Proudly murdered in NZ

The woman who was murdered at the Rutherford Hotel in Nelson on Friday morning has been named as Yanyan Meng, a 62-year-old [Chinese] Swiss passport-holder.

The victim was found dead in a room of Nelson’s Rutherford Hotel, and a male travelling companion was later charged with her murder.

Thirty-week pregnant woman needs emergency c-section after crash
A 30-week pregnant woman was injured in a head-on crash needed an emergency caesarean at Nelson Hospital. Her baby was flown to Wellington Hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit. A 27-year-old man travelling in the same car also received serious injuries. While a 55-year-old man had to be cut from the other vehicle and was flown to Wellington Hospital with serious injuries Monday night.
