Negligent homicide: Body of killed sky diver Tyler Nii conveniently ‘missing’ to prevent prosecution in the US

Posted by te2ataria on July 31, 2019

Welcome to the World’s Deadliest Tourist Attraction —
The Final Destination

W A R N I N G!
DO NOT VISIT DEADLY NEW ZEALAND
WITHOUT A WATERTIGHT TRAVEL DEATH INSURANCE!

Transporting your body back to your country would cost about $20,000 – money your family have to find quickly. [The tragic irony is noted. Moderator]

Three foreigners are killed/murdered in New Zealand on average every four days.

We’re an alethophobic nation of cheats, liars, fraudsters . . . [and many rapists and murderers, too!] If you want to know who or what we’re really like, watch the movie Jamaica Inn. We’re the shipwreckers!

See also: Police censorship produces NZ’s “lowest murder rate in decades”

No one will be held accountable for negligent homicide of Tyler Nii

Tyler Nii, a young tourist from California went tandem sky diving in Queenstown on his second day in NZ, crash landed in Lake Wakatipu and simply vanished.

RIP. Tyler Nii, 27, yet another victim of negligent homicide in NZ. His body conveniently missing to prevent private prosecution. He had his whole life ahead of him and the negligently homicidal bastards took it away! Photo supplied by Nii family/ via Stuff NZ.

The victim’s family say the Civil [Criminal] Aviation Authority (CAA), and by extension the New Zealand Government, couldn’t care less about what happened to Tyler. [And in our experience they’re absolutely right.]

“They were really difficult to work with. I felt they purposely were being very obtuse to us, very rude … it was like they wanted to keep us in the dark.”

“My parents have had a really difficult time with it. I’m not doing any better. I’ve got a job and two kids but it’s difficult getting by with the trauma of losing my brother … We used to see each other every day.” Kevin Nii, the victim’s brother.

We’ve considered suing the life jacket company in the United States, Kevin Nii said.

“But we can’t do that unless they recover the body and the life jacket. Everybody we talk to says there’s nothing we can do.”

In another kick, it appears any compensation will be minimal, despite promises from various organisations after Tyler’s death. The family are not considered victims of crime for the sake of the Victims Compensation Fund because no-one has been prosecuted and any possible payout from ACC appears to be small.

“Obviously nobody went into this expecting to be compensated but this is adding more insult to injury.

“I can understand the Government not wanting to give us money but it’s really frustrating that they’re actively trying to screw us over. The fact that we can’t sue anybody is really difficult.”

ONLY Death is Democratic in NZ!

At least 5,000 foreigners—overseas visitors international students, foreign workers and new immigrants from more than 60 countries—have been killed/murdered and 30,000 others seriously injured in New Zealand since January 2000. At least 98 percent of the casualties would’ve been avoidable, if the ultra-racist, white supremacist slaughterhouse gave a f*ck. [Updated January 2019]

REMINDER:

NZ government had more than a decade to prevent the racist mosque massacres in NZ. And they failed.

Corpse #2. Another dead man was found in a vehicle at the Motueka Beach reserve area about 7 hours later.

“At this stage [as per routine detective work] there are no indications of any suspicious circumstances and the matter will be referred to the Coroner.”

ONLY in NZ: 185 people killed, six years on, no one held responsible

As at 9 February 2012, the official earthquake toll was 185 victims. 115 people were killed in the Canterbury Television (CTV) building – NZ police

The victims came from nearly two dozen countries including Australia, Canada, China, Great Britain, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Peru, Philippines, Romania, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United States and New Zealand.

The Zombie Graveyard: Who’s in Charge?

The CTV collapse, and the Pike River mine disaster that killed 29 men on the West Coast just three months earlier, sparked renewed calls for a corporate manslaughter charge. In 2015, Justice Minister Amy Adams asked Workplace Relations Minister Michael Woodhouse to add the provision into beefed up health and safety legislation, but WorkSafe confirmed it was not included when the act was updated last year. Labour leader Andrew Little, while his party’s justice spokesman in 2012, put forward a private member’s bill for corporate manslaughter to be included in the Crimes Act. It was later withdrawn.”

Nelson lawyer found dead in crashed car: Murder, Suicide, or Death by Driving in NZ?

Posted by te2ataria on March 14, 2017

Heavily Censored Road Fatality Reports

Nelson lawyer Alistair Bowers found dead in crashed car

Every death in New Zealand must be regarded as suspicious, unless investigated by qualified, independent (non-NZers) investigators.

EIGHT days after the body Bowers, 52, was found dead in a crashed car, police say his death is being treated as a suspected suicide.

“Bowers, a lawyer who lived in Nelson, was supposed to be in Christchurch representing a plaintiff in a civil case. He never arrived at the courthouse.”

[NOTE: Death by driving on NZ suicide roads should be treated as negligent homicide. The authorities are fully aware of the dangers, yet they take no step to prevent the vehicular mayhem. Moderator N.]

At least seven people killed by drowning over Waitangi weekend

At least one death was negligent homicide

Bay of Plenty of Deaths

Woman drowned in the Waikato River after gates of the Aratiatia Dam were opened yesterday. The victim, most probably an overseas visitor, “was swept away yesterday when spillwater from the Mercury Energy-owned dam, near Taupo, surged down the Waikato River, and her body was found this morning,” said a report.

“Mercury Energy Chief Executive Fraser Whineray said the power company was reviewing the warning signs and procedures in the area to see if any improvements could be made,” said the report.

“We’ll be … checking to see if there’s anything further that can be done to minimise the risk, but we’d really ask, please, if people can not be down in the rapids area because it can be very dangerous when those spillways are open.”

Adding insult to injury, in the time-honoured Kiwi tradition, Taupo mayor said locals tended to stay away from the area on the Waikato River where the woman drowned.

How do corrupt judges sleep at night?

Posted by te2ataria on October 27, 2015

Qatar’s ambassador to Belgium, Sheikh Al Thani, and his wife walk free despite 19 negligent deaths

Qatar’s Court of Appeal today has quashed the conviction of five individuals, [two of them members of the country’s Al Thani ruling family,] who were convicted of negligence in the deadly May 2012 Villaggio Mall fire, but found the company that owns the shopping center guilty of involuntary manslaughter, according to a report.

The blaze killed 19 people, including 13 children, inside the Gympanzee daycare, located on the upper floor of the mall.

“Some family members of the victims who attended court today stormed out while the presiding judge Abdalrahman al-Sharafi took an unprecedented five hours to read out his verdict,” the report said.

He cleared each defendant of numerous charges, but appeared to be blaming the deceased staff of Gympanzee for the disaster, suggesting that a partially blocked emergency exit should not have prevented their escape.

“In the case of a fire, people don’t move slowly. If there is a hurdle in front of you, you (pick up) a child and jump and get out,” the judge was quoted as saying.
weekes triplets
Lillie, Jackson and Wilshire Weekes were tragically killed in May 2012 at Gympanzee daycare centre in Doha. Qatar’s ambassador to Belgium, Sheikh Ali Bin Jassim Bin Al Thani, a member of the country’s ruling Al Thani family, and his wife, owners of the Gympanzee centre, as well as three others, who had initially received a six-year sentence for causing death by negligence, were cleared of all charges.

Martin and Jane Weekes, The parents of 2-year-old Kiwi triplets who were tragically killed in the fire, said, “the pain they are feeling is ‘indescribable’ after learning the convictions of five people responsible for the blaze have been thrown out.”

“The pain for all of the families is indescribable. Today we remember the 19 innocent lives lost, including 13 beautiful children. We are grieving for our beautiful children. And we are angry.

“Not one person has taken responsibility for this crime. The charge has been reduced to corporate manslaughter. This is a travesty of justice,” Mr Weekes said.

[It’s incredible how anyone could open a daycare center on the top floor of a shopping mall!]

Filipino expat Louie Aban, whose 29-year-old wife Maribel Orosco, an accountant, was killed in the fire spoke to Doha News outside the court:

“Why is the court blaming the dead? This just proves to us that Qatar is for Qataris only.”

New Zealand Kills 2 More Mexican Students

Posted by te2ataria on August 21, 2009

Inquest on the homicides 20 Months Later!

First, a Word on the Meaning of Freedom of Press in New Zealand:

Freedom of press in New Zealand means their right to choose NOT to report incidents [or bury them among other news  ‘surreptitiously,’ in a way that no one hears about it,] that might harm the financial interests of their parent companies/ sponsors/ advertising clients, against the public and foreign visitors’ interest.

The account  of  this double negligent homicides only came to our attention because it was reported ‘again,’ this time widely; the father of one  victim couldn’t let go! Otherwise, details of the double homicides would have been buried with the victims  like so many other murder/killing/ negligent homicide cases have been in New Zealand.

How were the two Mexicans students killed?

Student pilots Juan Carlos Cruz Felix, 21, and Erick Garcia Marques, 18, were killed when their Piper Cherokee crashed near Lake Coleridge on January 16, 2008, according to The Press.

The two students had been training at the International Aviation Academy of New Zealand in Christchurch [just a mouthful, long name to impress foreign students,] said The Press.

The deaths  were ‘school’s fault’

The father of one of two Mexican pilots killed when their plane crashed has blamed the flying school for their deaths, an inquest was told yesterday.

Andres Garcia, the father of the younger victim,  and an experienced commercial pilot himself, has blamed the flying school for the death of his son and the other pilot, in a letter which was read at the inquest yesterday.

Two of the things you can rightly accuse kiwis of without hesitation…

Two of the things you can accuse kiwi of without any hesitation, especially those individuals with a military background who work as instructors at flying schools (also diving, parachuting… schools) are:

1. The ‘instructors’ are often unprofessional, unqualified, ex-military individuals who non-the-less reap the benefits of having a military background.

2. They are extremely racist because of their military training, and couldn’t care less about the safety of their ‘non-white’ students.

[NOTE: They train NZ soldiers to kill ‘non-whites’; it makes little difference to them killing an Afghan national in Afghanistan or in New Zealand.]

Back to Mr Garcia’s Letter

In his letter, Mr Garcia has blamed the academy for  not warning students of the dangers of flying in a mountainous range, allowing two inexperienced friends fly together and leaving them without supervision.

“I believe that not enough stress is put on the dangerous conditions when flying in this kind of terrain,” Mr Garcia wrote.

“So therefore they believe it is an easy task, when in fact, as a 28-year veteran of flying both in the Mexican Air Force and as a commercial pilot, I know of the dangers of such terrain.

“In my opinion, it is the school’s fault … I do not understand why student pilots are encouraged to fly together when training because they can be distracted from what they should be doing, especially if they are friends.”

Expert witness Keith Mitchell said: “I believe the academy has a responsibility to look after its students and manage its assets,” he said. “The amount of control it has has to be at the highest level it can achieve.

“Complacency can creep in over a period of time. In some areas, that has probably happened.”

The Press had tried to contact the academy executives,  but it said they were unavailable for comment yesterday.

If Mr Garcia hadn’t bothered to write to the inquest, the news of his son’s death, and his friend’s, would never have been made widely public.

Tourists could easily have been killed in nightmare cruise

boat

Pacific Sun. Source: NZPA. Image may be subject to copyright.

Passengers and crew are extremely luck to escape death on a cruise ship rocked by a severe storm north of New Zealand last year, according to an official report.

“The Pacific Sun rolled up to 31 degrees, injuring 77 of the more than 2000 people on board the P&O cruise ship bound for Auckland on July 30.”

“The report, by British maritime officials, obtained by The Herald on Sunday but not yet shown to passengers, concluded it was “pure good fortune” that no one was more seriously injured or even killed by unsecured equipment and furnishings.”

A major disaster in Ne Zealand could occur ANYTIME killing hundreds of tourists! Play safe, stay away from New Zealand!
