Victim’s fate was sealed the moment he arrived in NZ
A foreign national was violently killed [apparently decapitated] when the car he was driving collided head on with an oncoming truck on the Hawke’s Bay Expressway.
The collision between a McCarthy Transport logging truck and black Suzuki occurred between the Links Rd and Evenden Rd intersections this morning, a report said.
“Police knew the victim’s identity, but were unable to release those details yet.”
