It’s Groundhog’s Day! Collective bad karma strikes, again, again, again…

Jason Scorer scores an own goal in Rome, of all places!

Another New Zealander, a former Marlborough Boys’ College student got himself killed while “extreme partying” in Rome.

Jason Scorer, 20, was found in the famous Tiber River in Rome, Italy, on Wednesday night after apparently falling from a 12-m high wall, according to Italian police, the Marlborough Express reported.

Scorer was reportedly a Marlborough Boys’ College student from 2002 to 2004. It’s not known when he developed his multiple identity problem, believing that he was a cat. before moving to Australia in 2005 with his family.

His father, James Scorer, now living in Australia, was a pediatrician at Blenheim’s Wairau Hospital before leaving New Zealand. Perhaps he waited until it was too late before leaving New Zealand!
