New Race Relations Commissioner

Meng Liu Foon, the retiring Gisborne mayor and the establishment sweetheart, has been appointed the new Race Relations Commissioner to run the dysfunctional Human Rights Commission.

By hook or by crook

“Foon was first elected as a councillor for the Gisborne district in 1995, before being elected mayor in 2001 – a role he held for 18 years,” a report said.

Watch out for the Neanderthal

Justice Minister Andrew Little, who oversees the Human Rights Commission, said the position was re-advertised because of a legal challenge by an international human rights lawyer. Jamaica-born Aucklander Colin Henry sued Little over the selection process.

The former commissioner, Dame Susan Devoy, left in June, after a damning Ministerial review into a sexual harassment scandal, which identified serious “toxic” dysfunctions.

Enter the paragon of integrity: Justice Sally Fitzgerald

“In a judgment released on Friday, Justice Sally Fitzgerald dismissed Henry’s application for the interim orders, saying he had “low prospects” of being successful in his pleaded claims for judicial review,” a report said.

“I’m naming my second bastard Hercules!”

Zombie Logic:

The Defence Force is to spend $20 billion on its “upgrade plan”, which they claim was necessitated by climate change,  instead of spending the money on addressing the impact of climate change affecting the country.

Now you know why Ardern was selected

The Military Industrial Complex, led by Lockheed Martin and represented by the village idiot in DC, clearly have their arms up chastity Jacinda’s, sergeant Ron’s and Marshal Short’s butts.

“Our Hercules do our most basic of jobs, they get aid and they get some of our natural disaster responses around the country and around the Pacific. Without it, we just couldn’t look after ourselves and our neighbours,” Ardern said.

Defence spokesperson for NZ’s other political sewer, National, has expressed concerns that the Hercules weren’t going out to tender.

“We should have competitive tension in any of those procurements that we’re doing. That’s the best way of delivering the best result for the taxpayer, plus the country,” Mark Mitchell said.

ONLY Death is Democratic in NZ

At least 5,000 foreigners—overseas visitors, international students, foreign workers and new immigrants from about 70 countries—have been killed/murdered and 30,000 others seriously injured in New Zealand since January 2000. At least 98 percent of the casualties would’ve been avoidable, if the ultra-racist, white supremacist NZ gave a f*ck. [Updated January 2019]

Three foreigners are killed/murdered in New Zealand on average every four days.

Christchurch: Worst Racist City in Poxy New Zealand

Posted by te2ataria on August 23, 2008

Submitted by a reader:

International students in Christchurch can now complain anonymously about racial harassment online. Really?

According to a report, 50 percent of the international students who took part in a recent survey said they experienced racial harassment in New Zealand.

What the report doesn’t tell you, of course, is the racial distribution of respondents. What percentage of those who answered the survey were “colored” international students? If only 50 percent of them were “colored” and they all answered positive to racial harassment, your survey result would only register 50 percent racial harassments.

Any survey that tells you less than 100 percent of “colored” students experienced racial harassment in Christchurch, New Zealand, is not worth the paper it’s printed on.

Complain anonymously, indeed. Then try chasing your complaint. [If the issue wasn’t so serious, the moderator would be ROFL.] They really take “colored” students for fools and imbeciles, don’t they!

My friend who is a Caucasian and his Japanese spouse experienced more than 50 incidents of racial harassment, some very serious incidents including damage to their property, in a nine months period they stayed in New Zealand. They complained to the police and the local Member of Parliament, and  lodged a formal complaint with the so-called Human Rights Commission. No action was taken by any of those authorities to address their grievances.

The best thing “colored” international students who were inadvertently lured to New Zealand could do would be to cut loss and leave the country. You may just be saving your life!

The Devil’s Church

The Church: One of Diabolical Organized Crime Institutions in New Zealand [And in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Philippines …]

The following excerpts are from:

Church pays big money to lawyers to fight criminal charges

In 2003-2006, the Catholic order of St John of God Brothers spent up to a million dollars in legal fees, trying to save three of its members being extradited from Australia to face trial in New Zealand on child-sex charges. This is money that could otherwise have been spent on providing rehabilitation for people who have suffered in St John of God (SJOG) institutions in Australia and New Zealand. The SJOG order has specialized in accommodating boys and young men who have intellectual or learning disabilities.

In 2003 a New Zealand court issued a warrant to have the three SJOG members extradited to New Zealand. The three, who were living in Sydney in 2003, were:

  • Brother Rodger William Moloney, then 69;
  • Father Raymond John Garchow, then 57; and
  • Brother William John Lebler, then 83. [Oh, Brother!]

Snail-pace justice

Church lawyers, who were being paid by the St John of God order, appealed to the Australian Federal Court against the extradition order.

On 15 April 2005, Federal Court judge Rodney Madgwick reserved his decision on the appeal. Justice Madgwick said it would take some time for him to prepare a judgment. And His Honour was correct – twelve months later, on 15 April 2006, the judgment had not yet appeared. Nobody had expected that His Honour would take a year. [WTF]

Million-dollar justice

The head of the SJOG order for Australia and New Zealand (Brother Peter Burke) admitted to the media that the SJOG order was paying the men’s legal fees. He would not say how much had been spent. But because the extradition case had been running for a long time it was substantial, he said, and he had sought guidance from Rome [Vatican, the Pope] on the cost. Legal observers estimated that, by the end of 2006, the SJOG order had spent as much as $1,000,000 Australian on this case.

However, Broken Rites questions the propriety of this legal support. One million dollars would be better spent in creating supports to people damaged by sexual abuse. SJOG victims need education, housing and help in maintaining relationships, as they have few social skills. These people need some sort of place they can go to learn the social and vocational skills they need to function in society.

Excerpts from

Man tells of ‘touching’ in dormitory

Moloney, 73, is accused of abusing 11 boys over a six-year period.

He denies 14 charges of inducing an indecent act, 10 of indecent assault, four of sodomy and two of doing an indecent act.

The man said Moloney had told him not to tell anyone about the incidents.

He had not told anyone until a television programme alleging another member of the order, Brother Bernard Kevin McGrath, had abused other boys, prompted him to tell his mother it had also happened to him.

McGrath has already been tried and was jailed for five years in 2006 on 21 charges of sexual offending against children at the school between 1974 and 1977.

School bullying spurs human rights call

By LANE NICHOLS – The Dominion Post | Tuesday, 03 June 2008

The Human Rights Commission is being asked to investigate violence and human rights abuses of children in schools.

A group of Lower Hutt parents allege a “systematic failure” of state agencies responsible for protecting children from bullying and playground violence.

The group – whose sons were victimised at Hutt Valley High School in December – have written to commissioner Rosslyn Noonan seeking a nationwide inquiry.

The Government is poised to unveil measures to tackle bullying after a spate of violent incidents in schools.

But it is under pressure to strengthen rules around schools’ human rights responsibilities, to help address bullying and widespread under-achievement.

Former Amnesty International head Ced Simpson said New Zealand had obligations under international treaties to ensure children were safe and received a decent education.

But violence and estimates that 20 per cent of pupils were failing in schools meant children’s human rights were being undermined.

His group, Human Rights Communities in Education, has met Education Minister Chris Carter and Education Ministry boss Karen Sewell. It wants changes to schools’ national guidelines.

Schools should also introduce confidential pupil surveys to identify actual bullying levels, as the problem was probably under-reported, he said. “Educational achievement and bullying are obviously the key issues. It is important that schools have a clear regulatory environment which makes it clear what their responsibilities are.”

Writing to Ms Noonan, the parents called state agencies’ dysfunctional response to Hutt Valley High violence a “systematic failure likely to be involved in other cases of school violence”.

They allege some schools are under-reporting violence to protect their reputations and attract lucrative foreign fee-paying pupils, but say state agencies must act.

“The impact of school-based violence is wider than the physical pain suffered … Fear cripples the ability to learn, denying the victim’s right to education.”

The ministry says schools can already hold confidential “eliminating violence” surveys. They had to provide safe environments for pupils and follow New Zealand laws, including the Bill of Rights.

Schools were monitored by the Education Review Office, which found most had good practices to manage bullying.

No plans existed to amend national guidelines, but respect for human rights was a core value in the new curriculum. (Source) © Fairfax New Zealand Limited 2007.

The so-called human rights [sic] commissioner Rosslyn Noonan has made a mockery of human rights in New Zealand. Her role is not to uphold human rights, but to protect the establishment and their “asset,” the New Zealand government, against complaints of breaches of human rights. The outcome of this complaint would only serve to strengthen the case against the grotesquely inappropriate choice of “commissioner,” Rosslyn Noonan, and the government-controlled human rights commission!

Violent assaults among secondary school students are increasing, and girls are adopting a similar “pack mentality” to boy bullies. —Children’s Commissioner.

A Marlborough Girls’ College student needed hospital treatment on Tuesday after an assault in the school grounds, and on Thursday night a 14-year-old Waikato boy was beaten unconscious by a group of classmates at a Raglan Area School social. (Source)
