Jailed foreign driver didn’t know the magic password: PDSD

Posted by te2ataria on June 17, 2016

Chinese driver jailed for killing motorcyclist Rhys Middleton

Chinese visitor Jieling Xiao, who caused the death of a young motorcyclist Rhys Middleton, 23, was told by a judge her driving was “grossly incompetent”.

Middleton was killed on February 7 when his motorbike collided with a car being driven by Xiao at Eskdale on the Napier-Taupo highway.

Xiao was jailed for 17 months earlier today by the presiding Judge Bridget Mackintosh.  http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/crime/81139762/Foreign-driver-Jieling-Xiao-jailed-for-road-death-of-motorcyclist-Rhys-Middleton

Last week, Judge Jane Farish dismissed a charge of careless driving against Exclusive Brethren Sarah Joy Mitchell, who was responsible for the road-murder of Aaron James, 19. Farish accepted “expert testimony” that Mitchell suffered Profound Dissociative Spectrum Disorder (PDSD), or as the judge called it, a “white-out”, a medical condition [if true] under which she would have been “grossly incompetent” [not legally qualified] to operate a vehicle.

Rongmei Fan, 37, murdered in a “violent and brutal attack”

Police have named the Chinese woman who was murdered in a violent attack in Miramar, as the 37-year-old Rongmei Fan, mother of two young children.

rongmei-fan
Rongmei “Mei” Fan, 37, was victim of a “violent and brutal attack.” Ms. Fan had two young children aged 5 and 9.  She had moved to New Zealand in 2006 from north China’s Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region, according to Chinese media reports.

The body of  Ms Fan was discovered by a friend on Sunday evening. She was last seen last Friday dropping her two little  children off at their local school, Miramar Central School, and speaking with a teacher, according to a report.

“It is clear that this was a brutal and vicious attack that has taken the life of a young mother,” Defective Senior Sergeant John van den Heuvel said.

“Whoever has done this has taken away the mum of two little children which, any way you look at it, is a heartless act”.

Who killed Cissy Chen? Yet another unsolved murder in New Zealand.

Bin Chen homicide victim auckland
Ms. Chen, an accountant, studied and worked in Auckland for 22 years, said her brother. Her body has not been found.

“We believe her body was buried in a secluded location, such as a green belt or bush reserve, and we’d ask people to think back about what they were doing on Guy Fawkes Night last year and whether they witnessed any behaviour in the North Shore area that appeared strange,” said Defective Sergeant Goldie.

Another Dead Korean Found in New Zealand

New Zealand Asian Murders NOT Suspicious!

Murdering foreigners in New Zealand can never be regarded as suspicious!

New Zealand’s racist police found a body believed to be that of missing Korean Hyung Jun Cho who went missing in December last year.

The police are NOT treating the death as suspicious (surprised?)

The postmortem examination would probably confirm police findings that the death was not suspicious for the following reasons:

1. Foreigners, especially the Chinese, Indians, Koreans and Japanese, have a habit of going missing for the sake of being found dead months later.  The victims whose bodies are never found would win the first prize in the “then-you-saw-them-now-you-don’t” game!

2. Slaying of non-white foreigners in apartheid New Zealand are regarded as “natural,” NOT murder.

3. For reasons stated in (1) and (2) above, the death of a “yellow” foreigner in New Zealand can never be regarded as suspicious.
