Another Murder Mystery in Christchurch?

A body was found inside a shed after a fire at a property on Tankerville Rd, Hoon Hay, about 8.00am on Thursday. What does the frigging “I” in IPCA stand for?

IPCA finds officer bungled investigation of colleague, but…

“A Taranaki officer failed to properly investigate a crash involving an off-duty colleague, the Independent Police Conduct Authority (IPCA) has found.”

But the whole thing was a waste of time because “IPCA did not find any evidence that suggested the investigating officer’s decisions were made as a result of bias or favouritism towards the off-duty officer,” the Acting Central District Commander Infector Stewart was quoted as saying.
