Evil Road Rage Murderer Gets Only 4 Years and 10 Months for Killing Another Woman

That’s right, Cassandra Anderson would be released in just over 2 years from now. She, however, condemned her victim to a “life sentence without living.”

Justice Fogarty sentenced Anderson  to four years and 10 months in prison after she had pleaded guilty to the charge of  manslaughter.

Road Rage Anderson had rammed and tailgated another car driven by  Lenore Carr, 53, at high speed on a city street in September 2008.  Carr was killed when her car was forced out of the road and smashed into a tree.

“Anderson’s defence lawyer Bill Dawkins read a letter from Anderson saying she was sorry to all those who she had hurt and those who had suffered.” A report said.

Like hell she is sorry. Watch the evil cow doing it again as soon as she walks out of the prison door!

Earlier NZPA said:

More tragedy stalks family of road-rage victim

Nov 17, 2009   –
The brother and father of an Invercargill woman killed in a road-rage incident last year were also dead within 10 months, the High Court at Invercargill was told today.

Justice John Fogarty reserved his decision on what sentence to give Cassandra Mary Anderson, 24, for the manslaughter of Leone Carr. Anderson had earlier admitted the charge following a depositions hearing.

Mrs Carr, 53, died when her car and a car driven by Anderson ploughed into Queens Park in Invercargill at 3.30am on September 14, last year.

The court heard how Anderson rammed Mrs Carr’s vehicle at least twice and then continued to tailgate her for up to 1.5km. It was believed both cars were travelling at more than 100kmh in the seconds before the crash.

Mrs Carr’s sister Maureen Hammond told the court of the devastation the family had felt. Mrs Carr had been widowed eight years earlier, raising her two children then aged 9 and 13, on her own. In 2004 she and her daughter Anna had both enrolled to study for a nursing degree — they graduated together in 2007.

Mrs Hammond described how in January this year, just four months after Mrs Carr’s death, their brother Deane Shute was killed. He was crushed by a boulder as he worked alone on a farm.

Six months later, their father died.

“Dad lost two children in four months. He became frailer and frailer.” She said he was found dead in the kitchen of his Catlins home in June, having suffered a major heart attack.

“We believe he died of a broken heart.”

The family had struggled to deal with their loss.

“Cassandra Mary Anderson, through your choices, actions and inactions, you have caused us to lose those most close to us. `Why? Why? Why?”‘ Mrs Hammond asked.

Defence counsel Bill Dawkins said he could answer some of the family’s questions.

He told the court Anderson had left her Lyon St home that evening after her partner struck her in the face, splitting open her nose.

She returned to the house twice — once to look for her mobile phone and again a short time later to return her partner’s dog that she had found wandering up the street.

On the second occasion her partner had jumped onto the bonnet of her car as she reversed and then fell off. Anderson drove round the block and came back to check on him.

He wasn’t there so she continued to drive along Lyon St and turned left onto St Andrew St behind Mrs Carr. Within a short distance she rammed Mrs Carr’s vehicle at least twice before tailgating her at speed.

Justice Fogarty said he was struggling to determine an appropriate sentence for Anderson, although he made it clear she was facing more than two years’ jail. [Like hell he was!]

He reserved his decision hoping to release it by the end of the week. Anderson was remanded in custody. For copyright info click link:

Land Transport NZ Caught Massaging Road Death Toll, Again!

Posted by te2ataria on March 6, 2009

New Zealand Rule: By Way of Deception

Perfidious pakeha are caught massaging numbers for the road deaths in New Zealand, AGAIN!

Previously you read that  according to the perfidious pakeha at the Ministry of Transport the road death toll for 2008 was 359.

According to our contact, one of a handful of “pious pakeha,” however, the actual figure was 557 kills. See: New Zealand road toll for 2008 rose by at least 13% to 557 kills.

So Who was Telling the Truth?

Our insider guy, of course! We know that because:

1. He had nothing to gain, but risked losing everything by revealing the truth.
2. His figures were confirmed by the blog’s statistical model.

Massaging the road death toll – AGAIN

Had you visited the Road death statistics page at Land Transport NZ website at http://www.ltsa.govt.nz/research/toll.html on February 26, 2009, you would have noticed that the road deaths for the year to date were 66 dead. [The figure was already heavily massaged by omitting about 7 to 11 additional road deaths, however, other than our contact’s input, which accurately corresponds to the blog’s statistical model, there were no media/external reports of the additional deaths.]

A friend who visited the LTNZ website both yesterday and today [March 6, 2009,] informed me that the published figures for the 2009 road deaths to date stood at 68, and 0 (NIL )for the month of march.  [Check out the website at http://www.ltsa.govt.nz/research/toll.html ]

But how could that be?

Even the censored ‘news’ media have reported 7 [now risen to 8 after a victim died in hospital] additional road deaths since February 26, 2009. Here’s a list of the fatalities as reported:

1. Fatal crash at Waipu
http://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=10559131 [February 27, 2009]

2. Injured flown out after North Canterbury SH1 crash [We believe one of the injured has since died.] – [February 27, 2009]

3, 4 and 5. Three killed in Marlborough’s unlucky 13 hours [February 27, 2009]

6 and 7. Two dead following Northland road accident [March 2, 2009]

8. Fatal crash in western Bay of Plenty (March 4, 2009)

Witnesses sought to fatal Kaimais crash (March 5, 2009)

The Moderator and blog contributors are also aware of at least four additional road deaths since February 26, 2009 that have not been reported neither by Big Brother, nor the advertising industry [aka, the news media.]
