Unidentified man’s post-mortem delayed

“The circumstances surrounding the death of an unidentified man found dead in central Hamilton on Sunday morning remain a mystery after today’s post-mortem was delayed.
“The man, believed to be a Pakeha in his late 50s or early 60s, was found unresponsive, lying on his back with head injuries by a street sweeper near some public toilets in London St in the central city about 6am.”

Two New Zealanders from Kaikoura, aged 16 and 17, drove a car over two seals and bludgeoned them to death at the Kaikoura peninsula seal colony.

The 17-year-old drove over the seal, and later with the help of his mate, bludgeoned the two defenseless animals to death at the Point Keen seal colony.
In April 2010, a 16-year-old New Zealander raped a donkey.
In April 2009, Three New Zealanders gangraped a sheep then set her alight by putting fireworks in her mouth.

The kiwi “Jewish Lightning” up 20 percent in two years
Dishonest kiwis are burning down their houses, cars and boats to claim the insurance money.
“Statistics New Zealand [people who cook the figures and are themselves the most dishonest government organization in this country] figures show that the number of arsons has increased by 20 percent over the past two years to 2768, while the number of cases solved has decreased by 12 percent.” Said a report.
“Ron McQuilter, of Paragon Investigations, one of the country’s largest private investigators, says much of that increase can be put down to fraudulent insurance claims.”
“McQuilter says his company alone has seen a surge in the number of fraudulent insurance claims because of fire.” The report said.
“Cars are a biggie, there’s the occasional boat and certainly houses. People will go to the extreme. We’d be doing half-a-dozen [arson cases] right now.”
Last month, he investigated a case of a man who couldn’t pay his mortgage and so set fire to his house. But he had taken some “precious items” and stored them in the outside shed, making the fraud easy to spot.
“These are people who are not criminals, they are not seasoned criminals.
“They’ve found themselves in a position and have decided to go this route… The recession has definitely driven insurance fraud. In fact, it’s still driving it. People are still struggling.” Some insurance fraudsters are hiring others to do their dirty work for as little as $200.
“There’s an awful lot of cars being burnt out. They’ll leave the key somewhere for someone to take the car away and burn it.
“Just over the last couple of years we’ve seen a lot more insurers prosecuting people.”

If the Doctors Didn’t Leave New Zealand, YOU Should Start Worrying!
In other words, don’t trust doctors who stay in New Zealand, or come to work in this country. They are most probably DESPERATE!
A specialists’ association says it might not be worth training doctors if New Zealand keeps losing them to Australia. A new survey has found half of the doctors in their last year of training as senior registrars are planning on moving there.
The Association of Salaried Medical Specialists says New Zealand has a high quality training system for junior or residential doctors. Spokesman Ian Powell says we are increasingly training high quality doctors to work overseas, particularly in Australia.
Mr Powell says the absurdity of the situation means if this keeps happening, we may well be better off closing a medical school and simply putting that money into recruiting from overseas. Mr Powell says that is something the association would never advocate but it is a logical consequence if things continue the way they are.

Police Chase-to-Kill Policy Murders Driver and Seriously Injures Two Passengers
The Official Version:
Two women are being treated in Christchurch Hospital following a fatal police pursuit overnight.
The chase began when police tried to stop a car on Blenheim Road. The car then went on to the motorway and into Halswell Road where the driver lost control and hit a tree.
Police say the pursuit lasted little more than two minutes. The 22-year-old driver died on the way to hospital.

60-year-old skier, possibly an Aussie tourist, killed near Canterbury’s Mt Hutt ski area
A 60-year-old skier, possibly an Aussie tourist, was killed when hi “car plunged off an access road at Canterbury’s Mt Hutt ski area into a steep gully yesterday,” media reported.
Name, nationality and other details of the victim have so far been withheld.

John Parisis, 38, an Aussie tourist from New South Wales was killed after a fall on the West Coast’s Franz Josef glacier. He was on a paid-for guided tour [The Tour Guide from Hell?] when “he slipped over while negotiating a path along the bottom of a crevasse, police said. of the Westland glacier. Interpol this morning contacted the family of John Parisis from New South Wales, who died while on a guided tour of the Westland glacier.” NZPA reported.
Another Brit Killed in New Zealand
Victim No 2: British Farm Worker
David Hearnden, a 47-year-old British farm worker, was killed at his gate at Hikutaia, about 20km south of Thames, when the side of the road collapsed causing his car to roll into the canal, according to a report.
He was a father of two whose NZ Death Clock started to tick when he came to New Zealand on holiday from Britain and decided to settle down and married a local woman.
NZ Government was unable to suppress the above news because Interpol was involved in the case of one victim, and the second victim had local connections.

Drink-driving cop avoids conviction
A senior policeman who drove drunk has escaped a conviction, after a judge said it was more important he stay on the job.
Sergeant Jason Lamont, 39, was nearly one and a half times over the legal alcohol limit when he was pulled over last August.
His reading level was 113mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood.
He admitted a charge of driving with an excess blood alcohol and pleaded guilty at North Shore District Court in April, the New Zealand Herald reported.
Judge Phil Gittos discharged Mr Lamont without conviction and said his role and experience outweighed the importance of the conviction.
His lawyer Steve Bonnar told the paper the judge took the view it would not be in the public interest for an experienced and well-regarded senior police officer to be out of a job and the public was better served by him staying in the police.
In spite of the discharge Mr Lamont was disqualified from driving for six months and ordered to pay court costs.
Mr Bonnar said his client had misjudged the amount of alcohol he drank before driving.

Another Double Homicide in New Zealand
Ravneet Sangha, 32, and her two-year-old daughter Anna, were murdered in their Ngatai St home, in the suburb of Otumoetai, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty of Murders, New Zealand, at the weekend.
“Western Bay of Plenty area commander Inspector Mike Clement will not yet comment on how, where or when the victims may have died,” according to a report.
“Mrs Sangha’s husband Dev Sangha, who arrived back in Auckland yesterday after a business trip to India, has had a stressful and sleepless night according to his family. Spokesman Daljit Singh says Mr Sangha has received a lot of support and will be required to formally identify the bodies this afternoon. Mr Singh says Mr Sangha cannot believe what has happened. He is likely to travel back to Tauranga tonight.”

Dead Yellowtail, Seals and Stingrays Littered a 30-km Stretch of Northland Beaches
Hundreds of thousands of yellowtail as well as many seals and stingrays were washed up along Glinks Gully and Baylys Beach last weekend, eyewitnesses said.

The most probable cause could be dumping of toxic chemicals at the sea, the blog Moderators believe.
“There were thousands, at least 30 kilometres up. It’s not on, there’s no other excuse. The smell was horrific.” An eyewitness said.
“It’s too much of a coincidence, really strange. Seals and stingrays are not generally known for throwing themselves on the beach.” Marine expert Dr Kendall Clements said.
“Possibilities are an accident like a net tearing open, a natural event such as algal poisoning or deliberate dumping at sea.” Darren Edwards, field operations manager for the Ministry of Fisheries Northland said.

Sex Trial Turns Elderly Juror On
Male Juror Ejaculates at Sexual Abuse Trial, Female Judge Says Let’s Hear the Evidence Again!
The elderly man confided to his fellow jurors that he had been sexually aroused and masturbated in courtroom after hearing the victims’ evidence.
After sex trial Judge Mary Beth Sharp questioned the jurors on how they were feeling, “she was told the male juror had confided to his fellow jurors that he had been sexually aroused by the victims’ evidence but had coped on Tuesday by wearing a condom in the courtroom,” according to a report.
“Staff at the Auckland District Court yesterday confirmed the case had been aborted, but would not elaborate on why apart from saying it was as a result of a ‘contempt of court’ issue.”
Neither the police nor the Crown would comment on weather wearing a condom in the court was an issue, saying the case was still before the courts.
A source was quoted as saying that many such instances of jurors acting inappropriately have previously occurred.
“While these sorts of events are certainly uncommon, this sort of conduct is not without precedent.”
It is understood police are looking for the used condom worn by the juror in the courtroom.
The female judge has so far refused to come clean about her own emotions during the trial.

Czech Tourists May Be Stabbed or Worse!
A Czech tourist was attacked and stabbed at a backpackers flea motel in Motueka, near Nelson, New Zealand last night.
The man was stabbed on the leg as he fought off his kiwi attacker.
An American who was bunking with the victim and who witnessed the attack managed to escape unharmed, NZPA said.
“There appeared to be no motive for the attack, said Detective John Nicholls, of Motueka CIB.”
A 38-year-old New Zealander who doesn’t like tourists, especially the Eastern European ones, was reportedly arrested and charged with a minor offence for wounding the victim.
