At least 6 foreigners killed in New Zealand in 9 days

More South Koreans Are Killed by kiwis than by North Koreans

Jae Hyun Ahn, a 35-year-old South Korean man was killed after he was struck by a car on a one-way bridge, on State Highway 25 in the Coromandel, near Tairua, on Saturday.

In the first news bulletin released after his death, New Zealand police said Jae Hyun Ahn was 30 years old and was hit by a car.

In the second news bulletin, the victim grew wiser by 5 years and became 35 (this sort of things do happen in New Zealand),  yet the doctored report said he was killed when he crashed into two stationery cars on the one-way bridge.  [Presumably the cars were parked on the one-lane bridge!]

We are advised by two of our insider contacts who work for the police farce that at least 7  other foreigners have been killed in New Zealand since the beginning of the holiday season, but their details have not been released.

Reported Cases of the Foreigners Killed in New Zealand Since Jan 1, 2010

6. Jae Hyun Ahn, a 35-year-old South Korean national was killed on a one-way bridge, on State Highway 25 in the Coromandel,  south of Tairua, on Saturday.

5. Anderson Luiz Dos Santos, 32, a Brazilian national was killed in a crash near Queenstown on Friday evening.

4. Cushla Rachael Braddock, an Irish woman who went missing  for three days, was found dead by passers-by at Pomare in the Hutt Valley on January 5, 2009. [As usual, police said her death was not suspicious.]

3. Mia Susanne Pusch, 19, from Fulda, in Germany, was killed violently after a truck crushed her body as she cycled in Manawatu, New Zealand.

2.  An unnamed Filipino  mysteriously drowned while fishing at west Auckland’s Piha Beach, on January 3, 201o. The 35-year-old man was allegedly swept off the Dawsons Ledge rocks while fishing about in perfectly calm waters.

1. Deborah Howell, 68, a veteran editor and former Washington Post ombudsman was struck by a car and killed near Blenheim, New Zealand. She was the first foreigner reported killed in New Zealand in 2010.

In 2009 the average “kill rate” of foreigners in New Zealand was 1 foreigner every 2 days.

Brazilian one of Two Foreigners Killed Since Friday

Posted by te2ataria on January 10, 2010

At least two more foreigners have been killed in New Zealand since Friday, January 8

Anderson Luiz Dos Santos, 32, a Brazilian national was killed in a crash near Queenstown on Friday evening.

Mr Santos sustained critical injuries after a head-on collision on State Highway 6 near the Shotover bridge, about 5pm Friday. It’s not known whether he would have survived had the emergency services responded earlier, or the emergency personnel been more competent.

He died shortly after he was eventually taken to Lakes District Hospital.

Meanwhile, a 30-year-old man was killed after the motorcycle he was riding was struck by a car on Coromandel bridge on State Highway 25, near south of Tairua, about 11:30am.

His name has not yet been released, until his next of kin who live overseas are informed, police said.
