There were 451,405 offences committed in 2009, compared with 431,381 in 2008 and 426,380 in 2007. [The figures released for subsequent years proved to be far less reliable.]

More Chinese and Indian “students” come to work, or bum around in New Zealand than other nationalities.

High school dropouts from China accounted for 27 per cent of the enrolments followed by Indians who come to New Zealand looking for jobs on student visas (23 per cent).

The body located in the Orakei Reserve in Okahu Bay on Saturday was that of 36-year-old Socksay Chansy, police said. [Mr Chansy appears to have been a successful film director specializing in short films and TV commercials. Moderator]

“Mr Chansy was estranged from his family and we believe he had been living and sleeping rough in the central Auckland area in the days or weeks following his last confirmed sighting on April 25,” police claimed.

“We’re hoping that by releasing his photo someone will recognise him and may be able to let us know if they had seen him in Auckland since April 25.”

“We’re continuing to treat his death as unexplained.”

A culture of RAPE, CENSORSHIP, and MORAL CORRUPTION

Posted by te2ataria on November 17, 2013

“National Day of Action Against Rape Culture”

Saturday’s marches, part of the “National Day of Action Against Rape Culture,” were held in Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch and Dunedin in the wake of the Roast Busters scandal, where young Auckland men claimed to have had group sex with drunk, underage girls.

“New Zealand has had 31 police commissioners. Every single one of them has been male and they’ve all been Pakeha,” said Auckland barrister Catriona MacLennan.

“No doubt the Government will say that there are no women qualified to be police commissioner. That’s rubbish. It’s simply not credible to assert that not a single woman in New Zealand is qualified to be police commissioner.”

“We’ve had report after report telling us what needs to be done to improve court processes,” she said.

“What we’ve never had is a government to step up to the mark and actually do something – specialist sexual offence courts, use of an inquisitorial system, specialist training of judges, lawyers and police and many other suggestions.”

  • New Zealand has the highest rate of RAPE in the so-called developed world. But only 9 percent  of rapes [and sexual crimes] are reported [or registered by the police] in New Zealand according to government figures. Of the reported cases, only 13 percent end in a conviction.

  • 91 percent of the rapes either go unreported, or the victims are intimidated by the police to drop complaints.

  • New Zealand has the highest rate of child rapes in the developed world!

  • About one half all girls and a third of all boys in New Zealand are raped [or sexually molested] before the age of 16.

Why are so many children raped and sexually abused in New Zealand?

Rape is a torture routine, a weapon of mind control and subjugation used by the establishment to repress ordinary people in this country.

New Zealand has the highest rates of RAPE in the developed world

New Zealand clocks up yet another [one more] gang rape

Woman abducted and assaulted in Waitara

By: Jacqui Stanford, | Latest Crime News | Thursday July 18 2013 14:57

An 18-year-old woman has been abducted and sexually assaulted by up to five men in the Taranaki town of Waitara.

She was taken from outside a house on Cracroft Street and put into a dark-coloured, large station wagon between three and 3:30 this morning.

The teenager was driven towards Waitara beach and was sexually assaulted before she managed to escape.

She ran to a nearby house, and locals drove her home before police were called.

Detective Sergeant Gerard Bouterey says police need to hear from anyone who may have seen the vehicle, as well as the Good Samaritans who took her home.

He says while it appears to have been random incident, the community needs to remain vigilant and keep its eyes peeled for any suspicious activity.

1080? Nick Smith says let’s have more of it !

In fact, the only thing more prolific and ubiquitous than gang rape and murder [“unsuspicious death”] in New Zealand is the use of 1080.

“Conservation minister Nick Smith has thrown his weight behind calls to expand the use of 1080 to more of the conservation estate, saying he expects a report from the conservation department in a matter of weeks,” according to a report.

“Each year around 3500 tonnes of the pellets are dumped in around one million hectares of conservation land and Smith says he is backing the calls to increase that programme.”

“I am totally satisfied that 1080 is the most effective tool that we have to be able to ensure survival of many of New Zealand’s iconic native species,” Smith said.

“The message from the commissioner is we can do more, I think she’s right and that is what I’m getting the department to explore.”

Two more top Brits quit New Zealand

Posted by te2ataria on January 17, 2013

Was it ‘culture clash’ that forced top U.K. public sector bosses flee NZ?

Snap resignations of two top public sector bosses ‘who fled back to the motherland,’ prompted Britain’s Guardian newspaper to speculate that a culture clash was to blame.

“An unexpected journey” is the subtitle of the first Hobbit film, New Zealand’s latest contribution to world cinema. It’s also been the fate of Lesley Longstone, the senior British civil servant who was recruited to head up New Zealand’s Ministry of Education, and who is now returning home just over a year into a five-year contract.

Longstone’s abrupt departure follows that of Janet Grossman, who returned to the UK last year after only nine months as the head of Work and Income New Zealand …

The Guardian article is overloaded with mostly irrelevant details and excuses. Had the author done some basic research, he might have come up with the real reasons for the “unexpected journey” from the land of the Hobbit!

The departure of  the two UK leaders from New Zealand follows a trend, which started a couple of years ago. Intelligent, professional people and caring parents have been leaving this country in droves mainly to avoid New Zealand’s cultures of violent crimes, road deaths, rapes, child sex, environmental poisoning, bullying ….

They leave NZ because they want to stay alive and unharmed! …. if you haven’t been following this blog…. See links!

NZ Police farce says they are investigating a sex attack on a young American woman visitor in Queenstown public toilets early Wednesday.

“The woman went into Earl Street public toilets on the corner of Marine Parade about 2am after socialising with friends in the CBD,” a policeman said.

“Police have conducted an extensive scene examination and are currently reviewing available CCTV footage,” the cop said.

Simon Nicholas Plaistowe, 47, of Rotorua, was forced to plead guilty to 11 charges of making intimate recordings of his two stepdaughters and their friend, aged between 12 and 17, while they were either sleeping or taking showers in the family home.

[It’s NOT known who is in possession of the hard disk, where the shower scenes were stored, or how many copies were made. ]

The kiwi teenager …

“The jury has retired to consider a verdict in the case of a 16-year-old girl who alleges she was raped by two men in a Nelson camping ground.”

A [good] kiwi weekend …

A good kiwi weekend is probably one when the number of reported road kills are in single digits. [For the exact numbers, multiply the reported figure by an average of 4.]

At least 5 people were killed  on New Zealand Death Roads in the weekend.

A “Lucky” Tourist in the Dark Land …

“An elderly man was thrown five metres after hit by a bus on Lambton Quay this afternoon,” according to a report.

kiwi half-brother …

A 28-year-old man showed a pornographic video to his 14-year-old half-sister and then raped her.

kiwi prime minister…

“Prime Minister John Key today stood by his comment that some people needed to use foodbanks because they had made poor choices.”

Thanks to the multi-million dollar loots by Mr Key and rest of his gang, about one in ten New Zealander lives on ever-shrinking welfare.

Typical kiwi cuisine…

“Horse semen will be on offer at next month’s Hokitika Wildfoods festival. It’ll be around $10 for a shot and brave foodies can chase it down after with an energy shot. There’ll also be different flavours to choose from.”

WARNING: DO NOT DRINK FROM THE SOURCE!

“US scientists said Sunday there is strong evidence linking oral sex to cancer, and urged more study of how human papillomaviruses may be to blame for a rise in oral cancer among white men.”

Marice McGregor Missing

Posted by te2ataria on May 3, 2010

What Happened to Marice McGregor?

Is it that difficult to guess? Though we hope that won’t be the case

The question is why the police went on jerking off for 10 days, before finally declare her missing?

Police search for missing woman

Police in Whanganui are searching for a woman who is believed to have been missing for 10 days.  [to 29 April, 2010]

On Monday, 19 April a bus driver spotted a woman sitting in a red Suzuki Stationwagon on SH4, at the Lismore intersection. He later noticed the same vehicle parked on Old Parapara Road by a small cluster of pine trees and assumed it had broken down.

Seeing it was still there yesterday (Wednesday, 28 April) he reported the vehicle to Police.

Police also received a report yesterday that 45-year-old Marice Jane McGregor, also known as Katrina, was reported missing by a relative, and enquiries show that the Suzuki car belongs to Miss McGregor.

Area Commander, Inspector Duncan MacLeod, said: “The length of time she appears to have been missing gives us serious concerns for Miss McGregor’s welfare. We have established that she spoke on 19 April to a female friend arranging to meet for coffee the following morning but Miss McGregor never turned up for that meeting. That is the last known contact she has had with anyone.”

A helicopter search is underway and Police divers are also preparing to search a waterway near where the vehicle was found. Miss McGregor’s home has already been searched and other enquiries are underway to try to locate her and piece together her recent movements.

Marice McGregor is described as European, 163cm tall and solid build with brown hair. It is not known what she would be wearing. She lives alone in Whanganui and has family and friends in the area but does not communicate with people easily.

Anyone with information about Marice McGregor that might assist in the Police search is asked to contact Whanganui Police on 06 349 0600.

Media enquiries should be referred to Communications Manager Kim Perks on 06 351 2546 or 027 234 8256.

When it comes to child sex, racism and “flag-wrapped” nationalism

Posted by te2ataria on April 19, 2010

When it comes to child sex, racism and “flag-wrapped” nationalism, kiwis, Aussies and a few others become indistinguishable. For a backgrounder see Comment

Child sex tourism study ‘blames Aussies’

STEVE LILLEBUEN

September 13, 2009

With a middle-class background and an internet connection, the Australian man is keen to explore travel deals advertised across the web.

He is the co-worker, relative and mate who awaits cheap flights to Southeast Asia that the economic downturn has made all the more plentiful.

But he is drawn to such tropical places not for the beaches, cheap drinks and a brief escape from the rat race.

He is the customer in a growing global issue that sees over 1.8 million children as young as eight years old being sold for sex – sometimes up to ten times a day – until they’re considered “worthless” before they reach their 30th birthday.

And new studies reveal this man has more mates than ever who think and act just like him.

Australians make up the largest portion of foreign sex offenders against children in Thailand, according to research at John Hopkins University in Baltimore that studied patterns of arrests and prosecutions between 1995 and 2006.

His money is fuelling a $US31.6 billion ($A36.5 billion) industry in trafficking in what a recent report by a global network of groups against child sex slavery concludes is a “massive human rights violation that is currently going largely unnoticed around the world”.

Bernadette McMenamin, CEO of Child Wise Australia, says child sex trafficking remains a hidden problem that most Australians have become complacent about – even though a main root of the global crime is the Australian offender.

“People tell us, ‘It happens overseas. Isn’t that an issue we talked about years ago?’ But what we’ve found is that … the supply and demand factors fuelling child sex slavery have actually grown,” she told AAP.

“The number of children entering the trade has grown. Efforts to combat this problem have not succeeded despite pouring money into overseas governments.”

A new global campaign called “Stop Sex Trafficking of Children and Young People,” will be launched on Monday to help reverse the trend and bring the issue back into the homes of the average Australian.

Being run across 45 countries, the campaign aims to raise awareness, conduct a survey on people’s attitudes and lobby national governments.

In February, Child Wise will step up the campaign by backing stalled amendments to child sex tourism laws in the federal parliament.

Rather than seeing authorities wait for child sex to occur before acting, the amendments seek out preparatory offences: stopping sex offenders from travelling overseas, buying flights and possessing child pornography.

“We’ve waited long enough,” Ms McMenamin says of the proposed changes. “We’re simply not keeping up with travelling sex offenders.”

Only small changes are required to save Asian girls from being sold into a life of slavery, she says.

The Body Shop has already joined the Child Wise campaign by selling a hand cream that directs profits to Cambodian outreach programs.

Such programs can provide support for girls and keep them in school with books, pens and bicycles.

It may not seem like a lot but the average child sex slave is sold for only a few hundred dollars by a family or boyfriend in poverty desperate for cash, she says.

In Cambodia children are brought in from Vietnam or taken from village to village, then off to Thailand.

All these victims suffer lifelong mental and physical damage. Some contract HIV/AIDS while most find it hard to reintegrate into society after a decade of such slavery.

Ms McMenamin says most Australians view the price of petrol as a greater concern than the welfare of foreign children.

“We have increased awareness and there have been some arrests but overall we’re not putting a dent in the problem,” she says.

“We need people to try and think beyond what’s going on in their lives.” © 2010 AAP

Another prominent NZer on Child Rape Charge

Posted by te2ataria on April 9, 2010

Innocent until proven guilty, unless you’re a kiwi

Is there a prominent New Zealander out there who hasn’t raped a child?

Another prominent New Zealand artist was granted interim name suppression by Judge Jeremy Doogue after being arrested for raping a 12-year-old girl.

Three of the charges are historic and relate to dates in 1978 when he allegedly raped a 12-yer-old, and one is a representative charge, a report said.

The complainant, now 44,  reported the rape last year, but the accused was arrested more than a year later on March 30.

The prominent child rapist will reappear for a post-committal conference at Auckland District Court later this month.
