Bestiality and child porn videos for “relaxation”

What do New Zealand army officers do when they are not killing “colored” children or supervising the opium movement?

Last week John Alexander Morrissey, 39,  an army explosives expert [identified in the court as a “mine disposal expert”] admitted viewing bestiality films [and god knows what else,] involving horses and dogs, and sexual exploitation of girls, while working overseas.

His lawyer Philip Morgan QC [who may be recommended for a knighthood soon] acknowledged that Morrissey had accessed internet pornography for many years and that the charges did not represent one-off offending.

“Mr Morgan said, however, that Morrissey was very different from the ‘run-of-the-mill offender’ who sat at home and downloaded pornography. He had instead lived an extraordinary lifestyle which had ultimately contributed to his offending.”

He really ought to be awarded a VC instaed, Mr Morgan, we agree!

“Mr Morgan said Morrissey’s job had exposed him to constant danger and stress, and it was his isolation from family and ‘ordinary norms’ which led him to use internet pornography for relaxation.”

Mr Morgan, are you saying people who handle explosives must be allowed to have “extra fun?” Let’s hope your client, Mr Morrissey, will never be the defense chief because he would probably order a dozen naked tots with breakfast every morning.

Hamilton District Court judge, Annie McAloon, who must have had tears in her eyes, and feeling awful about sending a “hero” to prison, sentenced Morrissey to only four months’ community detention and nine months’ supervision. Source: http://www.stuff.co.nz/4687801a6579.html

What’s wrong with looking after your own?

Absolutely nothing!

Even if they commit heinous crimes?

The bloody media, whistle blowers and bloggers like the one who may carry this story, have no right endangering national security by reporting army officers perverted psyche and sexual offences.

Who said that?

The New Zealand Defense [sic] Force!

Here’s a story by NZPA published today:

The latest threat to the military – the media
NZPA – Friday, 19 September 2008

The New Zealand Defence Force is apparently as scared of the media as it is of terrorists and foreign intelligence agents.

In the September issue of Air Force News, NZDF’s Counter Intelligence and Security Operations manager Peter Jackson warned of the threat to the force’s assets and information.

It was “real and comes from a variety of sources”.

Among them he noted the usual suspects – foreign intelligent agents, terrorists and criminals.

But he didn’t forget “issue motivated groups”, “disaffected individuals” – and the media. Mr Jackson targeted “certain elements of the media” which he didn’t pinpoint.

But he said some of them were known to have used deception in their pursuit of the next big “scoop”.

Mr Jackson advised defence personnel to “stay vigilant and report suspicious activity”. http://www.stuff.co.nz/4687801a6579.html
