24 year old female visitor killed in Mount Aspiring fall

A 24 year old woman was killed in a fall at Mount Aspiring National Park [one of New Zealand’s Top Ten Tourist Deathtraps.]
The victim and her climbing partner were on a four-day trek based out of Makarora and were negotiating the Matukituki Waterfall face near Rabbit Pass when the fatal fall occurred, police said.

Another foreign student killed in New Zealand
Police have not yet released name details of the 16-year-old male international student who was reportedly killed by drowning on December 5 in the river mouth area at Awatoto, Hawkes Bay.
