Attempted murders by police leave two critically injured

Posted by te2ataria on December 17, 2019

Police fail to carry out two extra-judicial executions!

Police shoot to kill man, leave him critically injured instead

“Parents and children hid in cupboards as person shot by police in Hastings”
A man has been taken to Hawke’s Bay Hospital in a critical condition after being shot by police during an incident at school in Flaxmere.
“Parents and children were squeezed into cupboards while a person was shot by police on school grounds in Hastings.”
The man was located by police with what appeared to be a firearm and he was shot once.”
He was shot by police and later taken to Hawke’s Bay Hospital in a critical condition.

[Police invariably lie about their extra-judicial executions, falsely  claiming the subjects were armed with anything from a nail file to a Javelin anti-tank guided missile in order to justify the mercenary capital punishment. Editor]

“Fleeing driver” seriously injured in police chase-to-kill

Police assassins are instructed to force the ‘fleeing drivers’ off the road, at earliest possible opportunity [hence the phrase: “a short time later”] during their chase-to-kill routine.

They normally disable the target vehicle by shunting it from behind into a large tree, power pole, ditch, or onto the path of another vehicle.

The police BS statement follows:

Saturday, 14 December 2019 – 9:43am | Central
Fleeing driver incident near New Plymouth
“Please attribute to Inspector Brett Calkin, Central District Prevention Manager
“One person has been seriously injured following a fleeing driver incident in Omata, New Plymouth earlier today.
“At about 3.43am Police were called to a New Plymouth address after receiving information a person had been assaulted.
“The person reportedly responsible for the assault had left the address in a vehicle.”
“Police staff en route to the scene saw the vehicle and attempted to stop it.”
“The male driver failed to stop and tried to evade police.
“He was the sole occupant of the vehicle.
“A short time later the vehicle collided with a tree on South Road near the intersection of Beach Road.
“Speed and alcohol are suspected to be factors in the crash.
“The driver was transported to Taranaki Base Hospital in a serious condition.”

2. Another innocent driver killed in yet another assassinatory [“chase-to-kill”] police pursuit

Innocent driver killed was at least the fifth victim of Christchurch police chase-to-kill crashes so far this year.
[For a list of the reported victims of police chase-to-kill crashes search blog content.]

Kenneth McCaul was driving his Hyundai Grandeur when he was T-boned at the intersection of Glandovey and Idris roads in Fendalton about 4am on Tuesday. The impact shunted his car into a stone wall.

He sustained critical injuries and was taken to hospital, but died a short time later. His was the fifth death relating to police pursuits in Christchurch this year. [Stuff]

Police’s claim that their chase-to-kill policy protects the public is BULLSHIT!

Police Murder Another Driver, Say He Was Speeding

Only in a military dictatorship can the police murder so many citizens with impunity. NO other police state in the world has a chase-to-kill police policy like New Zealand.

Police pursuit confirmed in fatal crash

Police have confirmed they were pursuing the car involved in a fatal crash in Christchurch.  The Mitsubishi Lancer carrying six people smashed into a concrete pole on the corner of Moorhouse Avenue and Manchester Street just before 2am.

One died on impact, two were in a critical condition, one in serious condition and two received minor injuries. The incident happened shortly after police arrested 30 people at a boyracer gathering in the city’s north.

Inspector Al Stewart says the vehicle had been the subject of a routine check on cars on Manchester St. “As the driver of the police vehicle approached the Mitsubishi Lancer, the driver accelerated the vehicle.” It then took off from the side of the road so officers turned on their lights and sirens, and radioed it in as a pursuit.

Front-seat passenger Shannon Smiler-O’Connor, 26, of Hornby, was killed after a car slammed into a power pole at the intersection of Moorhouse Ave and Manchester St about 1.40am. His funeral will be held on Friday.

The vehicle’s male driver and a female passenger were in critical conditions in Christchurch Hospital yesterday. Another male passenger, who had been in a serious condition, was “satisfactory”, a Canterbury District Health Board spokeswoman said yesterday. Two others, a male and a female, received minor injuries, but had been discharged from hospital.
