Police murder two men in yet another ‘high-speed’ chase in the Bay of Plenty

The driver and his passenger were killed when NZ police hit squad  vehicles gave chase near Te Puke,  Bay of Plenty [of murders.]

As usual the police have concocted their own stories and usual excuses, but informed sources say the victims’ four-wheel drive vehicle was doing under 50 km/hr in a 40-km-per-hr zone.

Dunedin police pursuit ends in yet another crash

Police pursuit of a “speeding” vehicle near Dunedin  ended in a crash, again, this morning.

A police patrol car with nothing to do fancied chasing a late-model Holden on State Highway 1 about 9.30am, and began the pursuit.

“The Holden pulled a u-turn and overtook a truck before the driver lost control and crashed in a rest area.” A report said, not qualifying what exactly was meant by or how the driver “pulled a u-turn and overtook a truck”.

The driver was lucky to escape injuries, but the car was write-off.

Navy’s newest ship: OTAGO

The Navy’s newest ship, Otago, finally crosses the Tasman this weekend, two years after it was finished [it was tied up at a Melbourne wharf, instead of breaking wind on the high seas.]

The offshore patrol vessel (OPV), (in New Zealand we also have in-shore patrol vessels (IPV) class, and soon one “onshore” vessel would be added, too), one of Project Protector group, had been caught in a dispute with Australian shipbuilder BAE Systems.  Otago is sailing for Devonport on Sunday, and its skipper, Lieutenant Commander Simon Rooke, will bring the boat into Devonport next Friday.

“It is an incredible feeling to be hours away from sailing from Melbourne to sail Otago home,” he said.

“The entire ship is a hive of activity, and excitement, as we make our final preparations to sail.”

The Offshore Patrol Vessels  can go further offshore, “stay at sea longer, and conduct more challenging operations than the Inshore Patrol Vessels, and will enable the RNZN to conduct patrol and surveillance operations around New Zealand, the southern ocean and into the Pacific.”  Stuff NZ said.

Readers are invited to find an appropriate name for Otago.

NZ Police Murder 2, Leave 2 Others Critically injured

POLICE CHASE-to-KILL POLICY MUST END!

Police chase a driver and a bike rider to their deaths, leaving two others critically injured.

Meanwhile three others, believed to be foreign tourists, are killed in a separate crash.

A policeman [PIG] driving a patrol car said he chased two young men in a Subaru WRX because they were  doing burnouts outside a hotel. So he decided to chase the vehicle, and after “about a minute, during which time speeds of up to 150kmh were reached,” the target car  crashed on Four Rivers Highway near Murchison at 2.42am, Nelson Mail reported.

“The lone police officer in pursuit saw a dust cloud and trail of debris before seeing the crashed car, which had split in two when it hit a large gum tree.”

“The two halves of the car lie 30m apart,” Nelson Bays Area Commander Detective Inspector John Winter proudly declared.

Commander, we hope your car will meet the same fate, soon!

The passenger was killed in the crash and the driver was in a critical condition in Nelson Hospital, the report said.

Then they killed another bike rider…

Earlier,  “a speeding motorcyclist”  with a passenger ” fled police, who believed he was drunk.” The report said. [NOTE: we only have the police’s word for any allegations, and the b*stards invariably lie through their teeth to protect their butt.]

“Police chased the motorcyclist along Waikawa Road for about 40 seconds before he crashed. The male driver died at the scene and his female passenger was flown to Wellington Hospital, where she remains in a serious condition.”

The two incidents share one common feature: Both chases reportedly ended under a minute, which strongly suggests the targets were forced out of the road. With that being said, the police are going to lie about how long the chase lasted in their future murders.

Chase-to-Kill Police Unit Kill Another Biker Near Wellington

A 29-year-old biker was killed by police after they gave chase  near Wellington and forced out of the road this afternoon.

Killer police say they spotted the rider speeding on State Highway 1 near Tawa heading  toward Wellington about 16:20pm.

“Area commander Peter Cowan told NZPA a patrol car gave chase but soon lost sight of the man when he left the motorway and headed into the suburb of Newlands.” The unofficial govt propaganda agency, NZPA, said.

“Mr Cowan said police were still speaking to witnesses, but it appeared the man had lost control, crashing over a bank and falling about 15 metres to his death.”

The report did not mention, of course, that patrol car units are instructed to ram bikers and motorists who refuse to stop when chased by the boneheads.

In a police state, you wouldn’t need so many extras, when the police can do all that need be done! The other way of looking at this is, the coroners, judges and politicians  do exactly what the police state tells them. so either way: We don’t need coroners, judges, politicians

Earlier I wrote, not a day, not an hour goes by without a body being found somewhere in New Zealand.

Take any city, “township,” road, blind alley, house, abandoned structure, cupboard, garage, burnt out wreckage of a car… look carefully, and you’ll find a body!

It’s no wonder New Zealand is among Top Ten destinations for “murder tourism.” [The others on the list are Afghanistan, Iraq, PNG, Somali…]

Interestingly (!) in most cases the police-instructed coroners want the curious public to believe that

  • A victim can commit suicide by first hanging himself, then walking to the  nearest bridge/ harbor and jumping into water
  • Bludgeon himself to death (!),  pretending it was an ‘accidental death‘
  • Shoot himself in the head, and then set the house on fire the next day.

Man died of natural causes: police

The body of a man was found in a parking lot next to a police station in Auckland at 6:00 am today. Police said he died of natural causes.

WTF? How on earth could anyone, even an experienced medical doctor, possibly claim to know how a person died without an autopsy and extensive lab tests?

The victim was found in the car park of Deaf New Zealand (NOT dumb and dumbest?) in Great North Rd, Avondale, Auckland, by two transvestite detectives, who were qualified in the sci-art of “autopsy by glancing,” on their way to work in the police station next door.

Police said they have identified the victim and his relatives were being informed. Original report.

BTW, these are the same perfidious police farce who  lied when saying that 60 to 70 per cent of sexual assault claims were false.

Musician Name Suppression: Victim Demands Justice

The teenage girl indecently assaulted by a famous musician wants the sex offender named

Brittany Cancian, 16,  in an interview with New Zealand’s Woman’s Weekly, has demanded that the famous entertainer be named.

Cancian, who lives in the Lower Hutt, says police forced her to drop charges against the musician, who was granted permanent name suppression by a corrupt judge.

Brittany Cancian said she was being “treated like a dog” by the police and the judiciary.

“I’m angry that he got name suppression. I think if he was a normal person it would be different. I want people to know his name and I feel like the court has taken his side.”

She added:

“Afterwards, the police rang me and said that the musician was offering $200 to go towards a charity.”

“They suggested I should `have some compassion’. My dad went berserk about that.”

The police, wearing their pimp’s  hat, then came back with the offer $5000 in emotional harm reparations during the court proceedings, however, Cancian did not receive any money.

But YOU are pursuing the best course of action: Demanding the corrupt system to deliver justice!

And please, don’t demean yourself by accepting any money.

Sex with a Minor is [Statutory] Rape!

It is an offence in New Zealand to have a sexual connection with a person under the age of 16: NZ Crimes Act (1961) Part 7, section 134 [See below]

The Case: “A personal meltdown” after a 38-year-old’s long marriage broke down, according to the Christchurch Court News website, a report said.

The Rapist: David Michael Johnson (Property developer)

The *&^%$#@ Judge: Judge Colin Doherty

Defence Counsel: Jonathan Eaton

Crown Prosecutor: [They could have placed a vibrating sex aid with the batteries running out in the courtroom instead, and no one would have noticed the difference. ]

The Charges: Judge Doherty described the charges as “an eclectic collection of sexual connection methods.”

The pre-sentence report: The Rapist “did not accept responsibility and blamed the victim.”

The Victim:  Judging by the sentence handed down, readers may infer that the 15-yo victim was a “worthless” and “unimportant piece of dirt” who happened to be a “good f**k.”

Impact on the victim: “She now suffered from serious emotional harm. She had dropped out of school, was unable to concentrate, and had recurrent bad dreams.”

The victim believes that Johnson, the rapist, targeted her for having sex, which she later described as “rough and demeaning.”

Sentence: The evil Judge “reduced Johnson’s sentence for his guilty pleas, his apology, and the emotional harm payment. This brought it within the range where home detention could be allowed, but he said it was ‘a close run thing.'”

Then the *&^%$#@ judge “balanced” his decision by  imposing “special conditions”  on the nine-month house detention term, and lifting the name suppression (!)

What if the victim was a member of the bast*rd Judge’s own family? Would he have still gone out of his way to protect the rapist?

134 Sexual conduct with young person under 16

(1) Every one who has sexual connection with a young person is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years.

(2) Every one who attempts to have sexual connection with a young person is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years.

(3) Every one who does an indecent act on a young person is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 7 years.

(4) No person can be convicted of a charge under this section if he or she was married to the young person concerned at the time of the sexual connection or indecent act concerned.

(5) The young person in respect of whom an offence against this section was committed cannot be charged as a party to the offence if the person who committed the offence was of or over the age of 16 years when the offence was committed.

(6) In this section,—

    • (a) young person means a person under the age of 16 years; and
    • (b) doing an indecent act on a young person includes indecently assaulting the young person.
      Section 134: substituted, on 20 May 2005, by section 7 of the Crimes Amendment Act 2005 (2005 No 41).

The Ugly Solicitor-General David Collins, QC, has reportedly blocked an attempt by a lawyer who appealed against a permanent name suppression granted to the entertainer who performed an indecent act on a 16-yo girl.

David Collins is protecting a sex maniac who is a danger to kids, teens and women of all ages!

The famous musician, in his 30s [who looks like Moby, one of our readers said, but didn’t specify how she knew,] pleaded guilty to forcing the girl’s  face into his genitals but escaped a conviction and was granted permanent name suppression by the corrupt Judge Eddie Paul, [aka Judge Pimp,]  in the Auckland District Court earlier this month.

Judge Pimp later attempted to justify the permanent name suppression order, saying publicity would have a negative effect on the sex offender’s career, adding that the consequences would be out of proportion to the gravity of the “medium-to-low-level offence.”

What about the consequences of a sexual predator left at large in the community without anyone knowing his identity?

A friend has since contacted Eddie Paul seeking direction as to the gravity of “deep throat” on Judge Pimp’s scale, both with and without cover. No reply as of posting.

The Weekend Herald has learned that a senior Crown prosecutor looked into appealing against Judge Paul’s order, but Solicitor-General David Collins, QC, blocked the move.

Meanwhile, the suppression order has been flouted by internet websites, blogs and an anonymous chain email.

“We just named him … Sort it out John Key, even you wanted to know. It is a basic right.

A criminal should own up to the crime he is found guilty of,” the email says.

“Either he faces his fans and the general public of New Zealand, and admits what he did and takes responsibility for his actions, or we will.”

This begs the question, why a Solicitor General who takes side with a corrupt judge against public safety is allowed to remain in office.

Name suppression ought to be granted to the victims of sex crimes, NOT to the sex offenders.

The entertainer’s name has allegedly been widely posted on the internet and even John Key has admitted to knowing his identity, though there is no confirmation as to the source(s). The rumors may or may NOT be true.

It’s not enough for the Internet to propagate the sex offender’s name, however, the system must be seen as upholding justice, or it must be crushed and dissolved in favor of a just system.

The Security [sic] Intelligence [sic] Service [sic] has contacted university teachers demanding information on  foreign students who are allegedly gathering information on NZ’s “weapons of mass destruction,” on behalf of their countries.

Tertiary Education Union president Dr Tom Ryan has reportedly been angered by the SIS Stasi maneuver. He said:

The SIS pretends that it should be considered normal for staff to report back to a spy agency. But such a practice would undermine the legislated autonomy of our institutions, including the guarantee of academic freedom.

It also may lead to some members of the academic community being targeted because of their religion, nationality, or ethnicity.

Dr Ryan said the Director of the SIS, Warren Tucker, has sent a letter to university managers [demanding information on foreign students/WMD spies.]

It’s not known how Tucker intends to shut down all other channels of information to justify the importance of his job [sic,] namely public libraries, Internet…

In August 2009  Stasi Chief Tucker released a statement regarding the letter, which he referred to as the “pamphlet” [on breaches of national security and terrorist activities by foreign students.]

“We are inviting NZ exporters, manufacturers, scientists, researchers and academics to remain alert to suspicious advances and seek advice on any concerns they may have,” he said, adding that a large number of “seemingly benign” manufactured goods, technology and know-how can help foreign students develop weapons of mass destruction.

He alleged that the “pamphlet” provided information for scientists and exporters on how to spy on foreign students who may be producing weapons.

“As our outreach effort increases, we hope to increase the number of community contacts who are able to provide expert assistance on proliferation issues; other contacts may provide investigative leads and disruption opportunities,” Tucker said.

This is New Zealand, NOT a democracy!

Why Bypass the Police? Isn’t it the job of the police to deal with criminal activities? Oops! It’s NOT as if SIS are any more intelligent than the THICK BLUE LINE, is it? Ouch!

Dr Ryan said the letter to universities alludes to a meeting between the spy agency and the New Zealand Vice Chancellor’s Committee. [Implying that the letter had made it sound as if it was a done thing and that the academic staff should toe the line, or face the consequences. ]

Dr Ryan said the SIS has also sent out a brochure called “A Guide to Weapons of Mass Destruction: Your role in preventing proliferation of weapons of mass destruction”.

He said the brochure warns scientists and researchers to spy on students and report them to the secret police if they think the “suspects” are trying to learn how to make “weapons of mass destruction.”

Dr Ryan said the brochure [“pamphlet”] has been distributed widely within New Zealand collages and universities and includes fax, email, and web contacts for the secret police, SIS.

“If any tertiary staff member sees something they suspect is illegal they should contact the police. Otherwise their job is to advance and share knowledge; it is not to create an atmosphere where colleagues and students don’t know whether they are being spied on or not. That can only inhibit genuine education and research,” said Dr Ryan.

Don’t Go to New Zealand, If you don’t want to end up in a Guantanamo-like prison

Previously, the blog has warned foreign students about studying in New Zealand for other reasons, namely to stop them from being murdered, killed on the deadly roads, raped, assaulted, mugged and robbed.

This blog has also repeatedly addressed all foreign diplomats, and embassy and consulate staff in New Zealand:

YOU are put on notice henceforth that YOU are jointly responsible, together with the NZ perpetrators,  for any harm inflicted on YOUR fellow nationals who may be visiting/ studying in New Zealand.  YOU  have for too long masked the truth about the depth of racism in New Zealand, for personal interests, hiding  the severity of violent crimes perpetrated by New Zealanders against YOUR fellow citizens.

Now, studying in New Zealand has taken a whole new sinister dimension for Asians and all other ‘colored’ students. If they so much as buy a box of matches, or nail varnish remover, they should expect a knock on their door in early hours of morning. They could be arrested or shot on the spot, if their breath smelled of garlic or they spoke New Zealand English with a different accent, or refused to give the secret policeman a blow job on demand.

Worst still, they could spend the rest of their miserable lives in a Guantanamo-like prison in an undisclosed location in the SW pacific for attempting to learn how to breakdown water into hydrogen [bomb] and [the deadly fire accelerant] oxygen in their science lab.

Police have now told the victim’s family that they won’t charge their buddies in the  Armed Assassin Squad over the killing. [Why should they, “he was just a Polynesian punk!”]

“Auckland City District Police Commander, Superintendent George Fraser reportedly said that police had talked to their top lawyers about the homicide.

“The recommendations of the homicide investigation team were made in conjunction with advice from the Police Senior Legal Advisor and which were peer reviewed by independent senior legal counsel, John Haigh QC,” Mr Fraser said. Media report.

Mr Fraser said all Armed Assassins Squad officers who were involved in the homicide have returned to work “after being assessed as fit to do so.”

It’s time to convert every police station, courthouse and military barrack in New Zealand into public conveniences (toilets), and send everyone inside back to where they belong!

Who do the police think we are? Not only are the commanders incompetent as judging by how long it took them to get the army involved, but now they feel the public can be lied to as well!

Check out the TV 3 footage from John Campbell taken at the time the LAV went in to get the body(or there abouts). You can hear rapid shots and see muzzle flashes light an area adjacent the house, approx where the balcony is on the right hand side of the house. Return fire is heard, with muzzle flashes clearly seen coming from the undergrowth on hospital hill opposite the house. The return fire was slow, and seemed deliberately aimed as it was wellspaced apart.Check out the muzzle flashes for yourself! Yes it was the Armed Offenders Squad that fired.Are they not part of the police effort?

Mr Hoyle said ALL shots were fired by Molenmar!This is clearly not true, so why on earth are the police trying to decieve us? Is it just further incompetence on their part? Or is this how they run their ‘system’. Either way it is disconcerting, and further undermines my confidence in their objectivity and competence.

Everyone in New Zealand must now ask the  authorities the 10 Police Questions and demand answers

  1. If New Zealand is a democracy [sic] why then the people have it forced on them a police force, which is not accountable to the public  [Or a government that is accountable only to the state of Israel? TEAA]
  2. Why do we need an incompetent police force that can’t even keep our neighborhoods safe without bullying and murdering members of public?
  3. Why does the police lack the most basic training?
  4. What’s the point of having an incompetent police force that needs the [rape] army every time to do its [dirty] work?
  5. Why are members of the police allowed to gang up against individuals in this country [gangraping and murdering people with impunity?]
  6. Why are individuals with extensive criminal records allowed to join the police force?
  7. Who or what is actually in charge of the New Zealand police force?
  8. Why aren’t we allowed to have an effective police watchdog run by ordinary people who can veto bad policies, and fire incompetent, corrupt, and criminal police chiefs, officers?
  9. Why is the police force so powerful in this country, with the power of life and death over ordinary people and the oppressed minorities?
  10. How much more will the police force [New Zealand Police Farce] be allowed to oppress the individual and minorities, before someone (!) in a position of  “authority” would say enough is enough?
