Childcare from HELL
A four-year-old boy was killed in a “tragic accident” on playground equipment at a childcare centre in Takapuna on Auckland’s North Shore.
Angels (!) Childcare, a “large daycare facility”, is reportedly a privately owned and operated company approved by the Ministry of Education to have up to 70 children at any one time, including up to 25 babies.
Boy, 11, abducted and raped in West Auckland
An 11-year-old boy was abducted and raped in a four-hour ordeal in the West Auckland suburb of Ranui on Thursday.
The boy got off a train at Ranui Station and walked in the direction of Ranui Station Rd, towards his home, police said.

Norovirus outbreak hits quake-struck Waiau
At least four people have fallen ill with a nasty stomach bug and hospitalized in the quake-stricken town of Waiau in north Canterbury.
Many homes in Waiau, were severely damaged in Monday’s 7.8 magnitude earthquake and powerful aftershocks that ensued, and lost all power and water.
A communal kitchen had been operating at the township’s school after the earthquake, and apparently the cook(s) didn’t wash their hands after cleaning their butt.
Auckland DHB area revealed as having third highest suicide rate for mental health patients
Green MP Julie Anne Genter has called for a national inquiry into mental health after it was revealed that Mental health patients in the Auckland District Health Board’s area have one of the highest rates of suicide and other “serious adverse events” in New Zealand.

Massive slip in ranges near quake-stricken Kaikoura has a class of its own
A ginormous landslide has filled a valley in the ranges of quake-stricken Kaikoura.
The slip in the Seaward Kaikouras (Mt Manukau) has blocked a section of the Hapuku River, covering Barratts Hut, and forming a small but growing lake.

Stranded tourists in quake-hit Kaikoura told to FUCK OFF and leave!
A Kaikoura motel owner said he had to kick out two tourists, who just wanted a “cheap holiday”, for overstaying their welcome and exacerbating the stressful situation, following Monday’s quake!
New Zealand First deputy leader Ron Mark said some stranded tourists were taking advantage of the generosity of locals, receiving free food and hand-outs, and partying into the small hours and causing grief for locals dealing with the quake calamity.
The moron did not specify what the stranded tourists should have done, instead!?
