Israeli-connected “white pride” group “patrols” streets of Christchurch, NZ

Right Wing Resistance (RWR), a “white pride” group with direct ties to the state of Israel, says they are patrolling New Brighton streets, Christchurch.

The group says that “the police and the system has all but given up on” parts of the city and that Christchurch is the center of a “white pride” revival.

According to Stormfront.org, a front used by the group, the Israel-supported vigilante group has been performing “crimewatch patrols” aimed at “cutting down on homie [American rap-style] vandalism and muggings that have become common on the east side of CHCH”.

“Shaven-headed, jack-booted, race-based, white power [with an Israeli twist]” and “former” skinhead, National Front leader and Christchurch mayoral candidate Kylie Chapman. His gang will now beat up on Asians students and Polynesians migrants with tacit police blessings.

“The police and the system in general has all but given up on the poor areas and it is left to us to sort this out now,” stormfagots said.

A group member, speaking anonymously to The Press, said “sporadic” patrols had started in New Brighton as early as May 2009, the report said.

“Locals were getting very upset with youths, particularly Polynesian youths, standing over people and vandalising.”

“No doubt people will want to label us skinheads, but that’s just a way for society to put a label on us, put us in a bracket.

“I know … that vigilantism is illegal and it’s frowned upon, but we’re living in modern times, police resources are stretched, and they’re not being able to cover the ground as effectively as they would like.”

 

The group was a white pride group as opposed to white power, he said. “We’re not about going around bashing up Polynesians or Asians.”

“Yum Yum Kylie” Chapman, 38, who was previously convicted for fire-bombing a marae [Maori ‘sacred place’ with great cultural significance,] could be facing severe punishment.

The Press said:

Police said they had not heard of the group and denied they had “given up” on New Brighton. Detective Sergeant Andrew Fabish, of the New Brighton police, said it sounded like the group was “trying to get themselves a profile”.

New Brighton Residents Association member George Aorangi Stanley said “boot boys” had been spotted “hanging around looking menacing”.

“I don’t know if you’d consider it patrolling. I just consider them as contributing to the tension.”

Christchurch Mayor Bob Parker said the trend was “unacceptable”.

“I would be disturbed to find out that we had a vigilante approach to security going on.

“Well-meaning amateurs” could easily become “loose cannons”, Parker said.

Anything associated with Chapman and his “brand” would come with “a lot of history attached”, he said.

“I would urge these folk that if [they want to do security], their first point of contact should be the police.”

The initiation ceremonies on WNTube site showed about 12 shaven-headed men in what appeared to be a garage. Black banners with the group’s insignia, a skull over a bent cross, were displayed on the walls.

“The Oath”

An oath, titled “Kylie’s oath”, was read and members were “knighted” by a leader with a sword. Long-time white power activist Chapman was involved with the group until he moved to the North Island several months ago.

A newsletter sent by an umbrella group called the Nationalist Alliance said the Right Wing Resistance was the “active organisation of New Zealand”.

“The Christchurch RWR is now the largest Right-wing organisation Christchurch has ever seen. When new branches are set up, it is no longer a couple of people joining but whole crews of men willing to work hard,” their tiny-headed spokesperson boasted

I brought my children to New Zealand from Suva to get away from violence there. Victim’s Mother

Killing, beating, raping and abusing “coloured” people in Apartheid New Zealand is a common occurrence.

The following report is yet another proof, as if anyone didn’t believe it, of the extreme violence perpetrated against Asians and other “coloured” people in New Zealand.

NZ government [sic] must compensate the “coloured” victims of racial attacks for each and every incident of racial violence perpetrated against them.

Starting with the crime of ‘racial slurs’, the victim should receive $25,000 and a formal apology from the prime minister for each and every incident.

In the case of racial murders, the family of each victim should be compensated no less than $25million by NZ govt.

Victims’ compensation for all other racial crimes should be set on a “sliding scale” within the two limits described above.

Victims of racial violence in New Zealand should be entitled to the same level of compensation, as are the Jewish residents.

Christchurch schoolboys attack Fijian-Indian student

A racist attack on a Fijian-Indian student at a Christchurch school was not isolated, the student’s mother says.

Mohammed Akif, 15, suffered a cracked cheekbone, chipped tooth, cut to the head and bruised ribs when he was set upon by other students on Tuesday, The Press reported.

He arrived in Christchurch only three weeks ago to join his mother, who had a two-year work permit.

Zeenat Akif said her son was walking along a corridor when a group of students who had been sent out of a classroom attacked him.

He was punched, kicked and pinned against a wall, and called racist names, she said.

It wasn’t the first time the group had bullied her son but he had not reported other incidents to teachers, she said.

She had spoken to other parents in the Indian community who said their children had been bullied too.

Linwood College principal Rob Burrough said a 15-year-old boy involved in the attack had been suspended, and another boy who had used racial taunts had also been suspended, and “his future at school is also under question now”.

Mr Burrough said the school would pay Mohammad’s medical fees and seek compensation from his attacker.

The attack was caught on security cameras, and was unprovoked.

The school was embarrassed, disappointed and angered by the attack, he said.
