Have you lost a loved one in New Zealand?

Posted by te2ataria on May 11, 2009

Every death in New Zealand should be treated as murder, unless proven otherwise!

Rumor has it that the family of a foreign tourist who was killed/died in mysterious circumstances [the public will probably never know the cause of death] demanded a large compensation and received about NZ$20 million in death compensation, which was paid from a secret NZ government fund.

In addition to suing the Crown, New Zealand government, and the individuals, companies and corporations that were involved in luring your loved one to New Zealand, e.g., the advertising agent, travel agent, and airline, you may also be able to sue the internet search engines such as Google for actively preventing the relevant information about New Zealand from reaching you!

Unfortunately, no amount of money could bring back your loved one, especially the young tourists who fall victim to New Zealand’s predatory tourism industry. However, by claiming maximum compensation for the wrongful, negligent death or murder of your loved ones, as families of the victims you could help reduce the death toll of foreigners visiting New Zealand.

To establish the real cause of death, the death of each visitor in New Zealand must be investigated by independent (NON-NZ) experts.

Families of the individuals who have been killed in New Zealand as a result of government negligence, or corporate manslaughter, should sue each and every party that was responsible for the death, negligent homicide, for maximum damages and penalties.

Notice to Google!

By filtering or blocking this blog and preventing the information therein from reaching the public, Google has made itself complicit in all the cases in which otherwise uninformed foreigners/ foreign visitors are murdered, killed, or harmed as a result of violent murders, negligent homicides, road deaths, chemical poisonings, viral infections, and all other unnatural causes that occur in New Zealand with alarming regularity.

School bullying spurs human rights call

By LANE NICHOLS – The Dominion Post | Tuesday, 03 June 2008

The Human Rights Commission is being asked to investigate violence and human rights abuses of children in schools.

A group of Lower Hutt parents allege a “systematic failure” of state agencies responsible for protecting children from bullying and playground violence.

The group – whose sons were victimised at Hutt Valley High School in December – have written to commissioner Rosslyn Noonan seeking a nationwide inquiry.

The Government is poised to unveil measures to tackle bullying after a spate of violent incidents in schools.

But it is under pressure to strengthen rules around schools’ human rights responsibilities, to help address bullying and widespread under-achievement.

Former Amnesty International head Ced Simpson said New Zealand had obligations under international treaties to ensure children were safe and received a decent education.

But violence and estimates that 20 per cent of pupils were failing in schools meant children’s human rights were being undermined.

His group, Human Rights Communities in Education, has met Education Minister Chris Carter and Education Ministry boss Karen Sewell. It wants changes to schools’ national guidelines.

Schools should also introduce confidential pupil surveys to identify actual bullying levels, as the problem was probably under-reported, he said. “Educational achievement and bullying are obviously the key issues. It is important that schools have a clear regulatory environment which makes it clear what their responsibilities are.”

Writing to Ms Noonan, the parents called state agencies’ dysfunctional response to Hutt Valley High violence a “systematic failure likely to be involved in other cases of school violence”.

They allege some schools are under-reporting violence to protect their reputations and attract lucrative foreign fee-paying pupils, but say state agencies must act.

“The impact of school-based violence is wider than the physical pain suffered … Fear cripples the ability to learn, denying the victim’s right to education.”

The ministry says schools can already hold confidential “eliminating violence” surveys. They had to provide safe environments for pupils and follow New Zealand laws, including the Bill of Rights.

Schools were monitored by the Education Review Office, which found most had good practices to manage bullying.

No plans existed to amend national guidelines, but respect for human rights was a core value in the new curriculum. (Source) © Fairfax New Zealand Limited 2007.

The so-called human rights [sic] commissioner Rosslyn Noonan has made a mockery of human rights in New Zealand. Her role is not to uphold human rights, but to protect the establishment and their “asset,” the New Zealand government, against complaints of breaches of human rights. The outcome of this complaint would only serve to strengthen the case against the grotesquely inappropriate choice of “commissioner,” Rosslyn Noonan, and the government-controlled human rights commission!
