February 13, 2011 was Mr Kumar.

Body found on beach cremated after lying unclaimed for two years

The body of a man found at 90 Mile Beach had to be cremated because it posed a health and safety risk after being left unclaimed in a morgue for two years, according to a coroner’s finding.

When the body of Sunil Kumar Raghava Raju, 25, was discovered on February 13, 2011 there was initially no indication who he was, Coroner Brandt Shortland said.

Mr Raju’s body was washed up in a state so decomposed, his ethnicity could not be identified.

“His skin pigmentation had deteriorated and there was just nothing that the police could find to identify him or work with.

“The cause of death was undetermined at that time, though [there was] a strong belief he at least drowned.”

Fingerprints taken from his body proved inconclusive when compared to the police database, Coroner Shortland said.

“Mr Raju had never been in trouble with the law in New Zealand, hence no match.”

On February 26 that year, police received a report of a missing 25-year-old Indian male.

Flatmates of Mr Raju, who was a student in Auckland at the time, had reported him missing when he failed to stay in contact with them.

Mr Raju had finished a course and told his flatmates that he was heading to Hamilton to look for work. However, there was no evidence as to whether he actually made it to Hamilton, Coroner Shortland said.

How he arrived at Ahipara still remains a mystery, Coroner Shortland said.

Police effectively left no stone unturned, but were unable to answer the basic questions on how Mr Raju was even in that area and the reasons why he was there, Coroner Shortland said.

“Natural conclusions formed a view that he had not been there previously.

“The fact he was washed up on 90 Mile Beach raised lots of questions with very few answers.”

Police conducted a thorough inquiry including searching missing persons’ files, fingerprint checks, inquiries with forensic dentists, shipping company records, inquiries into overboard fishermen, Interpol inquiries and searching carparks and camping grounds in the Far North – to no avail.

The initial investigation was carried out by a police officer based in the northernmost police station in the country, who “used all his resources and plugged all his contacts for any information and effectively came up blank”, Coroner Shortland said.

A subsequent post-mortem examination unearthed no evidence of pre-mortem injuries however, extensive post-mortem injuries were present which were likely to be the result of shark bites, Dr Jane Vuletic said.

“Due to the degree of decomposition present, a cause of death was not identified.”

Coroner Shortland said Mr Raju had been in the water for so long it defeated any possibility of accurately determining the cause of death.

However there were no injuries which suggested violence either before or during death.

Police also found no activity on Mr Raju’s Facebook page or with his bank balances.

On the balance of probabilities it was most likely Mr Raju drowned, Coroner Shortland said.

“He had not been in trouble with the law. There was no indication he was in conflict with other persons.

“There is no evidence to suggest he was mentally unwell or unstable. As to why he was there and how he got there remains inconclusive.”

Mr Raju’s body remained in the mortuary fridge in Auckland awaiting pick up for two years following his post-mortem examination, Coroner Shortland said.

However, “it came to a point where his body was a health and safety issue and, therefore, the process was then hastened for the purpose of disposal”.

His cremation was funded through ACC. His ashes remain in an urn until either his family claim them or directions are given as to their disposal.

Two-thirds of young NZers are suicidal

Posted by te2ataria on September 8, 2013

The title of article posted below should have been

“How the police state has made two-thirds of young NZers suicidal”

Those of you who read this blog regularly may recall previous headlines like “NZers are among the happiest nation in the world [despite having the highest suicide rates in the world,]” and so forth…

As for the other one-third, they join the police force or the military, kill a few brown people at home or murder in cold blood a dozen women and kids in Iraq, Afghanistan … , and then commit suicide.

Nearly two thirds of young kiwis depressed

By: Bruce Russell| Newstalk ZB| Sunday September 8 2013 14:58

Nearly two-thirds of young New Zealanders are showing signs of depressed mood.

Recent results from the New Zealand Sovereign Wellbeing index have revealed the need to improve our wellbeing by encouraging a flourishing community.

University of Canterbury lecturer Tracy Clelland says the country rates very poorly compared with most European countries, particularly in the area of connecting with others in the neighbourhood.

“Things like more local events where people can come together, just making sure you knock on the door of the neighbour’s house, just making sure you know who your neighbours are.”

The theme for Mental Health Awareness Week next month is connecting with others.
