‘Violent death’ for [Australian] woman killed in Wellington flat
Allison McPhee, 42, unemployed, described as transient [and believed to be an Australian,] was killed violently in a Newtown Park flat, in Mansfield St. Wellington.
Allison McPhee’s badly battered body was found in a Newtown Park flat in Wellington.
Her body was found on Wednesday afternoon, about five days after she was murdered, according to police.
”The post mortem indicates the deceased died a violent death…the post mortem shows she was definitely attacked. It would indicate a weapon was possibly used.” Police said.
”Evidence from the scene shows violence has occurred. We believe violence occurred in the flat.”
“The flat was on the same street as a halfway house where Kelly Noema, 37, was stabbed to death in August, a day after he was bailed there by police.” NZPA said.
Police are also investigating another possible murder after the body of a man was found floating near Miramar Wharf on Thursday.

Fat Fonterra is preying on poor Indian farmers!
“We will spill more milk, we will stone milk tankers and further intensify our agitation as we want the government to focus their attention on this issue.” A Shiv Sena official in Satara said.
Indian farmers and Shiv Sena political party activists spilled about 50,000 litres of milk earlier this week, according to India Today.

COLONIAL SENTENCES WILL NO LONGER BE TOLERATED!
Te Ringa Mangu Nathan (Dun) Mihaka, a Maori protester, has been imprisoned for calling a judge an arsehole
The sentence was imposed by Judge John “arsehole” McDonald in Kaikohe District Court in February and was subsequently upheld by Justice Rodney “arsehole” Hansen in the High Court at Wangarei.
These two judges must be taught a lesson that Maori will no longer tolerate colonial sentences!
Justice “arsehole” Hansen said laughingly that the 28 days for calling the “arsehole” judge by his title was “severe” but not excessive.
“What occurred was a flagrant and provocative challenge to the authority of the court,” Hansen said.

“Shechita” slaughter, probably the cruelest way of killing an animal, is performed by slitting the throat, thus severing the carotid, oesophagus, trachea arteries and jugular veins with a blade and letting the blood to drain out, as the ‘headless’ animal twirls in a frenzied death dance.
Associating the omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent, ever-loving source with such satanic rituals is the ultimate act of blasphemy and sacrilege.
New code no to Shechita slaughter
New Zealand’s Jewish community has launched legal action after the Government banned the kosher slaughter of animals.
Two months ago, Agriculture Minister David Carter launched a new code of conduct for animal slaughter that aims to make the practice more humane.
However, Jewish community spokesman David Zwartz says the new code means the “Shechita” way of killing, which involves slitting an animal’s throat, has been banned. Mr Zwartz says he has tried to negotiate with the minister but could not reach a compromise, so lawyers are now preparing a case.
“The legal case is being prepared and it’s going to be reviewed by a QC to make sure that our case is the best possible case that we can present. But we don’t know exactly when that will be.”

Man seriously injured in police pursuit crash

“A man is in a serious condition after a police pursuit in Palmerston North this morning ended with a vehicle slamming into a truck – a day after schoolchildren were imperilled by a fleeing vehicle that mounted the curb at speed during a chase in Hamilton.” NZPA said.

Risa Matsuura, a 32-year-old Japanese woman has gone missing in Auckland. The woman has a 19-month-old daughter, which she dropped at a daycare centre Friday morning, police said.

Yook Sook Chun, a 48-year-old South Korean mother-of-two, went missing on May 18, 2009. Where’s her body buried? Where are the other 75 people reported as missing in the Canterbury area. Missing Auckland woman’s mother arrives from South Africa
“The mother of missing Auckland woman Carmen Thomas arrived in New Zealand late last night from South Africa, and has already talked to police.
“Ms Thomas, 32, described by police as an escort, was last seen on July 1. She was not reported missing for nearly two weeks, when she failed to collect her five-year-old son who had been staying with friends, and her Nissan Pulsar car was found in Hamilton on July 17.” The official NZPA said.
Missing Man’s Body Found
Missing Bay of Plenty [of Murders] man Bruce Fowler has been found dead in the Kaingaroa Forest near Rotorua. Mr Fowler, 42, was last seen on July 14. His car was found yesterday on the edge of the forest, according to a report.

Schoolgirl dies after car crash
The 18-year-old driver, Kristi Ruri-Gardiner, who was involved in a two-car crash last week, in which five Rotorua Girls’ High School students were injured, has died, according to a report.
Alcohol-related deaths skyrocket [by at least 100 pct.]
In 2008 there were more than seven alcohol-related deaths per 100,000 people in the Christchurch, Wellington and Dunedin regions , according to a report. {Note: The 2010 figures are probably double the number quoted above.]

NZ Justice System Stinks
North Canterbury farmer Mark Feary fined $20,000 for threatening to buttkick the corrupt PM, other govt officials
The corrupt judge Raoul Neave refused to send him to jail because Feary said he would go on a hunger strike.
Feary was slapped with a $500 fines for each of his threats to cause “grievous bodily harm,” and $7,000 fines for the threats to kill, a total of $20,000, New Zealand’s official news agency NZPA said.
Ironically, he doesn’t appear to have threatened to kill the corrupt PM at all. What he wrote in a fax to the bum was: “It’s killing time.”
There are a number of interesting issues in this case:
1. Feary, of course, would be stupid to pay the fine. And what if a few dozen other people threatened to butkick the greedy bums?
2. What if everyone refused to go to the corrupt government’s prisons?
JUST DO IT!
And the corollary?
If you want to buttkick and rough up the corrupt Prime Minister, dishonest politicians, evil judges, serial killer police thugs, just FOLLOW YOUR INSTINCTS FOR JUSTICE!
Don’t threaten anyone, or leave any paper trail behind.

Police serial killers shot their victim ‘several times’
The thugs are unsure how many times they fired on their 38-year-old prey
Auckland police have not yet decided exactly what they should say about how many times they shot the man who they claim was carrying an air rifle.
A senior police thug said eight cops were involved in the incident, with two firing at will on their victim, after they failed to taser him.
“Police Association president Greg O’Connor said the incident showed the importance of having firearms available to frontline officers,” NZ’s official news agency NZPA said.
New Zealand police farce, probably the world’s most corrupt bunch of thugs, are mandated by their brotherhood to act as judge, jury and the executioner. Once they decide an individual is “fair game,” their shoot-to-kill or chase-to-kill directives kick in. They are murdering ordinary people with absolute impunity on regular basis.

British Rugby Writer Peter Bills says New Zealanders Are “Rip-off” Merchants!
That’s a fact that most everyone in the world who has heard anything about the [poxy,] sodomite country knows by now, though the word cutthroat precedes the fleecing adjective.
But Mr Bills should also warn his readers about the inordinate number of foreigners who are killed in New Zealand, and which this blog has reported.
The chances are more visiting rugby fans would catch deadly diseases, seriously sickened, or killed during Rugby Cup 2011 in New Zealand than have in any previous sport tournament anywhere in the world.
Additionally, New Zealand’s deadly roads would claim many more lives in 2011 than ever before.
More rugby fans would also be robbed, assaulted, raped, or killed in 2011 than have in any previous year.
UNFORTUNATELY, we may never know the exact number of rugby 2011 casualties in New Zealand.
Reporter slams ‘rip-off’ New Zealand

British rugby writer Peter Bills has slammed New Zealand for its “horrifyingly” high prices.
The journalist has labelled Aotearoa “a rip-off” and says he’s shocked at the steep prices charged by bars, restaurants, hotels and care hire outlets.
In a piece written for the NZ Herald, Bills reveals his concern that tourists arriving for the 2011 Rugby World Cup will be put off by the whopping price tags on ordinary goods.
“This place is becoming one of the most expensive I visit, one giant rip-off,” he says.
“True, petrol is much cheaper than in Britain. But in just about every other field, hotels, car hire, restaurant food, wine, clothes or whatever, you’re the victims of massive overcharging.”
He goes on to detail many instances during his time in NZ when he’s paid over the odds for parking, drinks, meals and hotels.
Bills says he’s worried visitors to NZ are “being fleeced” – and word is getting out.
“Does any of this matter?” he asks. “After all, it’s only tourists who might get fleeced and they won’t be back every year. And the Rugby World Cup which is being held here next year might be the last time it is hosted exclusively by New Zealand.
“So hey guys, grab what you can in hiked up profits, make a fortune and smile all the way to the bank. Right? No, wrong, dead wrong.
“International travellers are not fools; fewer will come if New Zealand is known as too expensive.”

The young South African tourist, a childcare student, who was mysteriously struck down by a deadly bug, the staphylococcus aureus infection, passed away from the ‘incurable’ infection in Auckland City Hospital yesterday.

She contracted the deadly bug mysteriously. Six weeks into her trip, she felt a sharp pain in her upper thigh and was taken to hospital, where doctors discovered that the deadly staphylococcus aureus infection had poisoned her blood, triggering massive organ failures.
Ms Storm’s family must NOT be cowed by New Zealand govt agents, or intimidated by the secret service in any way because of Tayla Storm’s unpaid hospital bills.
NZ Government Must Immediately
- Stop all research, development amd experimentation with biowarfare weapons.
- Compensate Ms Storm’s family by paying $25million in wrongful death reparations
- Pay all outstanding hospitals bills for Tayla Storm

The 1,875th New Foreigner Killed in NZ Since Jan 2000 was an Aussie
The 1,000th Aussie to Be ‘Proudly’ Killed in New Zealand Should Claim a Free Body Bag from NZ Tourism
One Aussie was killed and another seriously injured near Greymouth, New Zealand, when their “vehicle left the road and went down a bank on Taylorville Rd,” a report said.
The incident occurred about 6km east of Greymouth, about 6.00am this morning, the police farce spokesman said.
It’s not immediately clear weather the incident occurred as a result of a police chase, or why the NZ Gestapo allowed the news of the death to be published.

We may never know how Moko was killed
A post-mortem examination continues today to determine the cause of death of Moko the fun-loving dolphin, but an international expert on the species says it may never be known what killed him.
Wade Doak said Moko’s body appears to be too decomposed to definitively say what killed him, but if he had been struck by a boat propeller it would be obvious. Read more …
Driver jailed only 2 years for killing German cyclist
Troy Roberts was sentenced in Tauranga District Court on Friday after pleaded guilty to reckless driving causing the death of Stephan Stoermer, falsifying his log book and several breaches of regulations, relating to exceeding his restricted driving hours, The Bay of Plenty Times reported.
Mr Stoermer, 38, of Frankfurt, was on the final leg of a 26-country cycling holiday when he was hit and killed by Roberts’ truck and trailer on State Highway 2 near Te Puke, 21km southeast of Mt Maunganui, on March 12 last year. Read more …

Before moving to Gisborne, Moko lived in Mahia; however, he finally left Mahia in late August 2009 after more than two years.
In Mahia Swimmers were “roughhousing” with Moko, scarring his skin with sharp fingernails, watches and items of jewelery.
Blog received the following note from a regular reader in Australia:

I just read the following report posted on yahoo news, and it upset me so much had to post it to you.

NOW, Moko is Dead!
Moko, a bottlenose who normally spends her time playing, bailed out two pygmy sperm whales that humans were struggling to help.The whales, a mother and calf, were stranded on Mahia Beach and had been in the care of human rescuers for over an hour. Initally successful, the workers were horrified to see the whales beach themselves again on a sandbar four times, indicating that they were probably on their way to an agonizing, complex death. It was at that point, Moko, who was described by an official on the scene as “altruistic” appeared, and let the pygmy sperm whales 200 yards down the beach to an open channel. There have been many instances of dolphins assisting weak swimmers, which may be instinctual, but this appears to be the first instance of interspecies help. Source of image and caption. Police have confirmed they were pursuing the car involved in a fatal crash in Christchurch. The Mitsubishi Lancer carrying six people smashed into a concrete pole on the corner of Moorhouse Avenue and Manchester Street just before 2am.
One died on impact, two were in a critical condition, one in serious condition and two received minor injuries. The incident happened shortly after police arrested 30 people at a boyracer gathering in the city’s north.
Inspector Al Stewart says the vehicle had been the subject of a routine check on cars on Manchester St. “As the driver of the police vehicle approached the Mitsubishi Lancer, the driver accelerated the vehicle.” It then took off from the side of the road so officers turned on their lights and sirens, and radioed it in as a pursuit.

One killed, 5 injured in Christchurch crash caused by police chase
Front-seat passenger Shannon Smiler-O’Connor, 26, of Hornby, was killed after a car slammed into a power pole at the intersection of Moorhouse Ave and Manchester St about 1.40am. His funeral will be held on Friday.
The vehicle’s male driver and a female passenger were in critical conditions in Christchurch Hospital yesterday. Another male passenger, who had been in a serious condition, was “satisfactory”, a Canterbury District Health Board spokeswoman said yesterday. Two others, a male and a female, received minor injuries, but had been discharged from hospital.

Emigrant home owners see the value of their property fall by about $150,000
Millions of dollars are being wiped off Christchurch property values as buyers spooked by the leaky homes crisis spurn houses. Owners of dry homes with monolithic cladding say they are unfairly being tarred with the leaky homes brush.
Net migration almost stopped last month, prompting warnings that a leading driver of economic strength could be waning.
“After providing support to retail sales and the housing market over the past 18 months, migration stimulus is waning, and could turn from a tailwind to a headwind as the year progresses,” Mr Goh said. Yesterday’s figures also showed that the number of short-term visitors to New Zealand in May was almost unchanged, falling 600 to 141,300.
