David Beckham the footballer was among the 14,000 or so people in the Lying-in-State queue to see the Queen’s coffin in Westminster Hall, London, UK.
Rumor has it, to eliminate any probability of foul play, the coffin was left empty. The Queen’s body had already been shipped to Windsor Castle, and was being prepared for the initial stages of mummification.
