Police have shot and murdered yet another man at a property in Bellevue, Tauranga, earlier today.

They had initially been called to the property in Oriana Crescent at around 12.25am today, after a man allegedly threatened his partner with a knife.

As police’s make believe statement continues, the magic knife turns into a “large machete”, which is then being held at a child’s throat.

Police allege they retreated, but reentered the property several hours later, when they shot and killed the man, who was, apparently, no longer holding the magic knife.

A cyclist has been critically injured after being struck by a car fleeing police on Don Buck Road in Massey, West Auckland.

Waitematā Acting District Commander, Inspector Shanan Gray, said a “suspicious vehicle” fleeing police struck the cyclist at about 5.08pm.

The cyclist in a critical condition was taken to Auckland City Hospital.

Police have executed yet another “fleeing driver” in their latest murderous pursuit.

The 27-year-old male driver was violently killed, and a passenger sustained critical injuries after police cars shunted the pursued  vehicle off the road and into a large tree.

Another passenger has sustained “minor injuries”, Bay of Plenty Road Policing Manager said.

It’s the NZ police policy to violently stop their preys, especially the “fleeing drivers”, at any cost and regardless of the invariably fatal consequences.

Accordingly, 100 per cent of police pursuits end in one or more fatalities and/or critical/serious injuries and/or damage to property, especially to police vehicles.

About 11pm yesterday a pursuit was initiated when the driver of a Mazda Familia vehicle failed to stop for Police in Whakatane.

Within one minute, officers in pursuit determined the vehicle’s excessive speed posed too great a risk to its occupants and the public and abandoned the pursuit.

Approximately four minutes later Police located the vehicle on Taneatua Road, about 6.5km south of the point of abandonment.

Initial enquiries indicate the vehicle lost control on a sweeping righthand bend, left the road at speed, become[sic] airborne and struck a large [yenta] tree.

Man shot in chest by police in serious condition

Police in Rotorua have shot a man in the chest and seriously injured him, according to MSM reports.

Bay of Plenty District Commander Superintendent McGregor said the man was in a critical condition, said a report.

However, eyewitnesses say the man was probably dead when the ambulance arrived.

The attempted execution was the third police shooting in under five weeks.

Since 1941, dozens of men and at least one woman have been executed by police. The following is an incomplete list of the victims:

• Nicholas Marshall, 36, was executed by armed police during a search of a light commercial property in Frankton, on Tuesday night [12 July 2016.]

• Paeroa man Mike Taylor was “shot in back” by police assassins on June 10.  His partner is demanding a public inquiry after watching him murdered by armed police.

• Pera Smiler, 25, was executed by police in a busy Upper Hutt street on September 7, 2015.

• Ford Hurunui, 27, was shot and critically injured by police at Motueka on August 20, 2015.

• David Cerven, 21, from the Slovak Republic was executed by NZ police on August 2, 2015.

• Vaughan William John Te Moananui, 33, was executed by police in Thames on May 2, 2015.

• Caleb Henry, 20, died in hospital in July 2013 after being shot in a police chase.

• Adam Te Rata Charles Morehu, 33, was executed by armed police in June 2013.

• Lachan Kelly-Tumarae, 19, was executed by a police assassin in 2011. The assassin fired 14 shots hitting victim four times and fatally wounding him.

• Paraplegic  Shayne Richard Sime, 42, was executed by armed police in Burnside June 29, 2009.

• Jan Molenaar was executed by armed police and/or NZ SAS at his home on May 9 , 2009. As was totally expected, the Independent Police Conduct Authority decided not investigate police actions that led to the armed siege of Molenaar’s home in Napier because, you guessed it, “he shot himself [sic]”. Molenaar had been unhappy with police because they had a racist attitude towards his Maori partner, a local teenager told reporters.

• Halatau Naitoko, 17, shot “accidentally” by criminally negligent armed police during a pursuit on the Northwestern Motorway in Auckland January 23, 2009.

• British woman Lee Jane Mettam, 37, was executed by a member of the AOS on October 23, 2008 after she allegedly held up staff in a Vodafone shop in Reyburn Street in Whangarei with an airgun.

•  Stephen Jon Bellingham, 37,  was executed by armed police in Stanmore Road, Avonside September 26, 2007.

• Jason Williams, 32, was shot by police in Avonside Dr after a car chase November 21, 2001.

• Steven Wallace was shot by Senior Constable Keith Abbott in the main street of Waitara, Taranaki on April 20, 2000.

• Haidar Ebbadi Mahdi, 37, was executed by armed police  who shot him in the head as he allegedly stabbed his wife being held in a headlock in a South Auckland house on Saturday August 14, 2004.

• Steven Wallace, 23, of Waitara, was executed by police after an alleged window smashing spree in the town April 30, 2000.

• Edwin Leo, 31, was exeuted by police assassins near Helensville, Northland, following a car chase July 1, 1999.

Police are executing too many people!

Nicholas Marshall, 36, was executed by armed police during a search of a light commercial property in Frankton, on Tuesday night.

The assassins have alleged that he was armed and on Wednesday morning a pump-action shotgun and a live cartridge were conveniently found at the exact spot (REALLY?) where he had been standing [surprise, surprise!]

Marshall’s father, Nelson Marshall, had earlier confirmed it was his son who was killed.

“The police smashed my son’s door down and shot him dead tonight.”

Marshall said his son was unarmed when he was shot.

Marshall’s girlfriend, Kendall Eadie, who was present at the time of the shooting, insisted he wasn’t armed.

She said the pair had just been about to have dinner when police stormed into the residence and immediately fired three shots at Marshall.

“The police executed a warrant on my place and murdered my boyfriend,” she said.

“They busted in our front doors, then they announced themselves. They forced entry and fired shots. That was that.

“They didn’t ask my boyfriend to put his hands up, they shot at him three or four times.”

Tuesday night’s assassination was the second murder by police in the Waikato region in just 32 days. Mike Taylor was shot and killed by police at his Karangahake Gorge property near Paeroa on June 11.

His family said Taylor was shot in the back as he walked away from police, but police denied they murdered him.

How could any inquiry in New Zealand be independent?

Foreword: “The grieving family of a man shot dead by police in the Karangahake Gorge near Paeroa want an independent inquiry into what they describe as a ‘cold-blooded execution'”. But, how could any inquiry into the affairs of the government, judiciary, or New Zealand police be independent, when the very same people to whom we complain are those who intimidate, threaten and kill us in cold blood?

Zombie democracy:  Think about this! Do you have the power to dethrone the corrupt Prime Minister, his thieving ministers… Can you remove a corrupt judge, fire the President of the Police Association, prosecute police/”Stasi” for sexual violations…? Can any number or groups of ordinary people terminate the employment contract of a single corrupt official in this country?

Can you even talk about these things without having to face the dire consequences?

[When it comes to government accountability, how much better off are we against John Key’s Clique, than Palestinians in Gaza are against Natanyahu’s?]

We’re going to get more and more of these types of incidents when police execute unarmed members of the public in cold blood

Mike Taylor was assassinated on Friday morning by a police squad who were responding to a call from his long-time partner, Natalie Avery.

Avery and her children, Carlin, 21, and Amy, 14, say there was no need for police to shoot Taylor, as he had thrown his weapons and was walking away. 

They family say the victim put his hands in the air as he’d been instructed to do by police and was kneeling down when he was shot from the back and threw his heart.

“They came up the drive, over the brow of the hill and Mike was in a paddock and spotted them.

“He threw the slasher – it had no handle – over the top of the police car and he smashed the passenger window with the machete and then he walked away.

“He would have been at least 20 metres from the police car, hands up, bowed his knees and from there they shot him … through the heart from behind. It was cold blooded.”

Carlin, Taylor’s stepson, said he was in his room by the caravan and had just got out of the shower when he heard shots.

“I heard pop, pop, pop, pop, pop – about five or six shots. I looked outside and saw a cop aiming a rifle. It was an execution.”

Police did not need to shoot her dad, Amy said.

“They didn’t even need to taser him – he’d surrendered. He had his hands in the air.”

Police execute “violent offenders” regardless of circumstances

The Police Association says officers are increasingly being confronted by more violent offenders and are being put into situations where they are having to use lethal force. The frigging President of the Police Association Greg O’Connor said there shouldn’t be a backlash from the public [just because they killed a member of the public?]

“So that we don’t get an unreasonable response from New Zealanders when something like this happens is that we accept that police officers in this deteriorating situation will more and more be having to make these decisions, and I think that’s the first thing that New Zealanders can do.”

[In other words, “unreasonable response” from New Zealanders when police execute an unarmed victim would be UNACCEPTABLE and punishable by a police visit, or worse.]

A spokeswoman for the Auckland South Corrections Facility at Wiri said the man was “taken ill” at 4.05pm. “The prisoner was pronounced dead at 4.55pm,” she said.

All in a day’s work: police execute 16-year-olds for alleged car theft, arrest 3-year-olds for alleged shoplifting 

Eden Nathan of Mangere was the 16-year-old who was killed after an alleged stolen car she was travelling in crashed into another vehicle during an early-morning police chase  in south Auckland.

The 15-year-old girl driving the car is fighting for her life in Auckland City Hospital.

Driver of the other vehicle was also injured. Both vehicle were wrecked.

Police’s octored statistics

• In 2010, at least 18 drivers were killed in police pursuits. The statistics are only for drivers, and do not apply to other members of the public killed or injured in police pursuits. We’ve been unable to find data for the subsequent years.]
• Police Minister Judith Collins’ office provided NZPA further statistics showing that in 2010 there were 2211 fleeing driver incidents with 354 crashes (16 per cent), in 2009 it was 2349 with 388 crashes (16.5 per cent), 2155 with 505 crashes in 2008 (23.4 per cent), 2435 and 584 crashes in 2007 (24 per cent) and 2234 and 546 crashes in 2006 (24.4 per cent).
