Murder victim in Upper Hutt named as Lois Rita Tolley

Wellington murder victim has been named as Lois Rita Tolley, 30. Police say they are continuing their homicide investigation into the incident in Ward Street, Upper Hutt at midnight on Friday 9 December 2016.

“This is an incredibly sad and stressful time for the family who Police are supporting through an incredibly difficult time so close to Christmas. Lois is the youngest of four children and has a number of nephews and nieces and is part of a large family. The family are devastated by this act of violence that has taken their much loved Lois from them.”

Earlier police had said that the victim had been assaulted with a weapon (not a firearm).

However, that’s no longer the case, said Defective Senior Sergeant Warwick McKee, who leads the investigation.

“As a result of fresh evidence Police can advise that we are now looking for a firearm and knife believed to be involved in the death of Lois. Just prior to the incident, at around midnight, four males were seen jogging south along Wilford Street towards Ward Street. One of the males was carrying a long rectangular object. They are described as all about 182cm tall and wearing dark clothing with hooded tops”

Another day, another murder in New Zealand. Lois Rita Tolley, 30, was the victim of New Zealand’s latest murder mystery.

Homicide in Kilbirnie, Wellington

Police have confirmed the identity of the latest foreign murder Victim. He is Kiong Thai TAN [known as Bill].  He resided at an address in Mahora Street, Kilbirnie, Wellington.

The homicide occurred at about 9.50 am Wednesday the 30th of March 2016 in Kilbirnie, Wellington.

A 49 year old Wellington Male has been arrested and charged with the Murder of Mr. TAN, police said.  He appeared in the Wellington District Court yesterday. http://www.police.govt.nz/news/release/homicide-kilbirnie

More than 3,400 overseas visitors, international students, foreign workers and recent emigrants have lost their lives and about 18,000 others seriously injured in New Zealand since year 2000.

DAY 107 of the latest TOURISTS or truth? campaign in NZ

More road fatalities occur in NZ on Saturdays than any other day of the week. However, to keep the road toll low, no fatal or serious road crashes have been reported today (as of 9pm).

To protect the tourism industry, about two-thirds of the road fatalities in New Zealand go unreported by our political police, or unrecorded by Ministry of Transport [“Minitru”.]

  • Blog estimate: About 900 people are killed on NZ roads each year. [Most probably] up to 230 road fatalities have occurred in NZ since 1 January 2016.

Serious Road Crashes

Based even on the government’s doctored data, an average of 25 crashes occur on NZ roads each day, resulting in 31 reportable injuries including 14 hospitalization (8 serious injuries) and at least one fatality.

That is 525 crashes over the past 3 weeks, resulting in 651 reportable injuries including 294 hospitalization (168 serious injuries), and at least 21 fatalities.

However, no more than about 50 serious crashes have been reported over this period.

What happened to the remaining 475 or so crashes over the past 21 days???

[Heavily Doctored] Motor Vehicle Crashes in New Zealand 2014

  • 268 fatal road crashes
  • 295 deaths
  • 8,614 injury crashes
  • 11,219 people injured

In 2005 there were:

  • 405 deaths
  • 2,531 serious injuries
  • 11,920 less serious injuries

In 2002, according to the official data, there were:

  • 404 deaths
  • 5,200 hospitalisations
  • 14,000 injuries
  • 1.5 deaths per 10,000 vehicles
  • 10 deaths per 100,000 population
  • The cost to the taxpayers was more than $3.5 billion.

Who Killed the Indian Student Sunil Kumar?

Posted by te2ataria on October 2, 2013

Body found on beach cremated without being positively identified?

  • How did the coroner establish the decomposing corpse was indeed that of the missing Indian student Sunil Kumar Raghavaraju?

  • Is it true that they obtained DNA from his family in India?

  • If his family was located in India and gave a DNA sample, why didn’t they claim his body for two and a half years until it was cremated?

  • WAS this yet another example of lies, deception and shabby performance by a NZ coroner!

A NZ Coroner said the badly decomposed body found at 90 Mile Beach on February 13, 2011 was that of the Indian Student Mr Sunil Kumar Raghavaraju, 25.

Body found on beach cremated after lying unclaimed for two years

The body of a man found at 90 Mile Beach had to be cremated because it posed a health and safety risk after being left unclaimed in a morgue for two years, according to a coroner’s finding.

When the body of Sunil Kumar Raghava Raju, 25, was discovered on February 13, 2011 there was initially no indication who he was, Coroner Brandt Shortland said.

Mr Raju’s body was washed up in a state so decomposed, his ethnicity could not be identified.

“His skin pigmentation had deteriorated and there was just nothing that the police could find to identify him or work with.

“The cause of death was undetermined at that time, though [there was] a strong belief he at least drowned.”

Fingerprints taken from his body proved inconclusive when compared to the police database, Coroner Shortland said.

“Mr Raju had never been in trouble with the law in New Zealand, hence no match.”

On February 26 that year, police received a report of a missing 25-year-old Indian male.

Flatmates of Mr Raju, who was a student in Auckland at the time, had reported him missing when he failed to stay in contact with them.

Mr Raju had finished a course and told his flatmates that he was heading to Hamilton to look for work. However, there was no evidence as to whether he actually made it to Hamilton, Coroner Shortland said.

How he arrived at Ahipara still remains a mystery, Coroner Shortland said.

Police effectively left no stone unturned, but were unable to answer the basic questions on how Mr Raju was even in that area and the reasons why he was there, Coroner Shortland said.

“Natural conclusions formed a view that he had not been there previously.

“The fact he was washed up on 90 Mile Beach raised lots of questions with very few answers.”

Police conducted a thorough inquiry including searching missing persons’ files, fingerprint checks, inquiries with forensic dentists, shipping company records, inquiries into overboard fishermen, Interpol inquiries and searching carparks and camping grounds in the Far North – to no avail.

The initial investigation was carried out by a police officer based in the northernmost police station in the country, who “used all his resources and plugged all his contacts for any information and effectively came up blank”, Coroner Shortland said.

A subsequent post-mortem examination unearthed no evidence of pre-mortem injuries however, extensive post-mortem injuries were present which were likely to be the result of shark bites, Dr Jane Vuletic said.

“Due to the degree of decomposition present, a cause of death was not identified.”

Coroner Shortland said Mr Raju had been in the water for so long it defeated any possibility of accurately determining the cause of death.

However there were no injuries which suggested violence either before or during death.

Police also found no activity on Mr Raju’s Facebook page or with his bank balances.

On the balance of probabilities it was most likely Mr Raju drowned, Coroner Shortland said.

“He had not been in trouble with the law. There was no indication he was in conflict with other persons.

“There is no evidence to suggest he was mentally unwell or unstable. As to why he was there and how he got there remains inconclusive.”

Mr Raju’s body remained in the mortuary fridge in Auckland awaiting pick up for two years following his post-mortem examination, Coroner Shortland said.

However, “it came to a point where his body was a health and safety issue and, therefore, the process was then hastened for the purpose of disposal”.

His cremation was funded through ACC. His ashes remain in an urn until either his family claim them or directions are given as to their disposal.

Indian No XXXX Murdered in New Zealand

Charanpreet Singh Dhaliwal died from horrendous head injuries

Amazingly, the New Zealand police farce are treating the Sikh man’s murder as homicide [instead of the usual suicide!!]

[The extent of victim’s head injuries persuaded the police that the victim was actually murdered, and did not commit suicide by repeatedly banging his head (!)]

Murder Victim:  Charanpreet Singh Dhaliwal. He was found dead with horrendous head injuries at a west Auckland building site.

Police say the 22-year-old security guard was assaulted and died from head injuries on November 18.

“[Police are] taking the death of this young man seriously,” said Detective Senior Sergeant Stan Brown.

The victim would surely have been thrilled, had he known before his demise that that police will not treat his murder as suicide.

More Indians are murdered in New Zealand [and Australia] than in any other foreign country.

Mr Singh Dhaliwal was the 2,290th foreigner to be murdered/ killed in New Zealand since January 2000.

School after-ball erupts in violence

By ALEXANDRA BREMNER – Sunday Star Times

[Another]  school after-ball party ended in a violent brawl with partygoers being stabbed and bottled …

… police were called to a small Kamo High School after-ball party … when the brawl erupted late Friday night.

The brawl is the latest in a string of violent incidents at after-ball parties years…

Last September an 18-year-old Greymouth youth was stabbed in the neck during the party which followed the Westland High School annual ball in Hokitika.

In 2007 it was revealed an after-ball party in West Auckland for Massey High School students was organised and run by a gang and, in 2003, Westlake Girls’ High School on Auckland’s North Shore pulled the plug on an after-ball party due to take place at the Headhunters gang headquarters.

In 2003 Napier police shut down an after-ball party organised by senior students from Hastings Boys and Hastings Girls high schools after reports of noise and fights among gatecrashers.

The incident came just a year after police closed down parties in Wellington because of fights and drunkeness involving Lower Hutt’s Sacred Heart and Wellington High School students.

The four victims of stabbing and bottling were not students. They were taken to hospital but their injuries were not regarded as life-threatening.

One of the four victims, David Parore, is in Whangarei Hospital in a serious but stable condition recovering from stab wounds to the abdomen.  …

New Zealand Murders Another Indian

Posted by te2ataria on April 8, 2009

In New Zealand a Minor Accident Can Get an Indian Killed

Bio O’Brien, 27, an Auckland student whose car was involved in a “very, very minor” accident with a van got off his BMW and punched the driver in the head.

The victim, Jasmatbhai Patel,  a 78-year-old Indian  grandfather, received critical brain injuries and was subsequently put into an induced coma at Auckland Hospital, yesterday.

Police  said Mr Patel died in the hospital at 1.30pm this afternoon. Poor Jasmatbhai Patel! He didn’t stand a chance.

One of his grandsons said: “We are all a quiet family. We get on with our lives and our jobs. It has come as a shock. He did not deserve this.”

O’Brien comes from the Pacific island Funafuti, capital of the Tuvalu group. He moved to New Zealand last year as a student, but the sum of all that pakeha has ever taught him adds up to one thing: Violence.

Mr Patel was yet another victim of a culture of extreme violence in New Zealand created by pakeha.
