Visitor Arrivals FALL, FALL, FALL

Posted by te2ataria on July 21, 2009

Nos of Overseas Visitors are DOWN, DOWN, DOWN!

Let’s Hope the Trend Will Continue

According to the [perfidious] Statistics New Zealand (SNZ), for the year to June, visitor arrivals fell.

British Visitors: Down 28,700 or 10 percent for the year [Environmentalism is finally catching up with some Brits.]

Korean Visitors: Down 27,200 or 31 percent [Most Koreans avoid having their heads chopped off by a spade.]

Japanese Visitors: Down 26,500 or 23 percent [Most Japanese don’t enjoy having their skulls smashed.]

United States:  19,700 or 9 percent [Most Americans don’t like being urinated on by NZers.]

China 16,300 or 13 percent [Some Chinese don’t enjoy being gang raped on the streets of New Zealand with large crowds looking on.]

“Annual visitor numbers from Korea were now at levels last experienced in 2000, while the 88,500 visitors from Japan were the lowest since the July 1988 year, SNZ said.” Source.

Rats Deserting Sinking Ship Part II

Posted by te2ataria on February 27, 2009

story and comments sent by a reader:

Having transformed what was once a beautiful, peaceful place into a hell-like violent cesspit, the rats are now abandoning New Zealand in droves

Almost 1,000 pakeha a week leaving for Australia

The flood of migrants across the Tasman continues unabated, with latest figures showing New Zealanders leaving at a rate approaching 1000 a week, breaking a 20-year record.

In the year ended January, 48,500 New Zealanders headed to Australia on a permanent or long-term basis, with only 13,100 coming the other way, according to Statistics New Zealand figures released today.

The net outflow of 35,400 people in the year easily broke the January 1989 year record of 33,700, and the December 1979 year record of 33,400.

Despite the loss of residents to Australia, New Zealand gained overall 4500 more migrants than it lost.
[If the figures are true and not massaged, as is the norm with Statistics NZ and all other Govt organizations which doctor the figures to fit their agenda, the poor b*stards who come to this country haven’t  the faintest clue what they are letting themselves in for!]

Short-term travel to and from New Zealand dropped in January.

Short-term overseas visitor arrivals totaled 244,000 in the month, and resident short-term departures stood at 105,100 – down 4 per cent and 5 per cent respectively on January last year.

In the full year ended in January, 2.449 million visitors came to New Zealand, down 1 per cent on the previous January year.

Fewer people came here from the United States, Korea, the UK, and Japan.
[Because the psychopathic pakeha keep killing them!]

The earlier timing of the Chinese New Year, compared with 2008, resulted in more visitors from China and Hong Kong.
[Someone ought to translate the contents of this blog into Chinese languages. ]

New Zealanders took fewer short-term overseas trips in the year, with Pacific destinations showing the sharpest downturn.

Travel to Fiji was down 38 per cent, New Caledonia down 84 per cent, and the United States down 22 per cent.

The number of New Zealanders making short-term trips to Australia continued to rise, up 6 per cent for the year. Source: NZPA/nz herald. Text may be subject to copyright.

Like Rats Deserting a Sinking Ship

Kiwis are Fleeing New Zealand

To avoid a nightmare scenario, Australians are well advised to demand pakeha bring their own food and drink, and contain the lot of them in NSW, Victoria and Tasmania!

Who knows what might happen next?

In the past 12 months the net loss (!) to New Zealand was about 100 kiwis per day. That is a net exodus of about 36,000 kiwis to Australia for the year.

[IMAGE of Rats Deserting a Sinking Ship!]

One report called it “the biggest exodus on record.” Other peaks in kiwis deserting  New Zealand were recorded in the late 1970s, and just after the 1987 share crash.

“In November alone, 600 more people left New Zealand than arrived. That is a bad sign for an already struggling housing market, with Westpac economists expecting house prices to fall by another 5 per cent next year.” Said the report.

The tourist industry which employs 10 percent of New Zealand workforce is also badly affected both by the global awarness of the damage caused by tourism and the recession, “cutting into the $1 million an hour that overseas tourists spend here.”

The Highlights:

  • November 2008 tourist arrivals were down 4 per cent compared with same month last year. [Not enough!]
  • The number of Japanese tourists were halved (down by 46%).
  • South Korean and Chinese visitor numbers fell sharply.

Tourism New Zealand big mouth, chief executive George Hickton said tourism could nosedive by 6 per cent or more in the peak summer season. “But our concern would be from March, the low season, as bookings are quite light.

“We will have to batten down the hatches to get through a tougher time.”

How about battening down the whole stinking racket, Mr Bogeyman?  Well, what about it?
