Malaysian tourist remains missing at sea

Malaysian tourist Kuan Loon Loh, 37, remains missing at sea after diving off the Tolaga Bay wharf in Gisborne Wednesday afternoon.

“He had lived in the UK for the past 10 years and met up with his family for their joint New Zealand holiday earlier this week,” said Gisborne police.

“The family were on the second day of their tour when the tragedy occurred.”

“We remain optimistic that we can find this man and return him to his family,” police said.
[It’s just a minor technicality that the man would be somewhat colder, when he is returned to his family.]

Another Weekend of Death in New Zealand

Posted by te2ataria on February 22, 2010

edited by TEAA and D.H.

Up to 40 people were killed or seriously injured on New Zealand Death Roads in weekend, only a few reported

Meanwhile, the body of the woman, formally identified by police as Gaynor Alice White, was found in her home in the suburb of Huntsbury, in the Cashmere Hills, City of Murder [Christchurch.]

Our contact have checked all the available records and could not find a NZ birth certificate for Ms. White, 62, a wealthy widower, which suggests she was born outside New Zealand.  Her body was discovered about 48 hours after she was viciously murdered.

Death by Drowning

An undisclosed number of people died from drowning in the weekend.  Of the two who drowned in Waikato river, only one death was reported.

Meanwhile, at least two children were critically injured in two separate incidents, AND

Owhiro Bay beach on Wellington’s south coast was closed for the third and fourth times in a month, after another few tons of human faeces  (excrement) was discovered in the water.

As the number of motorists killed by police during car chases dramatically increase, so dose the frequency of attacks on New Zealand’s police farcers (officers).

“In the latest attack last night, an Oamaru police officer was knocked to the ground and repeatedly kicked by a carload of people after the vehicle’s driver failed a breath test.” NZPA said.

“It followed an attack in south Auckland on Friday in which an off-duty officer was beaten unconscious by a group of youths after he tried to break up a fight, and a second attack near Whangarei on Saturday in which an officer’s lip was chewed off by a suspected drink driver.”

“In last night’s attack, the officer stopped a vehicle on Thames Highway, Oamaru, about 8.10pm … The driver [allegedly] failed the test but refused to accompany the officer for more testing …  The officer used pepper spray to subdue the driver, but five passengers brought him to the ground and kicked him repeatedly …]

“Meanwhile, the off-duty police officer John Connolly beaten unconscious when he [got involved in] a fight near his house in Tuakau, south of Auckland, was recovering in Auckland’s Middlemore Hospital.”

[It’s not known whether he was related to constable Nathan Connolly.]

He received a list of injuries which included a fractured skull, multiple facial fractures, a collapsed lung, a broken jaw and a broken ankle, the report said.

In another attack, a “suspected drunk driver,” showed his love for the police by biting off an officer’s lip.  The driver was stopped in Kamo, near Whangarei, at 11.15pm on Saturday and [allegedly] became aggressive attacking the constable, “who received serious facial injuries after being bitten, Whangarei District Inspector Clifford Paxton said.” The report added.

New Zealand Killing Fields: Carnage Intensifies

Posted by te2ataria on October 31, 2009

You need more than 9 lives to survive driving in New Zealand

You could be the best driver in the world; you could even take your car with you to New Zealand to avoid renting a fatally defective car there. But surviving the drunk, drugged and suicide-drivers on the country’s death roads is an entirely different matter.

double fatal
DOUBLE FATAL CRASH: The Ford Econovan was seen being driven erratically before it crossed the centreline and smashed head-on into an oncoming car on a Hawke’s Bay bridge on State Highway 50 near Taradale early today . Photo: NZPA. Image may be subject to copyright!

On New Zealand Death Roads you could be killed by

  • The police giving chase to handbag snatchers
  • 50+ year-old women unhappy with their miserable lives, and back from a disappointing sex tourism trip
  • The average New Zealander driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, ecstasy and methamphetamines, especially ‘P’
  • 12 year-old drivers drunk out of their tiny, stupid brains

The van seen in the photo, carrying seven people, all between 16 and 19, was driven by a 16-year-old girl who had been drinking, police said.

It crossed the centreline and smashed head-on into an oncoming car on a Hawke’s Bay bridge on State Highway 50 near Taradale early today.

Three occupants, two males and a female, were catapulted from the van over the bridge into the Tutaekuri River about 15m below.

The two males, aged 19 and 17, were found dead in the shallow water under the bridge, while the woman was found on the riverbank with critical injuries.

An 18-year-old male passenger in the van was in a critical condition in the intensive care unit.

A 17-year-old female and a 17-year-old male were in a serious condition, and an 18-year-old male and a 17-year-old female were in a stable condition. More …

YOU could be the occupant(s) of the next on-coming car that a drunk, drugged New Zealand teen driver or an old suicide-driver smashes their vehicle into. Do you feel lucky? Well do ya?

New Zealand Kills One More Foreigner

Posted by te2ataria on October 6, 2009

One Foreigner is Murdered/Killed in New Zealand Every Two Days  (9-year average)

A 22-year-old foreigner was killed when the car she was driving, most likely an average defective car driven on New Zealand Death Roads, went out of control and  slammed into a tree in Broadwood, south of Kaitaia, Northland yesterday morning.

The police say they will not release the victim’s name until her relatives overseas can be contacted. They have also refused to release her nationality, which has no bearing on  their privacy claim.

There are many outstanding cases in which the police has made similar statements about the foreigners who were murdered or killed in New Zealand, only to permanently suppress their names details later.
