Damage to the Napier fleeing car consistent with being rammed from behind by police
Police release photo of fleeing car, showing rear-end damage, which proves that the vehicle was rammed by police cars from behind.
The driver of a “stolen” vehicle fled from Police on Marine Parade in Napier around 10.30am on Monday 22 October. Police falsely claim that it rammed several patrol cars.
The photos show damage to the front of police cars and the rear of fleeing car, both consistent with the pursued car being rammed from behind.

Man pleads guilty to murder of Nicole Tuxford
“A 55-year-old man [originally aged 52, 53 and 54] from Aranui pleaded guilty in the High Court in Christchurch today to the murder of Nicole Tuxford on 7 April this year.”
“Born and bred in Dunedin, she moved to Christchurch to pursue her professional career after she finished high school.”

Police failed to stop the murder
Police have confirmed that the night before Nicole’s death her murderer was stopped by their flat feet at an alcohol checkpoint on Bealey Avenue in Christchurch and gave a positive reading.
“After he was processed the man caught a taxi and went directly to Nicole’s property. He waited for her overnight before killing her when she arrived home the next morning.”

“Police can now name the 14-year-old girl who died after being hit by a car in Oamaru on Tuesday this week. She was Zara Joy Blackie, of Oamaru.
Police’s thoughts are with her family and friends at this time.
A 30-year-old man has been charged with failing to stop in relation to Zara’s death, and Police continue to make inquiries around what happened.”
