New Zealand is a safe haven for sex offenders

A New Zealand pedophile held birthday parties for toddlers while on bail for numerous sex charges.

Richard Miller, 45, appeared in Napier District Court on Tuesday for breaching his bail conditions, Hawke’s Bay Today reported.

Miller has been charged with 12 sex crimes, including the rape and abduction of a six-year-old girl, indecent assault and unlawful sexual connection with children aged between six and 16. Source

would like to say I have audio of a puppeteer trying to coherse the children into sexual acts and how to hang themselves step by step. They are 3 and 4 years old. I have AUDIO. The children know his voice so well and he is often whispers but it is still AUDIABLE. We live in a placement house with built in wall amplifliers and the frequency is a POLICE, MENTAL HEALTH AND GOVERNMENTAL DEPARTMENT frequency. They have a stop and start and go team where they invite the community to tell me, my family and my children to hang themselves. I have had audio of gang activity from two homes and sentences and rape victims and rapist files revealed to me.
