Underage sex “OK” if you’re well-connected and pay the pimp state

Judge Louis Bidois felt convicting the rapists would be unfair and disproportionate to the crime!

Five well-connected men [the Opotiki five] have been discharged without conviction after pleading guilty to having sex with underage girls [statutory rape.]

“The men, aged 17 and 18 at the time of the offending, pleaded guilty at Opotiki District Court this morning, to charges of unlawful sexual connection relating to five girls, mostly aged 14.”

Judge Louis [Oh là là] Bidois decided convicting the four rapists would be unfair and “disproportionate” to the crime!

“All of the men, whose names would remain suppressed [because they are probably well-heeled, or well-connected.]  http://www.radionz.co.nz/news/national/300337/men-on-underage-sex-charges-to-pay-$500

[MUST READ for MSM editors: “In all cases it was made clear the sexual relationships were consensual.” Statutory rape means sexual intercourse with a person under 16 years old. In this country, as strange (!) as it might sound, people below the age of consent cannot legally consent to having sex.]

“One of the accused, who faced charges involving two of the girls, all of whom were aged 14 or 15 at the time, will have to pay reparation of $500.”  http://www.stuff.co.nz/national/78427955/Victim-slams-police-over-Opotiki-sex-case

What if the alleged sex-offenders were “disposable” Indians and the *$%^&# judge was a racist pig?
Amritpal Singh, 24, was jailed for eight years and two months, and Parampreet Singh, 26, for eight years and six months for having sex with a “shy, drunk teen”.

To protect the tourism industry, about two-thirds of the road fatalities in New Zealand go unreported by our political police, or unrecorded by Ministry of Transport [“Minitru”.]

  • Blog estimate: About 900 people are killed on NZ roads each year. [Most probably] up to 225 road fatalities have occurred in NZ since 1 January 2016.
