UNDP has a budget of about NZ$9 billion and provides training, advice support and all other intangible services for developing countries.
“I guess this is another of those moments,” Helen [Caligula] Clark said.

You must be bloody joking!
Don’t exactly know what sort of bribery was involved here, or how much was paid to the con artists, but NO ONE could call New Zealand “one of the three least corrupt nations on Earth” while keeping a straight face.
A cut-and-paste organization, the so called Transparency International [sounds like a mule from George Soros stables,] has named New Zealand alongside Denmark and Sweden as the world’s least corrupt nations.
This faux nomination comes amid the corruption scandal that lead to corporate manslaughter committed by Fonterra, one of New Zealand’s major companies, which also involves New Zealand’s Prime Minister, Helen Clark, and her sidekick, the “Multiple” Minister, Phil Goff.
Dream on, New Zealand, but don’t give other countries like Sweden and Denmark a bad name by association!

Xu Mei Ying, a 46-year-old Asian woman, was shot at point blank range earlier today. Her condition is not known. This brings the total number of Asian victims in the Auckland area to four in recent weeks. The three earlier victims, an Indian shopkeeper, a Chinese grandmother and a Chinese business woman were murdered.

“It appears that we do have high levels of physical and emotional bullying in New Zealand schools in comparison to other countries. This is historical. We’ve had this for quite some time in our schools.”Children’s Commissioner, Cindy Kiro.
“The effects of bullying are massive. We’ve had cases at the most extreme where young victims have actually taken their own lives.” She said.
“I’m going to try to get a sense of how widespread it is. The whole point is about how we build a culture of non-violence towards children. That includes at home, in schools and other community settings.”
Isn’t the pathetic whitewash of the cognitive dissonance glaringly obvious?
Bullying is an indispensable part of New Zealand’s national psyche. Violence is the bedrock of their existence. The culture of bullying and violence is New Zealand’s life insurance policy.
Other than by bullying and violence, what other mechanisms does New Zealand Children’s Commissioner suggest to prolonging their illegitimate and illegal occupation of Maori land?
How could New Zealanders bring up their kids to be upright, moral, courageous, exemplary, even, heaven forbid, normal citizens, while they live off stolen property and immoral earnings?

Wanganui Mayor Michael Laws compares New Zealand gangs’ lawlessness to violence in Zimbabwe and says the army should be called in to crush them. “This is not Zimbabwe but in some parts of this country the rule of gang thugs resembles such.” He said. (Source)
Invercargill Mayor Tim Shadbolt has called for police to be given greater power to deal with gangs after a feud between the Mongrel Mob and Road Knights escalated with another house going up in flames at the weekend. (Source)

“Rising violent crime has made more than two-thirds of Christchurch women more fearful for their safety than they were five years ago, a new study of attitudes toward crime shows.
“With violent crime rates increasing in the city and several recent high-profile cases in which women were victimized, 71 per cent of women said they felt less safe than they did in 2003.
“The study, commissioned by The Press for its Eye on Crime series which starts today, paints a picture of people living in fear of crime that is perceived as growing in seriousness and volume. …
“Of female respondents, 38 per cent said they felt ‘a lot less safe’ and 33 per cent said they felt “a little less safe” than they did in 2003. The rest said they felt about the same as they did five years ago, while none said they felt safer. …
“‘There is a perception of people being frightened for their own personal safety. We’ve had women in their 50s, confident businesswomen, who would not go into town on their own at night. There is a real awareness of street violence out there.’”
“Herbert said there was ‘quite a marked increase’ in the severity of violence towards women.”
Unfortunately, the report “weaselwords” its way through statistics and stops short of providing detailed analysis of the level of violence in New Zealand and the crimes which are mostly committed against foreign visitors, Asians and other minorities. Further, the report limits its “findings” to Christchurch and leaves out other major violent cities like Auckland and Wellington.

NZ Sikh Society to Lodge Formal Complaint About Police Misconduct
NZ Police, HR [sic] Commission and Caligula’s Govt. Already Shaking in Fear!!
The family of murdered liquor store co-owner Navtej Singh and the New Zealand Sikh Society are lodging a formal complaint about the police handling of the murder victim.
NZ Police couldn’t care less if Navtej Singh died!
Police held back an ambulance from reaching the Manurewa store in south Auckland, where Mr Navtej Singh was murdered, despite numerous calls from family and friends saying the gunmen had left the murder scene. (Source)
NZ police took 25 minutes to arrive at the Murder scene.
The Ambulance crew took another 20 minutes, a total of 45 minutes after they were called, to get to the victim!

Asians are Killed Like Flies in New Zealand

The Asian Victim of car murder was named as Mrs Joanne Wang, who lived in Auckland, New Zealand. Her 8-year-old boy watched her die. “She was lying totally lifeless, there was blood gushing out of her ear pretty profusely.” A witness said.
The Driver Smashed His 4×4 Into Her, Then Backed Up and Drove Over Her
A 39-year-old Asian woman, presumed to be Korean or Japanese, was murdered in Auckland as her assailant who snatched her handbag knocked her down with his 4WD and drove over her.
The Asian victim suffered serious head injuries and died about an hour later.
The other two Asians who were murdered in New Zealand last week were Mr Navtej Singh, 30, an Indian shopkeeper who was shot to death in his Auckland shop, and Mrs Yin Ping Yang, an 80-year-old Chinese woman who was viciously attacked and fatally injured in her home.

Brave New Zealanders Bash Octogenarian Chinese Woman to Death
Was she mistaken for a Japanese? Would that be a plausible defense in the racist, corrupt New Zealand Courts?
Deceased: Yin Ping Yang, 80, was fatally attacked at her home. She was the second of three Asians murdered in Auckland, New Zealand, the Valley of Death, in one week.
Yin Ping Yang, an 80-year-old Chinese woman, who was viciously attacked by intruder(s) in her Auckland home Wednesday, died from internal injuries Saturday. Other than being a Chinese, It’s not known what threat, if any, she might have posed to New Zealand “national security” or the “welfare” of the New Zealanders.

She may have escaped the fury of China quake, but the frail old grandma was no match for New Zealand’s racist storm!
Police detective inspector said the victim had received broken ribs, internal and serious head injuries in the attack and was in a critical condition when she was taken to Middlemore Hospital where she died Saturday. She was not believed to have been sexually violated, police said. [Isn't that (a) amazing (!), and (b) a relief to her son and grand children?]

Mr Wolfie to the Next Busload of Tourists: Hello Lunch! Do You Feel Lucky Today?
Two separate tourist buses, one carrying Japanese tourists and the other Chinese, crashed in less than 24 hours in New Zealand.
In the first incident which occurred Saturday near Matamata, New Zealand, at least 7 Japanese tourists were treated for injuries.
The second tourist bus crashed and rolled down a bank, with the bus ending up on its side on Sunday. At least 8 Chinese tourists required hospital treatment for their injuries.
Police spokesman said the crash could have been a lot worse and the tourists were lucky to be alive! [They don't normally survive the 'mandatory' crash!]

A number of readers have contacted the Moderators wondering why New Zeelend hasn’t yet written about the disappearance of Korean tourist Jae Hyeon Kim. We had intended to write a few words at a later date, but here are a few details about Mr Kim’s disappearance:
MISSING, PRESUMED DEAD: Korean tourist Jae Hyeon Kim went DINZWAT [disappeared in New Zealand without a trace] in 2003.
Jae Hyeon Kim, 25, was last seen in Alan’s Backpackers in Nelson. His family reported him missing in May 2004 after he failed to return to Korea from New Zealand. Police revealed that his cash card was used for a transaction at a Westport bar and cafe in September 2003, three weeks after he left the flea motel in Nelson.
Five years on, although the police have reopened the file into Mr Kim’s disappearance, they haven’t revealed why Mr Wolfie has not been treated as a suspect.

To Jacek Grzybowski’s Parents: YOU OWE IT TO YOUR SON TO INVESTIGATE HIS DEATH INDEPENDENTLY [Not through the Polish Embassy!]
Poor Jacek Grzybowski had no idea Mr Wolfie was waiting for him!
Jacek Grzybowski, 28, a Polish computer software engineer visiting New Zealand was “zapped” by Mr Wolfie.
Mr Grzybowski went missing on May 31, 2008 and his body was found in a SHALLOW stream in the Rimutaka Forest Park yesterday. (Source)
Our thoughts go with Mr Grzybowski’s family and friends. No one deserves to be murdered or killed in the horrible way that the victims he and so many other tourists in New Zealand have been slain. This is outrageous, and it’s patently unacceptable.
There’s a strange phenomenon associated with the tourists who go missing in New Zealand:
About 99.99 percent of the time they are found dead [killed, murdered ... otherwise stone-cold dead!]

Another Avoidable Death [Murder, Killing, Slaying]
Would Mr Grzybowski have visited New Zealand, if the NZ government had revealed the country’s appalling record of tourist murders, killings and deaths?
Unfortunately, Jacek can’t answer that question. Neither could any of the other victims who were murdered or killed in New Zealand:
Klaus Jakob, 44, was hit by a car in Rotorua, New Zealand. It not known how long it took before he was taken to a local Hospital, however, he died a few hours later.
Liat Okin. Liat, 35, an Israeli tourist went for a walk in March 2008, but she never returned. Her body was found two months later near the track.
Karen Aims. Karen, 26, a visitor from Orkney Islands, was brutalized and murdered in Taupo, New Zealand.
Heidi Paakkonen. Heidi, 21, and her fiancé, Sven Hoglin, 23, Swedish tourists, who were returning to Sweden to marry were brutally murdered. The remains of Heidi Paakkonen’s who might have been 14 weeks pregnant at the time of her murder, are missing.
Kayo Matsuzawa. Kayo, 29, a Japanese tourist, thought New Zealand was a safe place to visit – a mistake that cost her life. Her naked and decomposing body was discovered inside a locked cupboard in an Auckland building. Her murderer(s) walks free.
Birgit Brauer. Birgit, 28, a German tourist, was beaten, stabbed and strangled to death near New Plymouth, New Zealand.
Margery Hopegood. Margery, an English tourist, was stabbed to death in a toilet block in Hamilton, New Zealand.
Navin Govind, an Indian who immigrated to NZ only to be beaten to death in his shop because he was “colored.”
Shiu Prasad who also immigrated to New Zealand from India in search of a different life, but couldn’t change his skin color.
Bhagubhai Vaghel, a grandfather of two little girls, a qualified engineer and hard-working Indian who immigrated to New Zealand in search of his dreams (wrong color).
And an unknown number of other, mostly “colored,” immigrants and tourists from China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea … the foreign victims who were violently murdered (or killed on New Zealand’s death roads) raped, mugged or seriously assaulted, and whose names and details have been suppressed (otherwise publicly unavailable).
The Malevolent NZ Authorities are violating the tourists’ human rights and are party to the crimes perpetrated against them through concealment of tourist murder statistics, misrepresentation of facts about tourist safety, and negligence in failing to provide adequate protection for the visitors!
CASF Human Rights Team has asked the NZ Ministry of Justice and several other ministries for a list of foreigners who have been murdered or ‘accidentally’ killed in New Zealand in the past few years. Unfortunately, the New Zealand authorities declined to provide any information.
According to nztourmaps.com, a New Zealand tourism promotion company, about 779 overseas visitors were killed in New Zealand between 2001 to 2006. [Note: the figure provided may be grossly underestimated, however, it still means overseas visitors are 7 times more likely to be killed in New Zealand than in Australia.] But even this information is not readily available.
PM of New Zealand and the felonious members of her malevolent government MUST be held jointly and severally responsible for each and every incident of murder, rape, assault, or harm that befalls the UNSUSPECTING tourists in that country. The morally repugnant b*stards should be sued for every ill-gotten penny they have got and buttkicked off their comfortable perch!

School bullying spurs human rights call

The Human Rights Commission is being asked to investigate violence and human rights abuses of children in schools.
A group of Lower Hutt parents allege a “systematic failure” of state agencies responsible for protecting children from bullying and playground violence.
The group – whose sons were victimised at Hutt Valley High School in December – have written to commissioner Rosslyn Noonan seeking a nationwide inquiry.
The Government is poised to unveil measures to tackle bullying after a spate of violent incidents in schools.
But it is under pressure to strengthen rules around schools’ human rights responsibilities, to help address bullying and widespread under-achievement.
Former Amnesty International head Ced Simpson said New Zealand had obligations under international treaties to ensure children were safe and received a decent education.
But violence and estimates that 20 per cent of pupils were failing in schools meant children’s human rights were being undermined.
His group, Human Rights Communities in Education, has met Education Minister Chris Carter and Education Ministry boss Karen Sewell. It wants changes to schools’ national guidelines.
Schools should also introduce confidential pupil surveys to identify actual bullying levels, as the problem was probably under-reported, he said. “Educational achievement and bullying are obviously the key issues. It is important that schools have a clear regulatory environment which makes it clear what their responsibilities are.”
Writing to Ms Noonan, the parents called state agencies’ dysfunctional response to Hutt Valley High violence a “systematic failure likely to be involved in other cases of school violence”.
They allege some schools are under-reporting violence to protect their reputations and attract lucrative foreign fee-paying pupils, but say state agencies must act.
“The impact of school-based violence is wider than the physical pain suffered … Fear cripples the ability to learn, denying the victim’s right to education.”
The ministry says schools can already hold confidential “eliminating violence” surveys. They had to provide safe environments for pupils and follow New Zealand laws, including the Bill of Rights.
Schools were monitored by the Education Review Office, which found most had good practices to manage bullying.

The so-called human rights [sic] commissioner Rosslyn Noonan has made a mockery of human rights in New Zealand. Her role is not to uphold human rights, but to protect the establishment and their “asset,” the New Zealand government, against complaints of breaches of human rights. The outcome of this complaint would only serve to strengthen the case against the grotesquely inappropriate choice of “commissioner,” Rosslyn Noonan, and the government-controlled human rights commission!

A Marlborough Girls’ College student needed hospital treatment on Tuesday after an assault in the school grounds, and on Thursday night a 14-year-old Waikato boy was beaten unconscious by a group of classmates at a Raglan Area School social. (Source)

New Zealander caught up in KGB spy scandal

A New Zealand diplomat was spirited out of Moscow after being caught in a KGB sting in the 1970s, it was reported today.
Papers obtained by The Dominion Post show former trade commissioner Ian Noel Clark and his family were secretly whisked out of Moscow after the Soviet Union’s spy service threatened to expose him over blackmarket currency dealings in 1978.
Striped skunk. Every New Zealander working for their rotten diplomatic core, NZ Trade and Industry Department, international organizations (UN, relief agencies, etc.) … is potentially an SIS agent serving the interests of New Zealand ‘elite.’
The KGB had threatened to publish damaging photographs and other details of the dealings in the Communist newspaper Pravda.
News Zealand officials believed that the KGB wanted to turn Mr Clark into a Soviet spy and access cipher equipment and codes used by New Zealand diplomats to share embassy and intelligence secrets with their allies.
The paper revealed that on his return home Mr Clark was cleared by the New Zealand SIS but senior staff at the Foreign Ministry questioned the decision with the SIS director at the time.
Mr Clark continued working for the then Trade and Industry Department for two years before joining the economic division of Agriculture and Fisheries as a senior manager.
Mr Clark, who now lives in Gladstone in the Wairarapa, declined to talk to The Dominion Post. (Source)
