We know there have been at least 22 fatal crashes in the past 7 days, but only 16 [15 listed + 1 through Freudian Slip] were reported by police, as of writing.]
That said, the point here is at least 15 people were killed in 14 crashes, NOT in 15 crashes, as stated by the police (see above image).
Because, at least two people were killed in the Mangatawhiri crash on Wednesday (November 2).
[Blog readers will have also noticed that we are left in the dark AGAIN concerning the fates of a dozen or so people who have been critically/seriously injured in reported road crash over the past 7 days. –Moderator DH.]
