French Maiden Killed in Northland, New Zealand

SEE ALSO: One Foreigner is Murdered/Killed in New Zealand Every Two Days (9-year average)

Eva Kosanic, aged 20 to 22, depending on who you believe, was  an intern at Environmental Science and Research in Christchurch, or a tourist, who was due to return to France.

She was apparently killed when the rental car she was driving went out of control and smashed into a tree on a road near Broadwood, 48km southeast of Kaitaia, Northland. [In New Zealand most cars, especially the rental units, are defective and unroadworthy—Moderator.]

The French woman “could have lain dead in a crashed car for [at least] two days before being discovered.” The Northern Advocate reported.

The French Maiden Was the 1,617th Person to Be Killed/Murdered in New Zealand, Since January 1, 2000.

Cars that are imported to New Zealand or the auto parts that are manufactured in this country, are intrinsically unsafe.

New Zealand Kills One More Foreigner

Posted by te2ataria on October 6, 2009

One Foreigner is Murdered/Killed in New Zealand Every Two Days  (9-year average)

A 22-year-old foreigner was killed when the car she was driving, most likely an average defective car driven on New Zealand Death Roads, went out of control and  slammed into a tree in Broadwood, south of Kaitaia, Northland yesterday morning.

The police say they will not release the victim’s name until her relatives overseas can be contacted. They have also refused to release her nationality, which has no bearing on  their privacy claim.

There are many outstanding cases in which the police has made similar statements about the foreigners who were murdered or killed in New Zealand, only to permanently suppress their names details later.

Another Tourist Missing in New Zealand

Posted by te2ataria on October 1, 2009

Presume the Worst!

Kok Wong, 32, a Malaysian tourist,  has disappeared  from Aoraki Mount Cook village.

Wong was reported to the Lake Tekapo police station when he failed to catch his bus this morning at 10am.

He was  staying at the youth hostel where he was last seen yesterday afternoon, a report said.

Mr Wong had expressed an interest  to visit the Red Tarns Track and The Hooker Valley, or so the police insists, desperate for a cover story.

He was not properly equipped for the visit,  police said, and as the whether is expected to deteriorate tonight and tomorrow, the worst should be expected.

Mr Kok Wong’s personal items and luggage were found in his room, police said, adding that his bed had not been slept in overnight.

Let’s hope he didn’t meet the kiwi with a spade.

Twice More Likely to Get Killed in NZ in 2009-10

Posted by te2ataria on May 23, 2009

Every would-be visitor to New Zealand should read this post!

If you are planning to travel to New Zealand, don’t. Why? Because you are at least twice more likely to get killed here in 2009-10 tourist season than in the last season.

See Drink-drive offences up 50 percent

Bearing in mind when the un-authorities say up 50 percent, they are telling a lie by diluting the real stats by a factor of about 5 or 6.

The article says the number of people killed on New Zealand roads by 22 May 2009 were 175. The actual number, however, is at least twice that.

As of the date of this post [May 23, 2009] at least 370 people have been killed on New Zealand roads since the start of 2009. Many more have been injured.

See  New Zealand Death Clocks

And

How safe is New Zealand for tourists?

  • The 1,522nd Foreigner to be murdered, killed, or otherwise to leave New Zealand in a body bag since January 2000 was a Chinese female student! An unnamed Chinese female student from Palmerston North was killed and at least two others were injured, NZPA reported a Youthtown Trust Rescue Helicopter pilot as saying. [April 24, 2009]

How many foreigners are killed in New Zealand each year?

See  Proudly Killed in New Zealand [Most recent toll only!]

What if you are not murdered on the streets of New Zealand or in your hotel room, killed by ‘stray’ bullets  fired by the army helping the police to catch a handbag-snatcher, or shot and killed in a case of mistaken identity?

The chances are you would be killed on New Zealand’s death roads.

How dangerous is the weather, earthquakes …

What about serious assaults?

For every tourist Murdered in New Zealand there are at least 20 who suffer serious injuries when raped, mugged, kidnapped, randomly assaulted or victimized in road rage incidents. For every tourist killed on New Zealand’s deadly roads, at least 40  others are injured, a quarter of them seriously, in the road crashes.

Could you get raped in new Zealand if you are a male tourist?

If you are wondering that it could never happen to you, because you are male, see

What happens after you are killed in New Zealand?

You’ll most probably leave New Zealand in a body bag—a cold, non-porous plastic bag measuring about 36 by 90 inches—like the one featured in this photo, which your family would have to pay for.

Don’t be a drag! If you have to go to New Zealand, take your own body bag.

Flying to New Zealand’s “sexiest ski area” for a “quickie?”

“Antarctic Southerly” weather strikes New Zealand

Heavy snow has blocked roads in the North and South Islands Wednesday.

Police said driving conditions on roads in South Island were treacherous. Motorists are urged not to use most routes around Dunedin unless absolutey necessary.

“Three Mile Hill Rd has been closed indefinitely, while the Northern Motorway is open to light vehicles only.” Media reported

There have been dozens of crashes including several serious ones throughout the morning.

Strong winds and very cold weather are forecast for the next few days and people have been warned to saty “ready.”

Heavy rains have already caused significant flooding in South Canterbury in the last few days and this weather system may cause more problem, Canterbury Regional Emergency Management office manager said. He said, “people should stock up on food, water, fuel, alternative lighting and other emergency supplies.”

“Wind gusts earlier brought down a tree, blocking State Highway 75 near Akaroa in Canterbury. The tree fell across the between Little River and the Hill Top.” A report said.

Skydiving in NZ may cost Swedish tourist his life

Posted by te2ataria on February 16, 2009

Another Swedish tourist lands in a New Zealand hospital fighting for his life

A Swedish tourist sustained serious facial injuries during a skydive attempt and is now fighting for his life in a poxy hospital in New Zealand

The 26-year-old who was clearly unfit/unprepared for the occasion was encouraged to do his first solo skydive at Skydive Abel Tasman in Motueka, New Zealand.

The ambulance driver [who must presumably be an expert skydiver himself with a similar experience] said the tourist became unconscious during the descent and landed on his face.

As with the unsafe rental vehicles in New Zealand, equipment failure is a strong possibility in this tragic incident.

We hope the victim will recover from this unfortunate but preventable incident to tell all other would be tourists in Sweden NOT to attempt New Zealand tourist deathtraps.

Another Brit Killed in New Zealand

Posted by te2ataria on January 30, 2009

Every death in New Zealand should be treated as murder, unless proven otherwise!

A Brit was the 1,475th foreigner to be murdered in New Zealand or killed on its roads since January 1, 2000.

British national, Gary Stuart Smith, 30, was killed in South Taranaki, New Zealand, police said, when the car he was driving failed to negotiate a bend and hit a tree. He was the sole occupant and was killed at the scene.

[To the blog readers: If you are aware of any other incidents that the Moderator might have missed, in which other foreigners have been killed, especially in the last 96 hours or so, please leave a message below.]

The New Zealand police’s and Coroners’ reports  are NOT worth the paper they are written on!

To establish the real cause, the death of each visitor in New Zealand must be investigated by NON-NZ independent experts.

40 Foreigners killed in New Zealand Since Holidays

Posted by te2ataria on January 29, 2009

The 40th foreigner to be killed in New Zealand since the start of New Year Holidays was an Israeli tramper.

An aerial rescue (!) team recovered the body of Ohad Dotan, 26,  from Aoraki/Mount Cook yesterday.

Ohad Dotan, an Israeli soldier,  reportedly fell to his death near the Mueller Glacier in the Southern Alps.

“Rabbi Menachem Goldstein, director of the Jewish Chabad-Lubavitch sect in New Zealand, fought to halt the autopsy and called for Mr Dotan’s body to be released from the Christchurch Coroner’s office.”

However, the Christchurch Coroner’s office said the autopsy had gone ahead, NZPA reported.

“Department of Conservation (DOC) area manager Richard McNamara said the man appeared to have made a conscious decision to leave the track.” A report said.

How does Richard McNamara know that? The dead man told him, of course!

Every death in New Zealand should be treated as murder, unless proven otherwise!

To establish the real cause, the death of each visitor in New Zealand must be investigated by independent (NON-NZ) experts.
